Abstract The planning of landscapes and towns has changed from a top-to-bottom perspective, including a focus on common interests, towards an inclusion of dialogue between planners and inhabitants of the planning area. In the countryside areas there are many interests which could be incorporated in such a dialogue. Still, the landowners have the final right to make the decisions for his or her property. The purpose of this paper is to examine how a dialogue for countryside development works and could be working, what participators of such dialogues are thinking about their right to direct and transform the landscape, and which roles the planners may take in such a context. With this background in mind, I also look back into the history with the intention to understand the situation of today.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur personalen upplever att arbetet inom Marinen har utvecklats över tid. Vilka skillnader upplevdes under perioden år 1957-2010? Hur utvecklades verksamheten och arbetsuppgifterna? Vilken kompetens behövdes? Ändrades kompetenskraven under perioden, och i så fall hur? Hur påverkade tekniska framsteg arbetssättet? Dominerade civilt eller militärt betonade uppgifter?.

Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to examine the ERK model's relevance, validity and potential need of development to better reflect how it looks today (2013). Method: The study is conducted through three surveys; the first two were face interviews with companies that sponsor Swedish soccer teams and the third study was conducted with a questionnaire to supporters outside a soccer stadium. Honey is a product that may contain pesticide residues due to contamination from bees pollinating various plants as well as elimination of vermin inside the hive. Different methods are needed for analysis of pesticides, since the term includes a wide range of different substances. National Food Administration lacks a validated method for determination and quantification of pesticides in honey using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, LC-MS/MS. The technique is especially important in analysis of polar and non-volatile pesticides, where gas chromatography is not functioning optimally. After investigating what pesticides could be found in honey produced in Sweden, a number of four pesticides suitable for analysis with LC-MS/MS was compiled; boscalid, impidacloprid, tau-fluvalinate and thiacloprid.

This study evaluates the retention of nitrogen and phosphorus in four newly constructed wetlands in the municipality of Falkenberg, Sweden. The four wetlands have been selected because they have been specifically constructed with the aim to reduce nitrogen and phosphorus in farming areas. The process of selecting the specific wetlands has been done in collaboration with the county administration in Halland. Through field studies in collaboration with the landowners where the wetlands are sited, the areas that provide the wetlands with water were determined. The size of these drainage areas were determined in a GIS computer program. The type of land use within the drainage areas was also determined.

The idea for the project emerged when Nilorn wanted to get better control over their supplychain and improve operational efficiency. The company also want to reduce their expenses inthe continuous process of improving profitability. By choosing the right option oftransportation and mode of transport there are large potential savings for the company. Thisenables Nilorn to reduce the transportation costs and strengthen the environmentalresponsibilities by reducing their environmental impact.The flow of goods within Nilorn has over the past years increased significantly and most ofthe gods today is transported by air. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the supply chain of thecompany and evaluate the potential economic savings in this area.

Rapporten behandlar utvecklandet av ett generellt bokningssystem för att tillåta att användare bokartider hos en kund via en webbsida. Systemet ska också ha stöd för att automatiskt kunna generera faktureringsunderlagför att underlätta kundens administration av bokningar. För att bättre förstå vilkenfunktionalitet ett generellt bokningssystem behöver, har Vikbolandets ryttarförening använts som modellkund.Utvecklingen har lett fram till ett generellt bokningssystem som kan anpassas för att ha samma funktionalitetsom det system Vikbolandets ryttarförening tidigare använt sig av. Syftet med min undersökning är att utvärdera tillämpbarheten av metoden FA/SIMM. En utrednings- och analysansats som ska underlätta breda och välförankrade beslutsunderlag för förändringar inom olika verksamheter. Som underlag för min utvärdering har jag använt en fallstudie av grundutbildningen för informatikämnet inom ISM vid Institutionen för datavetenskap, Linköpings universitet. Several new actors have entered the market and taken over traditional bankservices as well as new ones. The way of conducting banking has changed with the event of new technology. One of the banks customer segments, the students have also been under a change. With a changed market companies have to adapt to the new rules of the game.

Det har under en lång tid i Sverige funnits ett intresse av att minska på lagernivåerna. I samband med den ekonomiska krisen på 1970-talet riktades allt mer fokus mot det kostsamma bundna kapitalet i lagret. Under 1980-talet började Just-In-Time introduceras i Sverige, senare även LEAN production. Dessa filosofier spädde på intresset för att minska på lagernivåerna ytterligare. Sedan dess kan vi se att en förändring har skett, exempelvis har leveransernas ledtid blivit kortare samt orderkvantiteterna mindre.Synen på lager skiljer sig dock åt mellan olika forskare.

The aim of the study was to support the ongoing kaizen work at a medical centre. Two main topics have been addressed in this study:? Find a solution to ensure that the kaizen decisions are followed and will get a strong grip in the organisation.? Support the kaizen process by giving advice on how to structure the meetingsand how the kaizen work could be done more effectively.The study started with a visit to the medical centre to observe the kaizen process and the attitudes among the employees. The employees were asked to fill in a survey about the kaizen work at the centre. The final recommendations given have been based on this and also information gathered from other medical centres which work after the same kaizen principles.
