Syftet med studien är att belysa studenters copingprocesser, d.v.s. appraisal och copingstrategier, inför examinationsformerna salstentamen och hemtentamen. En intervjustudie genomfördes med åtta kvinnliga studenter inom samma program på en högskola i Sverige. Data analyserades med induktiv tematisk analys. Resultatet visade att examinationer oavsett form skapar stress, även om studenterna inte upplever en hemtentamen som lika hotfull eller utmanande som en salstentamen.

Title: How do you get a pupil from Year 7-9 in secondary school to communicate in German?  Five high school teachers views on how to develop pupils oral communicative skill within the German language The aim of this essay is to explore Swedish secondary school teachers, from Year 7-9 in the German language, opinions regarding which work models and verbal strategies that are used and taught in order to foster the pupils oral communicative skill in the classroom. To achieve this aim, semi-structured interviews with five teachers are used.The results show that the teachers find that they encourage the pupils to speak German through creating possibilities for them to practise their oral language skills. The teachers also emphasize that they believe that alternating assignments in groups or pairs, where the students get the chance to be creative, activates the pupils to speak German the most. They also express an awareness for the fact that open or information questions encourage the pupils to use their creativity and speak more German.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka tillförlitligheten vid bedömning/betygsättning av eleverna när de redovisade på andra sätt än skriftliga prov. Eftersom vi förespråkar elevaktiva och kreativa arbetsformer passade den formen bra för den kvalitativa studie som vi genomförde i en klass år 9 i Luleå. Eleverna redovisade genom en muntlig redovisning med illustrativa hjälpmedel och gjorde en skriftlig inlämning. Vi observerade deras kunskaper vid det muntliga redovisningstillfället med hjälp av en bedömningsmatris, den skriftliga inlämningen bedömdes med hjälp av en rättningsmall och betygskriterierna. Resultatet blev tvetydigt, vi kunde göra en tillförlitlig bedömning av elevernas kunskaper när de redovisade muntligt med hjälp av illustrativa hjälpmedel, men det fanns flera fall då det krävdes följdfrågor för att på ett tillförlitligt sätt bedöma att det var deras kunskaper.

Background: The education for becoming a registered nurse in Sweden includes compulsory time for clinical practice. The clinical education means an essential part in the students? personal development. According to regulation for nurses, a registered nurse has the responsibility to supervise nurse students during their clinical placement.Aim:. The aim of the examination was to describe nurse students´ experiences of supervision during clinical education.Method: The study was an empirical examination based on interviews with seven nurse students.Results: The result showed that nurse students wanted to be seen and treated as colleagues, but not used as labour.

AbstractThis essay discusses the negotiation of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) and the process that led up to a signed agreement. The CTBT forbids all nuclear weapon test explosions and all other types of nuclear explosions. The purpose of the study was to distinguish the critical steps of the negotiations that resulted in the success of the CTBT. Based on these insights, my intention was to identify relevant events and actors in the process around the Fissile Material Cut-off Treaty (FMCT), which has been on the nuclear disarmament agenda for over a decade. Furthermore, my ambition was that the examination of the CTBT negotiation would give me some clarity in what the next step would be to get the FMCT back on track.

I den här essän söker jag svar på följande frågor: Vad gör egentligen en berättare? Närmare bestämt: vad utmärker professionellt, muntligt berättande jämfört med det publika berättande som författare och skådespelare ägnar sig åt? Vad är det som just en muntlig berättare kan?Jag använder forskning som studerat förutsättningarna för dessa yrken ? särskilt hur berättelser konstrueras och berättande går till ? och tillämpar studierna på ett konkret fall: mina egna erfarenheter av att förbereda och framföra sägnen om Råttfångaren från Hameln vid Ljungby berättarfestival 2012. Det jag då gjorde och hur jag såg på det efteråt, jämförs med fiktiva berättares verksamhet i Mario Vargas Llosas roman El Hablador och Ursula K. Le Guins The Telling.Jag prövar bilden av en råttfångare som metafor för en muntlig berättare och kommer till slutsatsen att berättaren kan vara lika fängslande och lika förledande. Även skådespelare och romanförfattare kan fängsla sin publik, men inte luras så som en berättare kan.

This is an examination that investigates how parental guidebooks advise parents on how to solve conflicts between them and their children. The main purpose of this essay is to examine what these parental guidebooks say about rebuke. The following four questions will help to answer the main investigation. These questions are:What do different parental guidebooks write about rebuke?What do parental guidebooks consider to be the goal of rebuke?Which are the consequences of rebuke according to the parental guidebooks?Are there any clear patterns and connections that can be shown?To find an answer to these four questions, I have used eight parental guidebooks.

The purpose of this examination is to get a view of the attitude towards internet-use within after school centers. By comparing the views of pupils with the teacher?s point of view, one can notice differences that may be due to a lack of knowledge or communication. The questions are: What view does the principal, the staff, and the pupils have on internet-use in after school centers? Does their view differ? If so, how? To be able to respond to these questions, the pupils and the staff have been handed surveys and the principal has been interviewed.

Denna uppsats behandlar elevers förmåga att tala inför andra människor. Jag har genomfört en kvalitativ undersökning och har arbetat utifrån två problemformuleringar. Dessa är ?Hur arbetar lärarna för att utveckla eleverna till säkra talare? och Vilken är lärarens personliga inställning till detta område?? Jag valde ut fyra olika lärare som jag sedan intervjuade genom att ställa nio frågor.Resultatet av min undersökning blev att två av de intervjuade lärarna anser att eleverna upplever det som positivt och roligt att redovisa muntligt inför sina klasskamrater, det var också dessa lärare som arbetade med de yngre eleverna. Dessa lärare använder sig av olika metoder för att utveckla eleverna inom detta, men framförallt lyfter de fram att det är mängden talträning som är av allra största vikt.

Mitt arbete har skrivits i syfte att klargöra användningen av det spanska språket i muntlig kommunikation mellan elever och lärare resp. mellan eleverna själva. Syftet var även att ta reda på den muntliga kommunikationens betydelse för elevernas språkutveckling. De forskningsmetoder, som jag har använt till mitt arbete, är klassrumsbaserade observationer som genomfördes under lektioner i två klasser som läser spanska steg 3, samt kvalitativa intervjuer med två spansklärare och 6 gymnasieelever på två olika gymnasieskolor. Sammanfattningsvis vill jag påpeka, att genom mina observationer  har jag kommit fram till att det spanska språket används i huvudsak mellan lärare och elever när läraren ställer frågor och när elever svarar på dessa.  Dessutom används det  muntligt  mellan elever när dessa arbetar parvis och genomför en uppgift. Intervjuer med sex gymnasieelever och två spansklärare har jag kommit fram till att den muntliga kommunikationen i klassrummet är mycket viktig för elevernas språkutveckling.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a safe and painless diagnostic method. The patient may become concerned, suffer from anxiety and experience the examination as unpleasant. Detailed information and a good treatment can reduce anxiety and distress for the patient. The purpose of this study was to illuminate the patient?s experiences in connection to MRI, and to describe the patients needs for information and treatment.

AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to examine how the religious education is implemented in junior and grammar school. As a base for my examination I used two private schools and two municipal schools. My main goal was to get a better view of the content of the education, the treatment of the students and the conditions for the students to get a greater understanding and respect for others? religious beliefs and opinions through education. To reach this goal I did interviews and field studies which means that the paper has a qualitative approach.The examination showed clearly that the private schools spend a lot more education time on their respective religions while the municipal schools have a more comprehensive education.
