För att kunna göra detta krävs att man tar fram konkurrenskraftiga leverantörsstrategier som bygger på välgenomtänkta beslut. Dessa beslut måste ta hänsyn till inköpets totala risk för leverantör och komponent. Den totala risken är oftast väldigt specifik för varje företag och bygger på ett flertal olika parametrar. Författarna ger i denna uppsats förslag på tre parametrar som kan hjälpa företag att ta fram effektiva leverantörsstrategier.

The purpose of this thesis was to investigate how the distance between real estate manager and the managed item influenced the real estate management process. The overall real estate management within Lantmännen Fastigheter AB was investigated to give suggestions on how to improve the quality of the real estate management within the company. To do this, questionnaires, interviews and observations was performed within the Lantmännen Fastigheter AB organization. Real estate managers answered questions about their role as real estate manager, maintenance planning, decision processes, leasing and strategies within the company.The analysis of the questionnaires, interviews and observations showed that the real estate managers wants to rearrange their spent working hours around on working tasks to spend more time on the tasks that brings income and spend less time on tasks that are unsatisfying and unnecessary. The analysis also shows in which areas the real estate managers want more support and education and that they mostly work with unplanned maintenance.

Quality is the key to a well executed product or service. The construction industry hasn?t highlighted the quality in recent times which have contributed to the construction industry receiving much criticism in the field. The public sees it as an offhanded industry where errors and delays are common.The reason for this is considered to be primarily the lack of time, constant pressure to reduce costs and skills and the ability to communicate between the parties about what the correct quality really means. The industry has begun to realize that it must start setting clearer standards and that there are great opportunities for improvement.This report will give Peab an opportunity to develop their quality work.

Background: The population of the world is getting older and in the year of 2020, 1.2 billion people will be 60 years or older. A common health complaint affecting the quality of life in elderly persons are sleep difficulties. Physical activity is claimed to improve sleep quality and the maintenance of a normal circadian rhythm. Several studies have shown positive effects of physical activity on sleep quality, still the evidence of physical activity as sleep-promoter is insufficient. Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate associations between physical activities and sleep quality in persons ?60 years of age.

The main purpose of this essay is to study ideas concerning the concept of ?art? within the discourse of the exhibition space that is part of a fanart community. In order to do so I have used a hermeneutical and to some extent structuralistic, discourse analysis. I have examined structure and rhetorics in two established and popular communities, Fanart-Central and deviantART.My conclusions states that personal ideas regarding artistic value are undermined the joint policies, because of a collective rhetoric somewhat inherent in the community structure.When a lot of works are being based on internal knowledge of symbolics and historical narratives, this may to some extent have consequences where unfamiliar observers might fail to notice elements of possible significance. Moreover, certain interests in keeping a united front of ?quality art? may also affect a general idea immediate to what signifies fanart.

Krav på adekvat utbildning är beroende på yrkesområde. Inom vårdområdet finns legitimationskrav för vissa yrkeskategorier men inte för undersköterskor. Trots detta finns det krav på att den vård som undersköterskor ger ska vara av god kvalitet.Syftet med denna studie är att belysa hur vårdlärare som undervisar vuxna inom vård- och omsorgsutbildningen ser på begreppet kvalité i vårdutbildning. Studien bygger på kvalitativa semistruktuerade telefonintervjuer med 9 vårdlärare med minst två års erfarenhet av undervisning i vård- och omsorgsutbildning för vuxna. Frågeställningar rör vad vårdläraren anser att kvalitet är, samt hur de arbetar med kvalitetsfrågor i utbildningen.I resultatet framkom tre teman - Engagemang och stöd i elevens hela skolsituation, Undervisning och individuell anpassning samt Ansvar för att eleverna tillgodogör sig undervisning med kvalité..

This masters thesis is a study of how the expression quality literature is used in widespread newspapers and magazines. Wittgensteins idea of language games is used as a theoretical starting point. The analysis of 37 articles draws a picture of five language games that are called; the taking over, the polarising, the example giving, the gender critical and the ironic language game. The expression that quality literature is most often put in relation to is popular literature. The line between the two is sometimes distinctly drawn in the articles and sometimes quite vague.

This master?s thesis concerns the performance of professional children?s theatre in public libraries. With qualitative interviews I have looked into how four children?s librarians and two theatre consultants appreciate professional children?s theatre, and furthermore I have looked into their view on the importance of theatre for children. My intentions have also been to investigate their views on the function and status of children?s theatre in public libraries and also the relationship between library and theatre activities for children.

This empirical work and base has been to analyze the new high school reform that the Swedish government introduced as a statement 2008/09:199 about: Higher demand and quality within the high school. This statement became legal through the government vote in spring 2010. But above all it is the investigation (SOU 2008:27) that is the central piece for these new examination changes for high school students that will come into effect 1 of July 2011. The purpose and questions asked in this analyze has been if the reform takes its base in a modernistic (traditional) way or a late modern scientific perspective. And also to find out how these new quality amendments in the investigation makes visible about the high school and what the purpose are about the changes. When scientific theories in these analyze is placed against the reform, the result shows that the modernization process reflects more of a late modern aspect, which constantly reappraise in a changeable society.

I vårt arbete utgick vi från huvudfrågeställningarna: ?Hur påverkar egenskaper hos konsumenten dennes upplevelse och användning av yttre kvalitets-signaler?? och ?Hur använder konsumenten dessa kvalitetssignaler i ett kvalitetsskapande samman-hang?? Vår delfrågeställning löd: ?Skiljer sig konsumentens upplevelse av kvalitet åt när det gäller egna märkesvaror gentemot dennes upplevelse av kvalitet hos övriga varumärken?? Vårt syfte med studien var att studera konsumenters upplevelser av kvalitet utifrån ett kvalitativt tillvägagångssätt, vilket vi ansåg gav en ökad förståelse av de faktorer som medverkar till att forma konsumenters kvalitetsupplevelser. Vi avsåg också skapa en mer integrerad bild av kvalitetsupplevelsen. Detta genom att vi tog hänsyn såväl till egenskaper hos konsumenten som till situationsbundna faktorer.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka svenska och finska rektorers uppfattningar av begreppet kvalitet.Datainsamlingen har skett genom intervjuer av svenska och finska grundskole- och gymnasierektorer. En fenomenografisk metod kombinerat med en kontextuell analys har använts vid bearbetningen av materialet.Undersökningens resultat består av en kategorisering av rektorernas uppfattningar. Kategoriseringen har skett i tre omgångar. I den tredje och sista analysen kunde två huvudkategorier av uppfattningar redovisas: resultat- och resursoptimering samt optimala arbetsprocesser.
