Studien har som syfte att analysera LVM:s legitimering, syfte och rättssubjekt. Detta görs genom att se till lagens kontext, hur den har växt fram och vilka legitimeringsgrunder och motiv den vilar på för att sedan genom en analys av lagens förarbeten se hur detta återspeglas i LVM:s omhändertaganderekvisit. Genom en analys av den diskurs som finns i rättskällorna framträder inte bara gällande rätt utan också de föreställningar och argument som rekvisitens utformning vilar på och som är av stor vikt för den enskildes rättssäkerhet..

Rättsäkerhet, skälighet och rättvisa i arbetsmarknadspolitiken : En granskning av 9 § Lagen (1997:238) om arbetslöshetsförsäkring
Uppsatsen granskar 9 § i Lagen (1997:238) om arbetslöshetsförsäkring i ett försök att kartlägga lagstiftarens resonemang och argumentering för att paragrafen skall anses rättssäker, skälig och rättvis samt hur detta framträder i tillämpning och praxis. Paragrafen handlar om de krav som den arbetslöse måste uppfylla för att få ersättning från arbetslöshetskassan. Om kraven inte uppfylls så är arbetsförmedlaren skyldig att skicka en underrättelser till den arbetssökandes a-kassa så att de kan se över om arbetslöshetsersättning skall utgå eller inte. Lagstiftarens intentioner för denna lag i allmänhet och 9 § mer specifikt visar på argument för såväl ett rättssäkert, skäligt som rättvist tankesätt. Men en genomgång av praxis och tillämpning visar att dessa intentioner inte alltid följer med hela vägen i arbetet på Arbetsförmedlingarna.
På väg tillbaka till livet : En kvalitativ studie om personalens betydelse samt personalens hjälpinsatsers betydelse för de boende på Ingseredsstiftelsen
Studien är genomförd på Ingseredsstiftelsen, vilken finns i Stadsmissionens regi sedan 1988. Ingseredsstiftelsen är ett boende för missbrukare och personer med psykisk ohälsa och tar emot män och kvinnor mellan 20-65 år. Man kan få en plats på boendet genom Lagen om rättspsykiatrisk vård (LRV), Lagen om psykiatrisk tvångsvård (LPT), Lagen om vård av unga (LVU), Lagen om vård av missbrukare (LVM) och Socialtjänstlagen (SoL). Fem av de anställda på boendet arbetar som kontaktpersoner vilka har som huvuduppgifter att följa socialsekreterarens arbetsplan och att göra en genomförandeplan utifrån denna. De ska också ta kontakt med olika myndigheter, hitta anhöriga men också se till att de boendes självförtroende ökar.Studien är kvalitativ och består av totalt åtta intervjuer med boende och personal samt två deltagande observationer.
Att dela eller inte? Medarbetarnas perspektiv på delat ledarskap inom Human service organisationer
Studiens syfte var att undersöka och sätta ord på medarbetarnas upplevelse och uppfattning av delat ledarskap utifrån två teman: verksamhetsaspekter och personalaspekter. De teorier som det relateras till i uppsatsen är Döös med fleras teori om delat ledarskap, Engquists kommunikationsteori, Hällstens & Tengblads medarbetarskapsteorier samt Thylefors ledarskapsteorier inom Human service organisationer. För att genomföra undersökningen användes en abduktiv, kvalitativ metod med tre strukturerade fokusgruppsintervjuer med medarbetarna samt två individuella intervjuer med två delande chefer på tre verksamheter inom Human service organisationer, där konceptet med delat ledarskap tillämpas eller har tillämpats.Medarbetarnas upplevelser av delat ledarskap har skiftat från nöjd till missnöjd. Resultatet visar att delat ledarskap ger flera fördelar och få nackdelar om rätt förutsättningar finns. Slutsatsen är att delat ledarskap är något alla tjänar på ?om uppdelningen av det delade ledarskapet är väl genomtäkt och personerna som delar ledarskapet passar in i rollerna?.
ICAs strategiska beslut - Nyckeln till förändring och utveckling
Syfte: Vårt syftet är att skapa förståelse för ICAs förändring och utveckling under åren 1993 till 2006 utifrån företagets strategiska beslut. Metod: Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ fallstudie med en abduktiv ansats. För att samla in data till empirin granskades ICAs årsredovisningar för åren 1993 till 2006. Vidare genomfördes semi-strukturerade intervjuer med ICA Handlare, leverantörer och kunder. För att få djup och tillförlitlighet i studien har äkthet och trovärdighet behandlats i metoden.
Individuella utvecklingsplaner - en studie av ett utvecklingsarbetes förberedelse
Detta arbete handlar om hur förberedda rektorer i en utvald kommun anser att deras skolor är, inför det att lagen om individuella utvecklingsplaner (IUP) träder i kraft den 1 januari 2006. Vår undersökning har omfattat intervjuer med nio rektorer och en ut-bildningschef. Intervjusvaren visar att skolorna befinner sig i tre skilda faser något som visar hur olika förberedda skolorna är inför den nya lagen om IUP. Slutsatsen vi har kunnat dra av vårt undersökningsmaterial är bland annat att en av nio grundskolor i den undersökta kommunen har implementerat IUP. Två andra sko-lor har använt sig av IUP-material i något eller några utvalda skolår.

Musikwebben ? Ett alternativ till illegal fildelning?
The purpose of this thesis is to examine a new music downloading service called Musikwebben, which is now available in many Swedish libraries. It focuses on the differences and similarities between this service and illegal music sharing services. The question is raised, whether the appeal of Musikwebben is high enough for it to be able to ?recruit? users from similar, illegal services. To answer this question, a qualitative content analysis is used, to explore various views on what legal downloading services have to offer and how these differ to illegal alternatives.
