SammandragDenna uppsats ämnar studera huruvida yrkesidentitet påverkar perception avarbetsgivarvarumärke och val av arbetsplats, en outforskad aspekt inom fältetarbetsgivarvarumärke som uppmärksammades efter genomgång av tidigare forskning.Tidigare studier fokuserar främst på exponering som den avgörande faktorn för ett attraktivtarbetsgivarvarumärke och forskningen i denna studie har haft som avsikt att undersöka omäven yrkesidentitet kan vara en av de mest avgörande faktorerna vid intresseskapande av ettföretag. Motiv för denna uppfattning fanns vid ett möte med ett av Sveriges störstanyhetsmedium, Dagens Nyheter (DN); ett välexponerat företag med ett mycket starktarbetsgivarvarumärke. Attraktionen i arbetsgivarvarumärket upplevs dock endast främst inomden specifika målgruppen journalister och redaktionspersonal vilket företaget observerat isvårigheten att rekrytera andra yrkeskategorier. Fokus hos företag mot en viss yrkeskategorikan te sig problematisk när företaget har behov av att anlita personal inom ett annat områdeän organisationens huvudsakliga. Detta dubbla ansikte i arbetsgivarvarumärket har varitutgångspunkten i uppsatsarbetet där DN-fenomenet visat att ett etableratarbetsgivarvarumärke inte alltid räcker för att attrahera och rekrytera personal.

Syftet med denna undersökning var att undersöka olika pedagogers uppfattning om vilka behov barn med koncentrationssvårigheter har och hur musik kan fylla dessa behov. Sex personer, fyra kvinnor och två män, intervjuades. De hade alla erfarenhet av både musik och barn med koncentrationssvårigheter. Intervjuerna varade i 30-60 minuter. Metoden var löst strukturerade intervjuer och samtalen tolkades på ett hermeneutiskt sätt.

For any animator either working in stop-motion or 3D-animation the knowledge of the first animation techniques are most important. For it is based on these principles that animation today can create such vibrant characters. With the extreme development 3D-animation has undergone the last twenty years it is easy to lose track of the old ways. But with this thesis a hope to show that it is these old ways that will take animation to its next stage. My aim with this thesis is to find out if it is possible to identify the characteristic features of stop-motion and apply these onto 3D-animation with purpose to create a more expressive style of animation.

We would like to gain a more in depth knowledge of whether the modern orientations both within corporate governance and control philosophy lay the foundation for enterprises? more sustainable success. These both modern orientations are increasingly focusing on the importance of enterprises? setting of goals and visions on the basis of stake holders? interests and the employees? more active engagement in and motivation for the goal achievement. Despite these common inherent characteristics, it is not evident from current scientific debate how such integration actually emerges in the control philosophies of the enterprises.

The purpose of this paper was to examine how people experience the practice of Cannabis in daily life. The study was based on interviews with five individuals who have experience with cannabis use. They do not represent a bigger population only themselves. We chose these particular individuals because all of them began using cannabis at a young age- everyone before they were twenty. But they have been using cannabis because of different reasons.

Outdoor recreation habits in metropolis and rural areasThis study aims to examine the perception of nature and outdoor recreation habits from an urban-rural prospective. The urbanization process continues in Sweden and the populations of the cities are growing continuously. Trends to build more compact and ?climate smart? reigns and with this a risk that green areas and areas where outdoor recreation can be practiced are situated further and further away from the urban population. Analyzing the responses from a survey made by the research program Friluftsliv i förändring 2007 we have examined if and which differences exists between urban and rural areas regarding their perception of nature, outdoor recreation habits and factors influencing the practice of outdoor recreation.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine how key performance indicators are being used as performance management tools within the production industry. Specifically the purpose is to investigate how the KPI:s within the telecommunications industry drives reusability regarding production test systems. When anyone acquires control over a listed company the mandatory bid rule is triggered. This means that the person who acquires the control has to make an offer to buy the remaining shares in the company. The purpose of the rule is to protect the minority shareholders from the buyers. This rule has been considered to be burdensome and thus it is followed by an exemption rule which under some special circumstances may make the mandatory bid rule void. The bioenergy market has been introduced relatively late in a perspective of the Swedish forestry. Nowadays branches and tops are used more frequently as bioenergy after harvesting. Therefore, it has developed a competitive situation between pulpwood and bioenergy. This situation has even established some questions. Two examples of these are: ? At what top diameter should the final piece of pulpwood be crosscut to get the best economically result? ? Should the top diameter, at the final piece of pulpwood, be crosscut at a thicker or smaller diameter than what is done today? The purpose of this report is to answer these two questions when the harvesting is made motor manually in beech stands.

Based on 30 years of work experience in TV and film production, I have made a phenomenological analysis of my perception of meaning in work - how it arises and how it is undermined. The story starts in my experience of early professional film making in the 1980's and describes how a change to work in TV production required the development of a new professional identity. The text also illustrates how as a female director I have managed my role in a male dominated and structured work environment. Being defined as an exception from the male norm has pushed me towards femininist reflection and the need to redefine my own work role - the generally accepted view having felt uncomfortable. An analysis of structural change in TV and film production shows how market pressures and ways of thought have increasingly invaded cultural endeavour. Professional spheres of influence are weakened, while developments in the media are characterised by a commercialism which encroaches more and more upon artistic, spiritual and moral values. This attitude, where quality is in retreat, has transformedprogramme makers from creative originators into becoming suppliers of raw material in a factory- like process geared to produce great volume at low cost.The aim of this essay is to show how changes in society and in TV and film making have affected my perception of my work.
