Dyslexi är en funktionsnedsättning som är svår att diagnostisera och som varierar kraftigt i hur individen påverkas. Tillgänglig design handlar om att främja användarvänlighet oavsett användarens förutsättningar och eventuella funktionsnedsättningar. Det finns forskning inom områdena dyslexi och tillgänglighet, men forskning som berör båda områdena samtidigt är bristfällig. Komplexiteten i att förstå och karakterisera dyslexi har lett till att ramverk för tillgänglighet haft svårigheter att anpassa sig efter dyslektikers behov. Utvecklare behöver därför en djupare förståelse för denna användargrupp för att kunna designa ett inkluderande gränssnitt.

Simulations of simulink models using Kalman filters are often very time-consuming. This problem depends mainly on the fact that the Kalman correction has to be performed at each sample instance through the whole simulation. The goal for this thesis work is to reduce that time-consumption for the filtering part (the integration partis treated in a complementary report) of a simulation. Furthermore a Matlab routine to perform parameter tuning and finally a graphical user interface is developed.The filtering part of the simulation in this thesis is based on an Extended Kalman Filter (EKF). The time optimization of this filter considers searching for the possibility to replace the today?s existing Matlab functions that is used to perform the filtering calculations.

Detta ärtidskrävande. Det finns därför behov av centraliserad uppgradering.En litteratustudie genomfördes och olika sätt att lösa centraliserad installation avmikrokontroller undersöktes. Vikt lades på hur installationen kan göras säker ochverifieras.

In this composition, a study of consignment inventory on basis of the factors which are important for implementation and application of consignment inventory are made. Logistics chain from subcontractor to end customer is becoming more complex when the volume of items constantly increases to satisfy the needs of the market. From that perspective, companies had large inventories but today it is a lot of different solutions to streamline inventory management. One way that recently becomes increasingly common is to let the subcontractor fill up the customers stock using different approaches such as VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory). A further step in the evolution can be to make use of consignment inventory where the vendor owns the stock of the customer.

During the last years, the importance of sourcing in firms has increased. Globalization, fierce competition and an increased level of outsourcing are common explanations to why firms have highlighted the potential to realize savings and the value creation that the Purchasing department can generate. One trend that follows in parallel with globalization is an increased pressure from society on firms to take responsibility for the impact that its products and services have on the environment. This responsibility creates even more attention as outsourcing involves trade with suppliers in low wage countries, where the level of environmental and social responsibility is not always satisfying. The purpose of this thesis work is to create a prototype for an augmented reality application that isaimed to support service technician when performing service and maintenance of machines andengines. The prototype will be used for investigating what technical limitations there is and toestablish basic usability for the user interface. The method that is used is user studies and analysis toevaluate use cases and user stories. An iterative work process is then applied for design and theprototype is continuously user tested.The resulting prototype uses a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 running on Android operating system. Theframework used for augmented reality is NyARToolkit which handles marker recognition andconnections to Android.

Ericsson AB in Katrineholm is a part of the Section Business Unit Network in the Ericsson Group. The plant's main task is to produce printed circuit boards in small volumes with a high product mix and focus on delivery and cost effectiveness. At the factory they produce printed circuit boards in the Module department.The Module department has for a long time had a high output of non-approved circuit boards in their production. This has led to a growing stock of non-approved circuit boards on the company?s repair department.The purpose of this thesis is to investigate how Ericsson in Katrineholm can increase the outflow of approved articles in their test process in the Module department.

Buildings worldwide account for 40 % of the total energy use. Climate change is of increasing importance, but few are willing to reduce their standard of living or get a higher cost for the change. Energy efficiency of existing buildings gives the greatest benefit economically and environmentally. The real estate company Klövern AB manages 46 properties in Karlstad. Heating is the major cost of the total operating costs of real estate. Rising energy prices increase the need for Klövern AB to improve energy efficiency and to investigate alternative sources of heat.

Husums plant has a selection of different pulp pumps at bleaching plant 4 and 5. The displacement- (HC-pump, Sund Defibrator PTD-60) and centrifugalpumps (MC-pump, MCA 42-200, MCP 30/20) are of interest in this report. The centrifugal pumps are controlled by throttle valves, which result in an energy loss. Chemical mixers are used to mix ClO2 into the pulp before proceeding into a holding tower where the bleaching process occurs.The energy demand of the different positions has been measured or calculated to be used in comparisons against new equipment. Quotations were requested and delivered from Valmet and Sulzer.

Att använda fjärrvärme till lågenergihus kan vara olämpligt pga. höga kulvertförluster jämfört med kulvertförluster för traditionella hus. Detta beror på att det låga värmebehovet i lågenergihusen ger en hög returtemperatur i ledningarna. Ett steg för att öka värmebehovet och göra fjärrvärme mer attraktivt för lågenergihus är att börja värma upp vitvaror (tvätt-, diskmaskin och torktumlare) med fjärrvärme istället för att använda traditionella eluppvärma vitvaror. Vid installation av dessa vitvaror tillkommer en rördragning vars värmeförluster är önskvärda att hålla nere för att dels säkerställa önskad temperatur till vitvarorna men även för att hålla nere internvärmen i huset.I studien har olika rördimensioner och isoleringstjocklek analyserats för att se hur värmeförlusterna beror på strömningsparametrar.
