AbstractThe purpose of my essay is to describe how some educators perceive the cooperation that takes place every day in the team to wich they belong. To do this, I have implemented six qualitative interviews with educators at two diffrent workteams. I based my questions on three scientific questions:- How does the cooperation in the team work?- How has the cooperation between the various kind of educators developedsince the pre-school class and the leisure-time centres was integrated with the school?- Which conditions exist for a good cooperation?The result showed that there were both similarities and differences between the teams, but common to both teams was that the educators felt that there have been some major positive changes to the cooperation in the teams in the last few years and that they were fairly satisfied with how the cooperation of their teams function now. Mostly they cooperates during school hours with various school projects, but questions concerning the pupils wellbeing is also an important area of cooperation.Since the integration was implemented, the cooperation has become more equal and the various educators have found their respective roles.

ProblemomrÄde: Vi kan idag se en tydlig tendens att mÄnga företag gÄr samman i nÀra samarbete eller fusioneras. Det Àr ocksÄ mÄnga av dessa fusioner som misslyckas. Ett vanligt argument för att förklara ett misslyckande Àr den integrationsproblematik som uppstÄr efter en fusion. Vi har intresserat oss för vad som döljer sig bakom denna problematik och hur man pÄ ett bÀttre sÀtt ska kunna förstÄ integrationen mellan tvÄ kunskapsföretag. Syfte: Hur tar sig identitetsskapande hos medarbetarna i CBAH i uttryck vid integrationsprocessen med BAH? Metod: Vi har utgÄtt frÄn ett uttolkande paradigm dÀr forskningsdesignen varit kvalitativ med ett aktörs- och förstÄelseinriktat synsÀtt.

Tre stora handelsblock dominerar idag den svenska dagligvaruhandeln. För mÄnga av leverantörerna stÄr samhandeln med dessa kedjor för en stor del av omsÀttningen. RÄdande förutsÀttningar framkallar en sÄrbarhet hos leverantörerna, eftersom de oftast Àr beroende av ett fÄtal större kunder. Ogynnsamma marknadsförhÄllanden har tvingat mÄnga svenska kött- och charkföretag att upphöra eller fusionera. För handelns del skapar denna struktur begrÀnsade valmöjligheter.

The title of this essay is Project: The Veil ? an investigation of the trends in the Swedish veil debate compared with the veil debate in France and Great Britain written by Cecilia Lindvall. The purpose of the paper is to analyze how the argument has been conducted by the Swedish politicians from the time when the veil was first recognized in Swedish media up until today. The questions I wanted to answer was each countries definition of the three concepts secularization, freedom of religion and multiculturalism, how Islam as a faith with Muslims has developed in Sweden, France and Great Britain and each countries integration politics with the politicians attitude towards the veil. The method being used is a qualitative study with three kind of theories for analysis; two who derives from a feminist point of view where the first one advocates for the rights of each women, the second for the rights of religious groups and a third theory which discusses different models of integration logics.

Trots en generös integrationspolitik och omfattande arbetsmarknadsinsatser för att utöka mÄngfalden pÄ svenska arbetsplatser kan etnicitet fortfarande innebÀra en ökad börda för större delen av invandrarkvinnorna. De riskerar att bedömas utifrÄn sin kultur grundat pÄ stereotypa förestÀllningar vilket kan hindra deras intrÀde pÄ arbetsmarknaden och följaktligen chansen till egen försörjning och Àven integration i det svenska samhÀllet. Mot denna bakgrund undersöktes i denna studie fem invandrarkvinnors arbetssituation. Syftet var att ur deras perspektiv beskriva de förytsÀttningar och hinder de haft pÄ arbetsmarknaden och att utröna den betydelse som innehav av ett arbete har haft för deras integration.Den teoretiska ramen i denna studie utgörs huvudsakligen av teorier som handlar om integration. Uppsatsen Àr av en kvalitativ ansats som grundar sig pÄ semistrukturerade intervjuer genomförda med fem invandrarkvinnor som Àr aktiva pÄ arbetsmarknaden.

SammanfattningTrots att Sveriges befolkning bestĂ„r i dag av c:a 10% invandrare. Är det fortfarande svĂ„rt för mĂ„nga av dem att komma in i det svenska samhĂ€llet i dag. Problemet med diskriminering bland invandrare i Sverige gör att mĂ„nga av de riskerar att hamna utanför samhĂ€llets kretsar. Trots detta problem har ett fenomen visat att invandrare kan integreras till det svenska samhĂ€llet. Det hĂ€r fenomenet Ă€r fotboll en sport som har visat sig vara ett viktigt hjĂ€lpmedel för integration av unga invandrarkillar i Sverige, enligt en undersökning som gjordes av Jesper Fundberg Ă„t riksidrottsförbundet (2003).

School can be an effective environment for achieving a more equal health among children and adolescents, since many individuals can be reached by the health promoting work in the school. In the year of 2000 a project in SkÄne was started for the development of health promoting schools. The health promoting projects however, have shown to be of short duration. So, as an alternative, the integration of the health in school ought to be tried. The aim of this study is to give examples how health promoting schools can strengthen their profile.

In contemporary Sweden political participation among foreign-born Swedes is viewed as low and it is well known that foreign-born individuals do not use their voting rights to the same extent as the general population. At the same time there are numerous ethnic associations around the country who work with various activities involving political, democratic and integration issues. This study aims to study how four members of a Somali association regard, relate to and work with politics, democracy and integration. The study is based on these four people, but also on their relationship with authorities and other agencies in the community. The conclusion of this study shows in brief that the desire to participate politically is great, but that democracy and politics is accessible to all, depending on the level of language skills and what political knowledge the individual has.

This bachelor thesis delves into the role and impact of cultural dimensions, identity and leadership on post-merger acquisition in Sweden through an in-depth analysis of two companies that have undergone acquisitions or mergers. Using an abductive method, where theories are continuously adapted based on empirical data, qualitative information was gathered through semi-structured interviews with managers and employees from the two companies. The study aimed to gather well-founded insights on how corporate cultural dimensions, identity and leadership are experienced by individuals during the merger. By examining culture, leadership and identity in three different time phases of the integrationprocess, a comprehensive understanding of the integration process was achieved. The results of the study highlight that cultural factors such as leadership, culture, and identity play a central and crucial role in mergers and acquisitions. By considering and managing employees' and leaders' identities, organizations can create a sense of coherence and continuity despite changes.

Integration of the labor is becoming increasingly topical, with increasing immigration. Labour market integration has been proved to be problematic, partly due to linguistic and cultural differences between the migrant's home country and Sweden. Difficulties with labour market integration have resulted in high numbers of unemployment and dependence on social welfare. Projects VIAM is an employment project conducted by FolkhÀlsobyrÄn AB in VÀsterÄs, aimed at finding jobs for welfare dependency immigrants. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the informants on FolkhÀlsobyrÄn and administrators on the Social service in VÀsterÄs has experienced the work of the project VIAM, development issues and the informantŽs and administratorŽs perception of factors that are influencing immigrantŽs employment situation in VÀsterÄs.

Denna studie grundar sig pÄ genomförda intervjuer med fyra utlandsfödda och tvÄ svenskfödda kvinnor som Àr bosatta pÄ landsbygden i Falu kommun i Sverige. Syftet Àr att fÄ en bild av föreningslivets roll för integration av utlandsfödda pÄ den svenska landsbygden. Eftersom landsbygden behöver utlandsfödda och dessa i sin tur kan enligt dagens forskning gynnas av att bo pÄ mindre orter, blir detta ett intressant och aktuellt ÀmnesomrÄde att forska i. MÄnga rapporter pÄvisar att deltagande i föreningslivet pÄ landsbygden ökar integrationsmöjligheterna och att dess nÀtverk motverkar utanförskap. Genom att ha samtalat med utlandsfödda intervjupersoner om deras erfarenheter och upplevelser som inflyttade till de mindre samhÀllen, och med svenskfödda intervjupersoner om deras respektive hembygder samt om deras perspektiv pÄ integration, har jag fÄtt en annan bild av föreningslivets roll pÄ landsbygden.

The aim of this essay is to examine the ambivalence that I consider work of solidarity carried out from majority position to be associated with, and whether it makes sense to understand the relationship between majorities and minorities involved in this work by using the concepts of race and whiteness. Through Ruth Frankenbergs work on white women and race I consider whiteness to be a racialized position, and through Sara Ahmeds phenomenology of whiteness, which describes racialization as made through the orientation of bodies, I investigate how this racialized position is shaped and maintained by the solidarity work. The study is based on qualitative interviews with four White women engaged in two organizations that works on integration of female immigrants through creating jobs in a cooperative and through educating in national and familial democracy. The work of solidarity told of by the interviewees seems to produce racialized notions about immigrated people of color, which acts as a counterpart to the whiteness that the interviewees themselves possess. At the same time, the work also challenge this binary division, especially by incorporating the non-white women in what in this essay is called "the white world"..

Unaccompanied children that arrives in Sweden are usually placed in homes for care and residence, called HVB. It is the municipality's responsibility to provide adequate care and protection for the children. The aim of the study is to examine how a workgroup on a HVB home for unaccompanied children is working to meet the needs of the children, and how the workgroup improves the children?s integration process. The study also aims to examine the emotional labour of the workgroup, which illustrates how they can manage their own emotional behavior when working with the unaccompanied children.The study is based on a qualitative approach with detailed descriptions of five semi-structured interviews with the workgroup and assistant managers.

PÄ en kontinent som ofta betraktas av omvÀrlden som ett hjÀlplöst problemomrÄde har unionen uppstÄtt som ett forum för samarbete och enighet. Kontexten ur vilken Afrikanska unionen uppkom skiljer sig frÄn tidigare afrikanska samarbeten. Med hjÀlp av integrationsteorin neofunktionalism och systemteorin neorealism undersöks, utifrÄn sex hypoteser, faktorer som har bidragit till unionens existens och vad den prÀglas av idag. Fokus ligger pÄ unionen i sig och inte pÄ teorierna.
