Three methods of sensitivity and unceartainty analysis have been applied to the operative stormwater- and recipient model StormTac. The study area is the watershed of lake Flaten in the municipality Salem. StormTac?s submodels for stormwater, pollutant transport and the recipient are cosidired. In the sensitivity assessment, the model parametres and inputs were varied one at a time by a constant percentage according to the ?one at a time? (OAAT) method and the response of the outputs were calculated.

This paper presents a study of the Swedish public service television broadcaster - Sveriges Televisions (SVT) transfer pricing model. The aim of the thesis is to examine the motives for using transfer pricing from a theoretical perspective and if SVT?s transfer pricing model fulfils these motives. We will also examine any potential managerial problems the existing transfer-pricing model might cause and discuss how these could be solved. We have in our study found that the main motive for using transfer pricing within SVT is to allocate internal resources as efficiently as possible.

Information security is an essential part of all information systems; especially in large organizations and companies dealing with classified material. Every large information system has an architecture that includes many parts that together form an Enterprise Architecture. The aim of this thesis is to study how to describe several security functions in an Enterprise Architecture and also how to ensure accountability between requirements and the implementation of the security functions. The description is for stakeholders on a conceptual level rather than a technical level. The study has been carried out by comparing the theoretical framework that has been formed by a study of the literature, and the empirical framework that has been formed by a group discussion and interviews with Information Security Consultants from Combitech AB.

The purpose of this degree-project was to investigate the possibilities for primary air preheating into the two smallest waste incineration boilers of Halmstad Energy and Environment. The investigation is a pre-study which has the primary goal to evaluate technical and financial offers from companies that manufacture primary air preheater, and investigate if it is technically and financially profitable to do a purchase on primary air preheaters in the future.In the pre-study it is proposed that it is most efficient to have individual primary air preheater, one for each incineration boiler and the primary air are also proposed to be preheated by hot water in the pre-study. Further in the pre-study it is proposed that the heat-exchanger should have plain tubes instead of finned tubes, to avoid getting dirty fast. The space in the boiler-room is limited, and therefore the major problem was to fit in the primary air preheaters into the boiler-room. By comparing the different offers from the companies, the result in the pre-study shows that the offer from the company C.A.

Under senare år har den psykiska ohälsan i arbetslivet tilltagit och inom vården är psykisk ohälsa ett vanligt problem. För att främja den psykiska hälsan hos vårdpersonalen bör en Optimal arbetsmiljö eftersträvas. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att beskriva hur den psykosociala arbetsmiljön inom slutenvården påverkar den psykiska hälsan hos vårdpersonalen samt hur vårdpersonalen hanterade de krav som de ställdes inför på arbetsplatsen. Artiklar har sökts i databaserna Pubmed, Cinahl och Psychinfo. Resultatet innefattar 15 kvantitativa artiklar.

In today's Sweden there are approximately 23 000 combination companies, and most of them have a connection with the agricultural sector. The most common type of additional operation is some form of contracting.The aim for this degree project is to answer the following question: which problems and key factors exists within combination operations? The main topic will be within coordination and management questions within agricultural companies with an additional operation.Litterateur written earlier within this subject will be used in this thesis. Mainly litterateur which contains information about combination companies and diversification of some sort. There are also other theories used in this thesis such as; resource based theory and decision making theory in order to understand the problems and key factors within combination companies.In order to investigate the aim of this thesis we have chosen to perform two qualitative interviews with the managers of two different combination companies.

När ett företag inför decentralisering medför det att det uppstår mer eller mindre självständiga enheter, som ofta handlar internt med varandra. Genom decentralisering vill företagen korta ner tiden för beslutsprocesser och ge ett större ekonomiskt ansvar för varje enhet, man vill med detta nå en effektivisering inom företaget. Problem som kan uppstå vid decentralisering är att samordning och kontroll av enheter försvåras. Dessa problem försöker företag lösa genom att införa ett internprissystem. Internprissystemet byggs på företagets specifika situation och dess syfte med internprissättningen. Internprissättning är ett komplicerat område, men det handlar om att kunna styra, kontrollera och motivera de självständiga enheterna.

Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion, OTEC, is a sustainable energy conversion technology that is not yet commercialized. OTEC is a technology that utilizes the temperature difference in oceans between the warm surface water and the cold water at 1 000 m depth to run a Rankine Cycle. This technology can produce electricity and provide synergies like fresh water, air conditioning and aquaculture. A simulation program for three alternative OTEC systems has been created in order to decide which OTEC system is most profitable; closed, open or hybrid system. In this simulation a production cost analysis is performed in order to investigate and decide which one of the three systems that has the lowest production cost. The production cost analysis also analyzes if the profitability is affected by the size of the facility. After these analyzes, the most profitable of the three different OTEC-systems is expanded by an installation of solar collectors in order to see if the thermal efficiency is improved. The result shows that the most profitable system varies with the size of the facility.

Storform är ett viktigt element i varje pianists utveckling. För att kunna nå en Optimal teknik i de olika musikaliska typerna inom storform, som sonater och konserter, måste pianisten genomgå en väg som är full med teknisk övning. Övning ger i sin tur en alldeles särskild möjlighet att vara reflekterande, samt att äga sitt lärande. Det är en utmanande och livslång process att utvecklas som musiker. Faktiska problem med teknisk inlärning av storform i pianospel är grundläggande i mitt arbete.

Syftet med undersökningen har varit att hitta en Optimal nivå för etturval av Elpress varulager samtidigt som leveransförmåga och därmedkonkurrenskraft bibehålls eller förbättras. Elpress lageromsättning hardessutom jämförts med de största konkurrenterna. Resultatet baseras påen optimeringsmodell som konstruerats för att minimera den totalakostnaden för varje produkt. En statistisk analys har genomförts för atthitta Optimala säkerhetslager givet rådande variation i efterfrågan.Samtliga produktkostnader för respektive produkt har beräknats och entestimplementering av olika prognosmodeller har genomförts. Denna rapport är en jämförande studie av byrålådors konstruktion under åren 1700-1820. Jag har med avstamp i faktiska objekt dokumenterat och förtydligat byrålådans konstruktion. I mitt sökande efter byråar med tidstypiska konstruktioner har jag besökt ett flertal museer och antikhandlare. Dokumentationen av de utvalda möblerna har haft stor betydelse för att klargö-ra konstruktionen och peka på eventuella brister som kan påverka hållbarheten.Det jag vill förmedla är att med kunskap om lådors konstruktion kan vi öka vår förståelse av den komplicerade sammansättning av delar som en låda är. Utifrån denna kunskap kan vi se-dan fatta bra och relevanta beslut om möbeln när det kommer till konservering.

Det finns många faktorer som påverkar medarbetarens arbetstillfredsställelse inom banksektorn, denna uppsats erbjuder en ny syn där faktorer som undersöks finns inom det nyutforskade ämnet medarbetarskap. Syftet är att undersöka arbetstillfredsställelsen i relation till två faktorer inom medarbetarskap; ledarskapsbeteende och det myndiga medarbetarskapet. Utifrån mellanchefens perspektiv kommer vi att beskriva och jämföra om och hur ledarskapsbeteenden och de fyra begreppsdelarna påverkar arbetstillfredsställelsen inom banksektorn. Genom en kvalitativ metod med en abduktiv ansats utfördes studien på tre banker; Handelsbanken, Swedbank och SEB, där sju mellanchefer intervjuades. Den teoretiska grunden omfattar teorier och modeller om medarbetarskap.
