Purpose: This thesis aims to study how students in upper secondary school evaluate sources in their everyday school work and how the role of the school library and librarian officiate in this context.Methodology: A web questionnaire was conducted and 155 students from different schools, with or without school library and school librarian, participated. We coded and aggregated the questionnaires according to the strategies that are used when evaluating sources, identified by Francke, Sundin and Limberg. Cognitive authority, a theory by Patrick Wilson, was also a part of our analysis. Conclusions: The study shows that students use different strategies, separately or combined, as a way to evaluate sources. The teacher is regarded as a cognitive authority and is the main influence concerning source evaluation. It also shows that the role of school libraries and school librarians, in this context, seem to be non-existent.

Dialektisk beteendeterapi (DBT) har utvecklats av Marsha Linehanför behandling av självmordsnära personer med diagnosenBorderline personlighetsstörninig, även kallad Emotionellt instabilpersonlighetsstörning. DBT med tonåringar har visat goda resultatoch börjar nu införas i Sverige. Färdighetsträning i grupp är enviktig komponent i behandlingen. Syftet med undersökningen varatt kartlägga hur färdighetsträningen kan modifieras för att bättrepassa ungdomars förutsättningar. Intervjuer med tonåringar ochterapeuter inom BUP i Uppsala visade att de unga deltagarnasmotivation till aktivt deltagande ofta brister pga.

Den här fallstudien fokuserar på fyra personer som får hjälp av socialtjänsten och som upplever att de har psykisk ohälsa. Terapisessionerna varierade, beroende på problematik, mellan 12-16 gånger och terapeuten, Anna Sonrei, har fått medgivande av samtliga deltagare att genomföra studien och visa kommande material. Frågeställningen har varit hur patienten upplever den kognitiva och beteendeteapeutiska behandlingen, om patienterna enligt självskattningsformulären Becks Anxiety Inventory (BAI) och Becks Depression Inventory (BDI/BDI-II) visar skillnad i hur de mår samt om patienterna upplever att terapin har någon påverkan i deras liv framöver. Resultatet visade att patienterna överlag upplevde terapin som positiv, att de fått en personlig kontakt med terapeuten, att de fått klarhet i sina problem och kan förstå sig själva bättre. Självskattningen (BAI, BDI/BDI-II) visade, med varierat resultat, en förbättring hos alla patienter och de tror även att terapin har en påverkan i deras liv framöver.

Wavecraft AB develops medical equipment for heating of organic synthesises. The heating is done with microwaves, which improves the process in both speed and accuracy compared to the more traditional methods where heating elements are used. This report discusses the developement of an automatic lid mechanism for one of Wavecraft's product prototypes. The company assumes that the final product will be integrated by customers into fully automated systems, and the upgrade from a manually to an automatically controlled lid is therefore an important step in the product's developement process.The first stage och the project was an idea generation process. The ideas generated here were organized into five different concepts of which the best one was selected through the use of a concept matrix.

One of the main tasks of the Swedish Armed Forces over the past few years has been International assignments, which increased the importance of the Lessons Learned process. Methods of simulator training with computers have become more frequent and the technical ability to collect digital data from sensors has been developed as well. This work demonstrates how the experience of Lessons Learned can be communicated with the computer simulator StriSimPC and how modern technology in future support experiences from the Lessons Learned process at the tactical level in the Army.Currently knowledge sharing consists of several processes and strategies in the Swedish Armed Forces. This is done by written reports, oral presentations and different practical exercises.This case study shows the functions of the simulator StriSimPC, methods of training and how it is used today. The study also describes the future opportunities, where digital metadata acquired from the modern combat vehicles could contribute sharing of experience in the Lessons Learned process.The summarized conclusions indicate that StriSimPC can combine the two strategies for personalization and codification of knowledge transfer to reach a higher level of learning.

The thesis explores an ongoing dialectical process between different levels of employees including top management to workers of Scandinavian Airline Service (SAS) regarding a new change program and to find out the possible social construction among them. In particular, it searches for the constructed reality of SAS ground service employees at Malmö Airport with regard to the preparatory stage of SAS Strategy 2011. A possible ambiguity in dialectical process is explored as it relates to an organization?s ability to effectively influence the understanding and identity of its employees through discourse.

Fullskalesimulering har under det senaste decenniet blivit ett vanligt inslag i sjuksköterskeutbildningar. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att med utgångspunkt från Blooms taxonomi beskriva erfarenheten av att använda fullskalesimulering som inlärningsmetod för sjuksköterskestudenter. Litteraturstudien genomfördes som en systematisk litteraturöversikt. Tre databaser användes för att finna aktuell forskning. Arton artiklar ingick i analysen som utgick ifrån tre områden i Blooms taxonomi, det kognitiva, affektiva och psykomotoriska.

Trots att de flesta behandlingshem i Sverige säger sig använda tekniker inom ramen för KBT finns det begränsad forskning om dess effektivitet. Utifrån två studier syftade uppsatsen till att belysa hur personal, som arbetar med ungdomar med neuropsykiatriska funktionshinder, upplever att de arbetar utifrån kognitiv beteendeterapeutisk teori för att utveckla ungdomarnas sociala färdigheter. Först utfördes en kvalitativ enkätstudie. För att få mer djup i materialet genomfördes också en intervjustudie.

The result describes that several obstacles were experienced in the use of the systematic quality system. ConclusionBased on the descriptions the respondents gives of the implementation process of the systematic quality management of Halmstad municipality home care management, the conclusion can be drawn that the implementation process has not resulted in the employees making use of systematic quality management in practice. The systematic quality management system that will ensure the quality of the care work is thus used to a limited extent..

GAD är en vanligt förekommande psykiatrisk åkomma och behovet att utveckla behandlingsformer som kan nå fler ur denna patientgrupp är stort. Syftet med denna randomiserade kontrollerade studie, Origo2, var att replikera den åtta veckor långa kognitiva beteendeterapeutiska behandling som genomförts i studien Origo 2006, och att pröva om en motsvarande internetadministrerad psykodynamisk behandling skulle få lika god effekt. Utfallsmåtten var åtta självskattningsskalor samt kliniska bedömningar av diagnos och psykisk hälsa. Sammanlagt deltog 81 personer i 3 grupper med 27 personer i varje, varav en väntelistkontroll. Resultaten visade signifikanta förbättringar för båda de aktiva behandlingarna vid eftermätning samt vid 3-månadersuppföljning.

Syftet med studien är att ta reda på vad en problemspelare anger för motiv till att sluta spela och hur personen väljer att göra det. De tre frågeställningarna är: Vad förmår någon att sluta spela, Hur gör man som problemspelare när man slutar spela och Vad har varit till hjälp och till hinder för att sluta spela? Den teoretiska utgångspunkten har varit det kognitiva och det behavioristiska perspektivet och metoden vi har använt har varit kvalitativ. Vi har använt halvstrukturerade intervjuer. De viktigaste resultaten vi fått fram är att anhöriga är mycket viktiga och att man behöver något att ersätta spelandet med.

In this report focus is put on the combustion process at a cement plant. Combustion is the heart of the cement making process and absolutely crucial to have under full control and well optimized. The fuel is put into the process through a burner pipe and this burner pipe is modified to reach a more efficient combustion. The primary target is to enable burning of heterogeneous alternative fuels and increase the production level. Other positive effects from this type of optimization is lowered specific fuel consumption and lowered CO2 emissions. To quickly identify and correct errors is important as a stop in a system can lead to a break in production, which is costly for the industry. Our task in this thesis has been to develop a system for ÅF that facilitates the debugging process of the system Paperline. The system's target audience is ÅF-call personnel that provides support for Paperline 24 hours a day if something goes wrong. The system consists of a Windows service, a database and a web application and is developed mainly with the techniques C#.NET, MVC 5, Google Charts, Javascript, HTML, CSS, and Entity Framework.
