Kund eller patient? ? Till kritik mot en marknadsanpassning av patientbemötandet
Syftet med denna uppsats Àr att, utifrÄn en analys om lÀkarprofessionens eventuellt förÀndrade syn pÄ patientbemötandet - gÀllande bÄde sin egen och patientens roll - kritisera och kontrastera New Public Management och Service Management angÄende marknadsanpassning av lÀkar- och patientrollen. Vi utgÄr frÄn ett tolkande paradigm och anvÀnder oss av en kvalitativ metod. Vi kritiserar New Public Management och Service Management inom svensk sjukvÄrd huvudsakligen utifrÄn Etienne Wengers teori om sociala grupper i samhÀllet, men Àven utifrÄn Michel Foucaults och Jean Baudrillards teorier. Empirisk data presenteras tillsammans med teorin och tolkas utifrÄn teorin. Empirin hÀrstammar frÄn Ätta intervjuer och en observation, men bestÄr Àven av sekundÀrdata i form av artiklar frÄn lÀkarfackpress.
Servicekvalité och kultur : skillnaden mellan svenska studenter & kinesiska utbytesstudenter inom servicenÀringen
Syfte: Syftet med denna studie Àr att analysera skillnader i hur servicekvalitén inom servicenÀringen i Sverige uppfattas av svenska studenter och kinesiska utbytesstudenter.Metod: I studien anvÀndes en kvantitativ metod med hjÀlp av enkÀter med slutna svarsalternativ och ordinalskala, som distribuerades till totalt 324 svenska studenter och kinesiska utbytesstudenter. Vidare anvÀndes dataprogrammet IMB SPSS för att utföra faktoranalyser och klusteranalyser. Resultaten anvÀndes sedan för att testa de anvÀnda teorierna.Resultat: Genom att analysera de resultat som deducerats frÄn insamlad data har studien bidragit med ytterligare data inom kulturomrÄdet och servicenÀringen. Studiens teoretiska referensram har stÀrkt de slutsatser som gjorts, men har Àven visat sig vara vag i vissa sammanhang. Studien har visat vissa intressanta skillnader i hur kinesiska utbytesstudenter och svenska studenter uppfattar servicekvalitén inom servicenÀringen.Förslag till fortsatta studier: Studiens resultat skulle kunna bidra till förslag till fortsatta studier inom servicenÀringsomrÄdet och servicekvalité.
Chefskap och styrning: en studie om ledarskap pÄ en socialförvaltning
The purpose of this essay was to analyze the management and steering of the social welfare service. The objective was specifically to examine how the leaders approach their position as managers of the social welfare service, and also how they approach their way of steering. The social welfare service acts under political decisions, but the management interpret and transform these decisions into actions. The managers of the social welfare service are therefore important from a democratic perspective. The study was based on five qualitative interviews with two managers of the unity, two departmental managers and the head manager of the social welfare service.

Abstract: The purpose of this thesis is to study the importance of having a website for traditional service companies as well as the factors that might influence its importance. This is done by answering three research questions that all contribute to the answer of the main purpose. A qualitative study has been performed including eight interviews with respondents from eight different service companies presenting four different types of businesses. The empirical findings of the study are analyzed with the help of the theoretical frame of references in order to identify the most interesting conclusions. The results of the thesis state that the main purpose of the website among the studied companies is to rationalize and save costs.

Syftet med studien Àr att se hur skolpersonalens arbete mot mobbning och annan krÀnkande behandling i fyra högstadieskolor i Kronobergs lÀn pÄverkas av LÀroplanen 94 (Lpo 94) och skollagen. LPO 94 visar detaljerat pÄ de riktlinjer och mÄl som personalen i skolverksamheten ska rÀtta sig efter. Increasing Services - A Case Study at ABS Regarding the Change Process towards Service Orientation
The main purpose of this master thesis is to identify the issues concerning the transformation process of a product oriented company into a service oriented company, and how these issues can be overcome. We will exemplify this by developing a dewatering pump rental concept for ABS, and identify the drivers and barriers for ABS when implementing the service oriented rental concept in Sweden and Poland. This master thesis is based on the systems perspective. The reason for this is the required holistic perspective, where the system has to be regarded from different points of departure in order to be understood. The theoretical studies include services and change management.
