Metod: En fallstudie har utförts på försäljningsenheten på TV4 i Växjö. Semistrukturerade intervjuer med försäljningschefen och två säljare från fallföretaget har legat till grund för empiriinsamlingen.Slutsats: TV4 har valt att tillämpa resultatlön som lönesättning och har alltså delat upp lönen i en fast del och en rörlig del. Den fasta lönedelen skapar trygghet för säljarna och tillsammans med den rörliga lönedelen motiveras de anställda till att utföra ett bra arbete.

Choir singing is one of the most popular national movements in Sweden but the knowledge of the meaning of this activity for health and well being from the choir singers? own experiences is limited. The purpose of this study was therefore to develop useful knowledge about the meaning of choir singing for participating persons from a health perspective. The data was collected through qualitative interviews with six different choir singers and went after that through a comprehensive analysis which resulted in four main categories: an oasis in the existence; possibilities of meetings and solidarity; goals and musical development; and physical and emotional well-being. The results showed that the choir activity represents a place where the singers can escape the demands and the stress factors of everyday life and where they get the opportunity of meaningful relations with other people.

This study is based on discussions among Swedish brass teachers about teaching other brass instruments than their main instrument. Why do some choose to teach only with the help of their main instrument while others use their secondary instruments as well? What are the advantages and disadvantages and how do they look upon other ways of thinking in this matter?In addition, the study examines brass teachers? views on the balance between pedagogical and instrumental skill, as well as their views on teaching sound, technique and expression in relation to the age of the student.A questionnaire was used and anwered by 24 teachers with teaching experience in municipal music schools ranging from 7 months to 35 years. The results indicate that pedagogical skill is always important, whereas the importance of instrumental skill increases as the student gets older and more experienced. The advantage of teaching with the help of the main instrument is that one always keeps a high musical and technical level.

Bakgrund: Ekonomiska rapporter tas ofta fram av slentrian i små företag och småföretagare har många gånger svårt att förstå informationen som finns i de ekonomiska rapporterna och använder den inte heller som underlag för sitt beslutsfattande. De förlitar sig hellre på intuition och fingertoppskänsla. Vi menar att småföretagare borde bli mer medvetna om hur de kan dra nytta av de ekonomiska rapporterna. Syfte: Syftet är att ge ett bidrag till diskussionen kring rapportanvändning i små företag. Med bidrag menar vi dels att utreda vilka ekonomiska beslut som fattas i små företag dels vilka variabler som kan vara avgörande för i vilken utsträckning ekonomiska månadsrapporter används som beslutsunderlag.

Title: This is not Africa - West African teaching methods in Sweden. This is a work of "translation". The study started with a musical journey to Guinea, West Africa. It was a field study where I had the opportunity to open my senses towards another culture and another kind of music. I found another learning tradition and decided to try to bring it with me back to Sweden, into the Swedish school system.

This essay is an examination of the examples in Kant?s Critique of Judgement. The examples which I have focused on all converge in an idea of wildness. These examples of the beautiful are illuminated by a culture-historical perspective, where the literary and scientific travelogue genre is of great importance. Apart from being exegetic and culture historical, my method is also analytic.

Syftet är att studera instrumentallärares syn på hantering av elevers internalisering av musikaliska uttryck. Det sociokulturella perspektivet med fokus på hur redskap påverkar internaliseringen är utgångspunkt för studien. Metoden utgörs av semistrukturerad intervju där fyra formellt och reellt utbildade instrumentallärare som arbetar på musik- eller kulturskola har intervjuats om vilka musikaliska uttryck de har i fokus i undervisningen och deras syn på hur elever lär sig musikaliska uttryck. Resultatet visar att det finns flertalet olika redskap för att nå musikaliska uttryck, bland annat eleven själv, musiken som sådan och den sociala omgivningen. Det viktigaste musikaliska uttrycksmedlet är rytm i förhållande till tempo.

Den tekniska och medicinska utvecklingen inom intensivvård har inneburit att intensivvårdsjuksköterskors ställs inför allt högre krav. Intensivvårdssjuksköterskor förväntas ha unika tekniska färdigheter, medicinsk omvårdnadskompetens och förmåga att bemöta patienter och deras närstående i akuta situationer. Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur erfarna intensivvårdssjuksköterskor utvecklas i yrkesrollen. Nio intensivvårdssjuksköterskor från två intensivvårdsavdelningar i Norrbotten intervjuades med öppna frågor. Intervjuerna analyserades som text med kvalitativ innehållsanalys.

Sammanfattning Undersökningen har syftat till att få en förståelse för hur personalchefer förhåller sig till begreppen anställningsbarhet och karriärutveckling under anställningsprocesser. Dessutom har vi även undersökt vad personalcheferna efterfrågar för att den sökande ska ses som anställningsbar. Vi har även studerat vad som kan känneteckna individer som eftersträvar karriärutveckling på arbetsplatsen. Studien är en kvalitativ undersökning som bygger på intervjuer med fem personalchefer verksamma inom olika företag i södra delarna av Sverige. Vi har använt oss av socialpsykologiska teorier för att analysera hur tankeprocesser och erfarenheter kan påverka en individ i mötet med arbetssökande. För att analysera personalchefernas syn på de anställdas karriärutveckling har vi använt oss av karriärterorier. Det resultat vi fått fram i studien visar på att det finns faktorer som är gemensamma för alla personalcheferna i förhållande till det de söker efter för att se en sökande som anställningsbar.

With examples from a single classroom situation, several educational moments show what goes on between the teacher and the student. The teacher?s responsibility in the learning process is, with a gesture frozen in the air of the moment, to lead and follow the student in her tentative efforts at seeking knowledge. Initially, it is an attempt to shed light upon the "not yet seen" with a certainty that the student herself possesses the capacity and the aptitude to reach greater insight and clarity in her understanding. The Validation/Feil Method presented in this instructional situation illustrates how best to communicate with elderly people suffering from Alzheimer?s dementia.

International regulations target a global reduction of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions through the allocation of national reduction targets and the definition of mechanisms to achieve these targets. One of these mechanisms is international emissions trading, these trading programs have been the targets of widespread criticism since they were introduced into the policy-making arena. The point of departure in this study has been that the trading raises questions about morality, since it implies signals, which legitimates pollution. The main purpose with this study has been to find out if emissions trading systems can be morally justified with the method of wide reflective equilibrium. From the study it was found that the moral intuition; it is wrong to pollute the environment, and perform activities, which legitimates pollution, finds support from the different theories within environmental ethics and Kantian ethics.

Genom en systematisk litteraturstudie besvaras fra?gesta?llningar ro?rande vardera ovan na?mnda aspekter na?mligen; Hur kan tyst kunskap komma till uttryck hos la?rare, vad kan ske i tysta relationer mellan la?rare ? elev och elev ? elev samt vad kan kropp respektive miljo? som redskap ha fo?r betydelse fo?r kommunikationen.

The purpose of this essay is to examine the concept of competence within the social services. More specifically it aims to find out how the social workers themselves look upon their own competence in social investigations concerning children. As the study was based on focus groups the main questions were vague at the beginning and were cleared later on during the group sessions.In three focus group interviews in three different municipalities in southern Sweden 11 social workers were asked to discuss this issue. The interviews were then thoroughly transcribed. In the data I identified 9 themes seeming to play a special roll in the discussions about competence: practice; experience; approach; intuition; responsibility; theories, methods and laws; reflection; resources and ethics; specialisation versus integration.The analysis made on these themes was based on two different kinds of perspective; one focusing knowing-in-action and the other focusing the organization framing the competence considered.As a conclusion the 7 first themes can be seen as a definition of the competence used in social investigations concerning children.
