Den här studien avser att, genom kvalitativa intervjuer med par, besvara frågan om hur vi kan förståpars konflikter och hanteringen av dessa utifrån begreppen tillit, skam och genus. Begreppen syftartill att ge en kompletterad förståelse för pars konflikter på mikronivå, samt till att kontextualiseradessa i förhållande till en samhällelig genus- och tvåsamhetsnorm. Konflikter i parrelationer är attbetrakta som nödvändiga och deras inverkan på relationen handlar om hur de hanteras, samt om hurparet interagerar överlag. Tillit tycks ha en preventiv funktion vad gäller konflikthantering ochrelationens tillstånd, och leder vidare till s.k. Optimal differentiering, enligt vilken partnerna uppnårbalans mellan individuella och relationella behov.

A common assumption in marketing is the wider variety of product a corporation has, the better for the consumer: more product - more choices. Companies often develop a line extension to broaden consumer range through product attributes including quality, function and design. These developed attributes within the product are not always Optimal for the consumer. As a result, companies often become entangled in having a price higher than the cost and benefit of the products. This essay aims to analyze the consumer value of line extension products and how these evaluations relate to extended line product pricing.

Clustered Columnstore Indexes (CCI) and In-Memory Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) are two new techniques that were introduced with Microsoft?s new database management system SQL Server 2014.The thesis analyzes these two techniques, describes the theory behind them and also the background information that needs to be known to understand more of the new techniques. Performance tests of the new techniques have been performed to see how much faster response time we can get and less storage we need to use where the result is represented by performance diagrams and a compression diagram. This thesis is a cooperative work with a company called Trimma and the result is used as support to decide if these new techniques could be of advantage for the company.The test consists of five test queries with different purposes. The result is illustrated by diagrams that show the result and another diagram that shows how much the data gets compressed with the different techniques.

Bakgrund: Befolkningen i Sverige blir allt äldre och cirka 1,5 miljoner personer över 60 år bor på ett äldreboende. Sjuksköterskans uppgift är att främja hälsa. Hälsa är ett tillstånd av fysiskt, psykiskt och socialt välbefinnande även vid avsaknad av sjukdom eller funktionshinder. Ur ett historiskt perspektiv har hundar arbetat för människor i århundrade. Hundar är ett av de djur som förekommer inom vården och på äldreboende.

Examensarbetet utgör en bergmekanisk analys av möjligheten till avrundning av pelarspetsar i infarterna till brytningsortarna i LKAB:s underjordsgruva i Kiruna i syfte att åstadkomma en mer Optimal körväg vid lastningen. Förutom numeriska analyser i Unwedge, Examine2D och ExamineTAB där tendensen att kilar bildas och spänningssituationerna vid de olika pelarrundningarna studeras innefattas även beräkningar för tidsvinst och ökat utbyte vid en pelarrundning. I arbetet ingår även skadekarteringar där naturliga rundningar uppstått i syfte att få en bild av vilka skador som kan uppstå vid en pelarrundning. Skadekarteringen är också utförd på pelare som inte blivit avrundade för att se vilka brottyper som normalt förekommer. I arbetet har också intervjuer gjorts med lastare, tillredning och layoutpersonal för att få deras syn på avrundning och kunskap om vad dagens layout innebär.

Complete tumour regression is the Optimal outcome of cancer therapies. There are however types of tumours that naturally regress. Most of these are benign, dermatological and have an early onset in life. This literature study aims to elucidate the mechanisms behind spontaneous tumour regression. In Libechov Melanoblastoma-Bearing minipigs, an animal-model specifically bred to develop malignant melanoma, the tumours usually involute within three months.

For any animator either working in stop-motion or 3D-animation the knowledge of the first animation techniques are most important. For it is based on these principles that animation today can create such vibrant characters. With the extreme development 3D-animation has undergone the last twenty years it is easy to lose track of the old ways. But with this thesis a hope to show that it is these old ways that will take animation to its next stage. My aim with this thesis is to find out if it is possible to identify the characteristic features of stop-motion and apply these onto 3D-animation with purpose to create a more expressive style of animation.

The purpose of this degree-project was to investigate the possibilities for primary air preheating into the two smallest waste incineration boilers of Halmstad Energy and Environment. The investigation is a pre-study which has the primary goal to evaluate technical and financial offers from companies that manufacture primary air preheater, and investigate if it is technically and financially profitable to do a purchase on primary air preheaters in the future.In the pre-study it is proposed that it is most efficient to have individual primary air preheater, one for each incineration boiler and the primary air are also proposed to be preheated by hot water in the pre-study. Further in the pre-study it is proposed that the heat-exchanger should have plain tubes instead of finned tubes, to avoid getting dirty fast. The space in the boiler-room is limited, and therefore the major problem was to fit in the primary air preheaters into the boiler-room. By comparing the different offers from the companies, the result in the pre-study shows that the offer from the company C.A.

In published studies it is found that the fuel consumption on a forwarder is relatively constant, on time basis. A certain variation between different sizes of forwarders occurs as well as between different working elements. The aim of the study was to establish a forwarders comparatively fuel consumption when driving on road and in the terrain, loaded and unloaded, with high and low gear and with high and low speed as well as with hydrostatic and hydrodynamic transmission. A hypothesis was that low rpm gives lower fuel consumption on distance basic, at all trials. The test driving was made with a Hemek 750 which is a three geared hydrostatic machine and with a Hemek 700 which is a hydrodynamic machine with six gears.

Syftet med min studie var att undersöka hur erfarna lärare uttrycker sig kring grundläggande läsinlärning och hur de ser på vad som inverkar på läsinlärning, detta eftersom kunskap i att läsa är en förutsättning för att utveckla läsförståelse. Jag använde mig av kvalitativa intervjuer och intervjuade sex erfarna lärare för att undersöka om deras syn på läsinlärning hade förändrats över tid och i så fall på vilket sätt. I studien presenteras olika läsinlärningsmetoder och förutsättningar för att utveckla läsförståelse vilket också de intervjuade erfarna lärarna fick ge sin syn på.Resultatet visar att de erfarna lärarna hade en hel del gemensamma aspekter kring vad som ansågs av stor vikt för grundläggande läsinlärning, som till exempel; att utgå från barnen; lust och glädje; samt intresse och vilja. Synen på läsinlärning hade hos samtliga erfarna lärare utvecklats och fokus hade flyttats från färdighetsträning till innehåll. Någon Optimal metod framkom egentligen inte utan lärarna i studien gjorde en egen mix och plockade vad de kallade "godbitarna" ur de olika metoderna och skapade därmed en egen unik metod som de ansåg passade dem och deras elever.

Fountain of Knowledge? The Changing Role of the Library at the Upper Secondary School Level. There have been many changes in the Swedish society in general, and in the school system and hence the school library in particular during the last decade. The aim of this master thesis is then to study what students at the upper secondary school level consider to be the Optimal school library to meet their specific information needs at school. In addition to and in comparison with this, the aim is also to study the present conditions of the upper secondary school library as described in documents, reports and other studies in this field.

Bakgrund: Sjuksköterskor kan i sitt arbete med att bedöma smärta hos dem äldre patienter möta svårigheter. Dem äldre patienterna kan ha svårt att uttrycka, beskriva eller skatta sitt smärta. Samtidigt är sjuksköterskans roll vid bedömning av smärta viktig eftersom den är grunden till Optimal behandling av smärta hos dem äldre patienter. Syfte: Studiens syfte var att beskriva sjuksköterskors erfarenhet av grunder på vilka de bedömer smärta hos äldre (>75 år) patienter inom slutenvården. Metod: En intervjustudie med kvalitativ ansats.

Syftet med studien var att studera specialpedagogers arbetssätt och syn på sin egen roll när det gäller kommunikation, utifrån elever på tidig utvecklingsnivå inom träningsskolan som använder alternativa kommunikationssätt för att både förstå och bli förstådda.Arbetet ger en översikt av tidigare forskning kring kommunikation och då framförallt den icke-verbala kommunikationen. Begreppet kommunikation belyses utifrån funktionshinder och har flera olika utgångspunkter i studien. De valda teorierna kan kopplas både till kommunikation utifrån ett elevperspektiv och till den specialpedagogiska yrkesrollen.Studien är kvalitativ och bygger på fyra intervjuer med specialpedagoger som arbetar inom träningsskolan med elever som använder alternativa kommunikationssätt.Resultatet av studien visar att specialpedagogens roll inom träningsskolan är mycket komplex. Specialpedagogen behöver bred kompetens och kunskap inom många olika områden för att möta sina elever. Den kommunikativa miljön är kanske inte alltid Optimal, men specialpedagogerna arbetar medvetet för att eleverna ska samspela med varandra och ta egna initiativ.

This thesis describes the new construction of a small house and it includes studies of three heating systems: geothermal heating, district heating and pellet. The purpose of this thesis is to project a small house which can manage Building Regulations, BBR conditions and then examine three possible heating systems for the small house. This thesis is a literature study which gives an understanding of the heating systems technical structure, properties and costs. An empirical study completes the literature study by giving a deeper understanding of district heating costs and pellet costs. The empirical study contains two interviews, one of which was conducted in a district heating corporation and the other interview was conducted in a pellet corporation.
