The purpose of this study was to examine parenthood of young mothers from a professional point of view. The professionals work in a Medium-sized city in Sweden and they represent different professions to give a broad perspective of the subject. The questions in the study were: What were the advantages of being a young mother of today and were there any problems with being a young mother, from the professionals perspective? What role did young mothers network and family play, from a professional point of view? From a professional point of view, how well did society handle young parenthood? How do the professionals handle the young mothers they met? Studies with reference to professionals' thoughts and expectations of young mothers were few, therefore the professionals were given a central position in this study. A qualitative method was chosen, for this study.

This report deals with activities that from a CSR perspective are considered to create a shared value for a Medium-sized construction company in Sweden. The CSR definition used in the report is the European Commission?s since it reflects the valuecreating aspects of CSR, in contrast to the traditional philanthropic aspect of CSR.Companies in the building construction industry have difficulties identifying activities that create value in society and in the company. The aim with the project is to, from a CSR perspective, identify and evaluate value creating activities in a building construction company. The activities will be evaluated with respect to competitiveness and how they can be implemented into an organization.

Papperstidningarnas popularitet har sjunkit i takt med att webbens har ökat. Nyhetsorganisationersåsom tidningar har haft svårt för att anpassa sig till denna förändring och har historiskt sett använtinternet som ett Medium för envägskommunikation. De försöker nu slå sig in i sociala nätverk menutnyttjar inte kanalerna till sin fulla potential. Denna studie undersöker vilka nyttor lokaltidningar sermed Facebook och Twitter; två nätverk med samma karaktär men med olika användargrupper. Facebookbygger på personliga relationer medan Twitter bygger på nätverk av gemensamma intressen.En förstudie har genomförts för att undersöka utbredningen av tidningarnas användning av Facebookoch Twitter, och visar att de flesta använder dessa nätverk och att Facebook är vanligast.

Denna kvalitativa komparativa studie undersöker filmmediets roll i undervisningen av bild- och svenskämnet för grundskolans senare år och hur rollen beskrivs i kursplanerna för respektive ämne. kursplanerna för bild- och svenskämnet hämtade ur Lpo94 och Lgr11 analyserades och jämfördes. Utifrån den information som framlästs ur den komparativa analysen utfördes samt analyserades fyra kvalitativa intervjuer med grundskolelärare. Studien har visat att filmmediet förekommer i en rad olika kontexter i undervisningssituationer i bild- och svenskämnet för grundskolans senare år. Det används bland annat som ett verktyg för praktisk gruppsykologi, ett Medium för att få elever att komma i kontakt med känslor och som grund för reflektion samt ett spännande alternativ till mer konventionella redovisningsmetoder.

Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att utifrån e-kundlojalitetsbegreppet utvärdera hur välgörenhetsorganisationer i dagsläget arbetar med sociala medier liksom hur de kan förbättra gåvogivarnas e-kundlojalitet genom sociala medier. Metod: Våra metoder har både kvalitativa och kvantitativa inslag och består av intervjuer med personal från fyra olika välgörenhetsorganisationer som är väl insatta i arbetet med sociala medier liksom innehållsanalyser av organisationernas profilsidor i sociala medier. Teori: Den teoretiska referensramen inleds med rekommendationer för sociala medier. Därefter följer en redogörelse av relationsmarknadsföring och hur den kan appliceras på välgörenhetsorganisationer. Vidare går vi sedan djupare in på lojalitet respektive e-lojalitet för att visa på hur dessa begrepp ska appliceras på vår empiri. Avsnittet avslutas sedan med en egen modell som ska användas för att analysera empirin. Slutsats: För att förbättra gåvogivarnas e-kundlojalitet genom sociala medier krävs att välgörenhetsorganisationerna lägger mer kapacitet på underhåll av relationer, långsiktigt fokus och tvåvägskommunikation. Vidare behövs även mer arbete kring att skapa psykologiska band till följarna liksom att organisationerna bör se över vilka sociala medier de väljer att vara mest aktiva på.

I detta examensarbete skrivet vid Musikproducentprogrammet på Linköpings Universitet har jag efter litteraturstudier om surroundljud och inspelningsteknik undersökt möjligheterna att spela in konsertframträdanden i 5.1-ljud, ett relativt nytt Medium för musikinspelningar som är på stark frammarsch. Målet med examensarbetet är att utröna hur detta nya ljud-format kan appliceras vid återgivning av framföranden på scen och vilka tekniker som i så fall kan användas för att uppnå ett tillfredsställande resultat.Metoden som denna rapport baserats på består av två olika delar, en teorisk del samt ett praktiskt moment för att prova de inhämtade kunskaperna. Den teoretiska delen har bestått av litteraturstudier av både tryckta och elektroniska källor. För att ha ett lämpligt material att arbeta med har jag spelat in en konsert med popbandet Weeping Willows som spelade i Hörsalen i Norrköping den 11 november 2005. Sammanlagt 16 låtar spelades in vid detta inspelningstillfälle, musik som sedan redigerades och mixades med 5.1-ljud med hjälp av ljudredigeringsprogrammet Nuendo 3 från Steinberg.Undersökningen visar att det går att uppnå ett tillfredsställande resultat med inspelningar av konsertinspelningar av populärmusik i surroundljud, men det medför också att betydligt fler ljudkanaler behöver hanteras på lämplig inspelningsutrustning, jämfört med stereoinspelningar.

The dialysis ward at Karolinska University Hospital is a highly pressurized work environment filled with critical treatment situations where patient?s lives can be constantly in danger. Staff have to deal with a myriad of alarms and error codes in response to their patients varying ailments. The high feeding value of red clover makes it into an important species in Swedish agriculture. There are three different maturity types grown in Sweden, early, Medium late and late. The time for heading, regrowth and winter hardiness is affected by the maturity type, but there can also be other factors that are affected by the maturity type, for instance fiber content. In a greenhouse experiment three red clover varieties of different maturity types were compared; early Titus, middle late SW Nancy and late SW Torun. The features compared were fiber content and differences in development rates.

When a combined heat and power plant produces heat and power it often faces a deficit of heat load during the summer or other periods of time. This heat is often unnecessarily cooled away or the power production has to be reduced or shut off. If it is possible to store heat from periods with low heat demand to periods with high heat demand one can get many benefits. Among these benefits are: increased power production, decreased operation with partial load, uniformly distributed load.To be able to store heat in situations like this long-term thermal heat storages are needed. In this thesis five different types of stores are presented: rock cavern storage, tank storage, pit water storage, borehole storage and aquifer storage.

Many Swedish urban neighborhoods have since they were constructed suffered from a bad reputation and have had a lack of strong socioeconomic groups settling there. This study is about a suburb in a Medium-sized Swedish town and the purpose is to find out which social problems that exist there. The aim is also to explain the actors who work with adolescents in the area, which interventions and activities are offered, and whether they can be characterized as pro-social, as well as how the cooperation between the actors looks like. A qualitative approach with semi-structured interviews was carried out, involving nine respondents, who are active in the public and nonprofit sector. The interview guide used is designed and divided into different themes based on the survey questions.

Introduction: First line managers in the public sector, are under a great pressure from both senior management, leadership, politicians and often from a large group of employees. Few studies have been made on the first-linemanagers psychosocial work environment, even though in the studies found that the manager affects their employees work environment.Aim: How first line managers in municipal elderly describes the psychosocial work environment on the basis of demand-control - support model.Methods: The study was conducted through individual interviews with six first line managers. Respondents were recruited through a strategic selection in a Medium-sized municipality in Västernorrland. The interviews were conducted using an interview guide. Qualitative content analysis with an deductive approach was used as a method of interpretation of the results.Results: First line managers point out the difficulty in balancing the requirements and several managers also mentioned the importance of having clear role descriptions and objectives.

The foundation for the Essay consists of a qualitative interview study, built on asynchronous e-mail interviews and telephone interviews with blogging librarians and Heads of libraries.

This Master of Science Thesis was a complement project to the PIEp study MENTOL, carried out at a Swedish midsize medical device company.. PIEp nationally works for a long-term increase of the innovation capability of people and organizations. The purpose of this study was to find measuring parameters of innovation that fit Medium-sized technological companies and organizations, Another purpose was to evaluate an innovation investment at the company, consisting of external consultant?s education of key personnel in innovation, and a two day innovation seminar with all personnel at the company participating. The methods used during this Master of Science Thesis were: feasibility and literature studies about innovation and innovation measurements, quantitative and qualitative interviews, surveys and workshops.For an accurate measure of innovation it is crucial to a have full understanding of what innovation is, and clarity of the purpose of the measurement itself.
