Arbetsmotivation och vÀlbefinnande under en organisationsförÀndring
In an organizational change process, motivated employees are considered an asset. Work motivation can both be seen as situational and as a stable individual characteristic. The present study attempts to investigate how the employees at the Social Insurance Office in Scania experience the present organizational change by focusing on work motivation and well-being. Both questionnaires and interviews were adopted to examine the area of interest. Findings indicate that the organizational change is considered chaotic but necessary by the employees.

?Facebook has become as natural as having a phone? The use of social media in three libraries in the UmeÄ region ? an evaluationSocial media has come to be an integral part of people?s everyday life, as well as the business world in terms of communication and marketing. More and more libraries also embark in the use of social media, and the purpose of this study is to evaluate the use of social media in three libraries in the UmeÄ region. The libraries all use Facebook as their current, primary social media. Thus this study focuses partly on the analysis of the content on each library?s Facebook page, and partly on the experiences of the responsible librarians. The evaluation is based on a mix of existing tools in evaluating social media that are relevant in a library context.

Motivationsfaktorer : - Vad pÄverkar motivationsnivÄn hos telefonförsÀljare?
Through an examination on a Telemarketing company this paper aim to investigate which relations there is between the level of motivation and performance and how these are related to the factors that are included in Herzbergs two-factor-theory.In this essay we have been using a questionnaire and interview. We have also been able to collect statistics on employees from the Telemarketing company we examine. On the basis of these data we have analyzed which relations there is.The examination shows on relations who mean that the factors Performance and Acknowledgement are the ones that affect the motivation the most, and therefore the level of Performance. The rest of the Motivation factors don?t show any clear relations.

Chefers motivation till förÀndringsarbete - en studie om Karlskrona kommuns personalprogram

Uppsatsen behandlar Àmnet motivation och mer specifikt faktorer som pÄverkar
chefers motivation till förÀndringsarbete. Undersökningen har en kvalitativ
ansats och datainsamlingen har skett med hjÀlp av gruppintervju och via e-post.
Urvalet för undersökningen var sex chefer anstÀllda pÄ Karlskrona kommun.
Resultatet visar att förvÀntan pÄverkar chefers motivation. Vi fann ocksÄ att
chefers förtroende till ledning och chefers förstÄelse av förÀndringsarbetet
pÄverkar motivationen.
Arbetssökande, vÀgledning och motivation
Det övergripande syftet med studien Àr att undersöka arbetssökandes syn pÄ motivation och vÀgledning. Hur upplever den arbetssökande sin motivation? Vilka faktorer anser den arbetssökande pÄverkar motivationen. Vilken syn har den arbetssökande pÄ vÀgledning i förhÄllande till motivation. Genom att fÄ en större vetskap kring begreppet motivation hoppas vi pÄ att det kan göra oss till bÀttre vÀgledare.

This bachelor thesis examines and discusses the question: "How can graphics for
newscasts be adapted to follow technological developments in various media and
increase its informative quality?"
The work was performed on Swedish Television's own graphic department, SVT
design in order to examine how news graphics need to be developed to follow the
technological changes in media.
The production resulted in a news graphics concept divided into three parts.
Two of the sections show examples of how graphics can be adapted according to
platform and the third section shows examples of news graphics that are

à lskade Patient - En studie av Public Service Motivations roll för motivationen hos vÄrdanstÀllda
A tough working climate and the lack of extrinsic motivation at workplaces within health care raise the question of what instead drives employees within this industry. A possible answer to this is Public Service Motivation (PSM) - a type of motivation that is based on the desire to do good for society and its individuals. In order to investigate this further we have performed a qualitative study consisting of ten interviews with people working with institutional care, where the purpose has been to identify the sources of motivation and determine the impact of PSM. The results show that the compassion dimension of PSM appears to be one of the most salient motivational factors. While the rest of the PSM dimensions fail to explain the level of motivation to the same extent as compassion, other factors are recognized, such as relatedness and aspects of the nature of the work itself.

The purpose of this thesis was to study a selection of Swedish government agencies and their usage of new media to convey information. We thought that the relationship between government agencies and the media should be addressed. This because of the current transitional period between traditional and new media. We have studied five different Swedish government agencies; Swedish Armed Forces, Swedish Tax Agency, Swedish National Institute of Public Health, Trafikverket and Sida.We used a qualitive content analysis and analyzed their homepages on the basis of six different criteria. In addition to this we studied their presence on external social communities and how the government agencies comply with the requirements of their communicative efforts.The study shows that the government agencies? media usage varies.

One of the advantages of social media is that the platform favors dialogue and feedback. Social media can be used for traditional one-way communication, but works best as a supplement to the regular marketing activities, allowing the activities on social media platforms to focus on branding and building long-term customer relationships.

Delaktighet och motivation i en stor organisation
Motivation, engagemang och delaktighet bland medarbetare Àr viktiga faktorer i organisationers ekonomiska framgÄng och överlevnad pÄ marknaden. Huvudsyftet med denna studie var att undersöka om det fanns skillnader i inre motivation och delaktighet utifrÄn grad av tillfredsstÀllelse av de tre grundlÀggande psykologiska behoven mellan organisationens olika yrkeskategorier. Vidare syften var att undersöka om ohÀlsa kan prediceras med grad av inre motivation samt om det fanns skillnader i skattningarna av delaktighet pÄ arbetsplatsen och inom organisationen. En web-baserad enkÀt skickades ut till samtliga 914 medarbetare i organisationen och 205 valde att delta. Resultaten visade att det inte fanns nÄgon skillnad i tillfredsstÀllelse av de grundlÀggande psykologiska behoven kopplat till yrkeskategorier samt att medarbetarnas inre motivation kunde anvÀndas som prediktor för deras sjÀlvskattade ohÀlsa.
Att fylla tidningarna med kris : En studie av kriskommunikation, nyhetsmedier och deras kÀllor
The purpose of this study is to discover and explain the influences of media coverage of organizational crises on crisis communication, and vice versa. The study also shows how mediated crises develop, and how media framing and news sources affect this development.Carried out as a case study of three Swedish mediated crises, the methods used are quantitative and qualitative content analysis of media content from four Swedish newspapers and four organizations' press releases from the studied crises.Mediated crises develop through their specific pattern regardless of, but not independent from, the organizations' crisis communication. The crisis communication is used as an elite source in media reporting from the crises, but it can not control the mediated crises. However, it influences framing, and the possibilities to influence media reporting are better in the pre-crisis phase and the culmination..
