The authors found that one of their measurement methods can?t be used to calculate the value of women leaders. Anhörigvårdsom innefattar vård av partner är något som blivit allt mer vanligt. Detta pågrund av ekonomiska nedskärningar inom vårdorganisationen, brist påsjukhusplatser samt ökad livslängd hos befolkningen. Syftet med studien var attsynliggöra hur relationen påverkas av att vårda eller att vårdas av sinpartner. Studien är en litteraturöversikt där 17 artiklar valdes ut efterkvalitetsgranskning, då samtliga besvarade syftet. Ur artiklarna framkomresultatet där fyra teman synliggjordes, trygghetoch belastning i relationen, förändrade roller, avsexualiserad relationsamt minskat socialt liv.

Hjärt- och kärlsjukdom och dess påverkan av sexuell aktivitet : - En litteraturöversikt

Bakgrund: Hjärt- och kärlsjukdomar var vanligt förekommande och hade kommit att bli ett stort hälsoproblem. Ofta ledde diagnosen till ett försämrat välbefinnande för både den vårdsökande personen och även för partnern. För flertalet var dock sexualiteten en viktig del av välbefinnandet. Risken att välbefinnandet kunde kommit att påverkas var stor då förekomsten av sexuella problem visats vara dubbelt så hög i denna grupp gentemot den allmänna populationen.Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva hur hjärt- och kärlsjukdomen påverkade sexualiteten hos vårdsökande personer och deras partner.Metod: Litteraturöversikt med kvalitativ analys genomfördes. Nio artiklar som söktes fram genom Cinahl och Medline samt en artikel genom sekundärsökning ingick i översikten.

En studie av personalpolitiken hos ett mellanstort tjänsteföretag; dess syften, effekter och utveckling Syftet med denna uppsats är undersöka personalpolitiken hos Sparbanken i Karlshamn som är ett medelstort, enskilt tjänsteföretag. Vår avsikt är att utreda dess syften, effekter och utveckling. I uppsatsen har vi använt kvalitativ metodteori och utifrån denna intervjuat tre personer från fallföretaget. Respondenterna har noga utvalts och det empiriska materialet har baserats på personliga och fokuserade frågor. Vidare har vi använt oss av andra observationer och kontakter med personer väl insatta i området samt sekundärdata. Genom vår studie framkommer det att medarbetarna är företagets viktigaste resurs.

The aim of this paper is to present a case study that increases the understanding of pooled purchasing between independent companies, but also acknowledges the importance of relationships. While previous research has established the advantages and disadvantages of pooled purchasing, our paper shows that successful relationships can render additional synergies and benefits. At the same time, one must consider the time and resources needed to create successful relationships as well as the resulting interdependencies. Background: We have identified the combination of Knowledge Management and Human Resource Management as interesting because of this constellation has been mentioned scarcely in previous studies. There also seem to be some interesting correlations with personnel turnover.Aim: The aim of this study is to describe and understand the theoretically best combination of Human Resource Management and Knowledge Management, by creating a model. The model is also going to be tested empirically through consulting firms, to see if they meet the ideal combination. With this model we also want to describe in what way the different combinations of strategies will affect the personnel turnover.Definitions: A huge part of this study concerns the theoretical area Human Resource Management, which we have entitled HRM. Similarly, Knowledge Management has been entitled KM.Completion: The study is designed both as a literature review and as a comparative case study in which empirical data has been collected through qualitative interviews with four Swedish management consulting firms.Results: The best combinations of KM and HRM are according to this study that strategies should consist of a thoroughgoing personalization or codification.

The spread of digital photography has created major changes in the previously stable Swedish photofinishing market. We investigate how companies act to survive in the face of technological change, through our research question: What strategies have actors in the photofinishing business chosen during the changeover from analog to digital photofinishing? Using a deductive method, we have conducted semi-structured interviews with 11 actors in the photofinishing business. Innovation management studies innovation from a number of perspectives, describing effects of innovations on the competitive ability of established actors, and on the value of their resources. The companies were not prepared for the speed of the change.

The aim of this review was to examine scientific literature to determine what kind of physiological and psychological benefits derive from human-dog interaction, as well as attempt to uncover a possible mechanism behind these benefits and whether or not they are mutually beneficial. A growing body of research indicates there are physiological and psychological benefits associated with human-dog interaction. Significant cardiovascular benefits have been linked with human-dog interaction, as have lowered blood pressure, cortisol and heart rate. Interaction with dogs is often associated with a feeling of social support and well-being, and dogs also seem to facilitate social interaction between people. Dogs? ability to buffer and reduce stress is also well documented. A strong indication was found regarding a relationship between physical contact and benefits associated with human-dog interaction.
