Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att tillämpa aktionsforskningsteorin och metoden appreciative inquiry vid design av en måltidsupplevelse med målsättning att öka medarbetarnas medvetenhet kring stolthet över arbetsplatsen, inspiration till matlagning samt mod och vad som får människor att våga testa nya produkter och arbetssätt. Ett ytterligare syfte var att utveckla ett mätverktyg som utvärderade insatsen och fångade upp medarbetarnas tankar och känslor. Till sist är det även uppsatsens syfte att utvärdera inbjudan till den designade måltidsupplevelsen för att kartlägga vad som väcker intresse och nyfikenhet samt vad som får medarbetare att anmäla sig för att delta på evenemanget.Design/metod: Arbetet är en fallstudie och har utgått från aktionsforskningsteori och -metodik med specifikt fokus på appreciative inquiry. Eftersom arbetet har varit tätt kopplat till utveckling av en målitdsupplevelse har även inspiration och kunskap hämtats från mat- och måltidsbranschen.Resultat: Ett nytt måltidskoncept har utvecklats och presenterats. Eftersom den designade målitdsupplevelsen fusionerar appreciative inquiry och måltidskunskap har det givits namnet appreciative dining.

The purpose of the study was to discover how nurses can maintain a good quality of life for cancerpatients at the end of life. We examined seven scientific articles in accordance with Polit, Beck & Hungler (2001) criteria for scientific validity. We used Carnevali's (1996) model of demand and resources as a frame of reference. The results showed that physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs affect quality of life in different ways. It also came out that it was difficult to measure something as individual as quality of life..

The aim of this report is to give the reader insight into the development of theweb-based accounting application SuperBooky. Accounting is a complex task thatmany beginner entrepreneurs struggle with. The development of this application wastherefore focused on making accounting as convenient and as easy as possible. Theend product targets small enterprises and its functionality was designed with this inmind.To make sure that the application was designed in a user-friendly way, polls werecarried out among individuals with basic accounting knowledge. These polls werethen used as a basis when the application was under development, to ensure that itwas well-suited to the target audience.This project was carried out as a bachelor?s thesis for Chalmers University of Technologyand University of Gothenburg during Spring 2015.

The purpose of this thesis is to ascertain the main determinable factors of Swedish SMEs capital structure decisions and to investigate whether existing capital structure theories are applicable on Swedish SME financing. We have used panel data to run regressions of various capital structure determinants on three measures of capital structure; short- term debt, long-term debt and total debt. We found that growth opportunities, profitability and age are the most important capitalstructures determinants for our sample. Firm size shows a small explanatory result but the effective tax rate and the asset tangibility do not seem to explain the capital structure at all. Fibromyalgi är ett tillstånd av okänd patologi och karaktäriseras av kronisk, diffus smärta samt ömhet vid palpation av specifika muskuloskeletala områden. Fibromyalgi är en kronisk sjukdom och därmed finns ingen behandling som botar sjukdomen. Dagens behandling, bestående av multimodala rehabiliteringsprogram innehållande exempelvis fysisk aktivitet och beteendeterapi, är därför till för att lindra symtomen. Patienter med fibromyalgi upplever även en reducerad livskvalitet. Syftet med denna studie var att sammanställa kunskapsläget om vilken inverkan olika former av fysisk aktivitet har på livskvalitet hos personer med fibromyalgi.

This research study constitutes a critical stand, which departure from the increase in welfare, and decrease in quality of life, and is further directed to the sphere of consumption. Contemporary consumers appear to seek for components to construct their self with through consumption, consumerism has become a sphere of life, and has consequently also become a victimizing force steering the identity and self construction of consumers. The alarm bells however are echoing in Western society, and consumers are experiencing dilemmas such as fragmentation, powerlessness, uncertainty and meaninglessness.In this respect we have presented spiritualism as an applicable path of escape or alternative to the scheme of the material oriented consumption sphere. We intend to broaden the scope of the interplay between spiritualism and consumerism in the act of yoga, and we have therefore been researching: what yoga is doing to consumers, and what consumers are doing to yoga. The study is based on an existential epistemology paradigm, which emphasis on the meaning of the yoga experience attained from the subjects of research; the yoga practitioners, and therefore we have carried out three focus group discussions.

Introduction: More and more children and young people get the diagnosis celiac disease established. Celiac is a life-long disease, which means that the child during the rest of its life has to be on a strictly gluten-free diet. There are few studies so far, which have examined how children having a life-long disease with food treatment and increasing prevalence really experience their health related quality of life (HRQoL).Purpose: The purpose of the study was to examine how children (8 ? 18 years old) suffering from celiac valued their HRQoL and to illustrate as well whether the age of the child and its extent of disease when it was taken ill affected the child?s evaluation of HRQoL later in life. The purpose was also to compare whether the children?s parents valued the HRQoL of their children to the same extent as the children did.Method: 160 children, 54 boys and 102 girls were included in the study.
