The purpose of this study was to determine if wellness benefits led to any changes in exercise habits among employed postmen. The study was a cross-sectional study carried out by a quantitative method. The collection of data took the form of a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 30 postmen employed at a post office in northern Sweden. The results show that of the postman who use health care benefits, there has been a relatively small change in exercise habits.

Syftet med studien Àr att fÄ en förstÄelse hur förskollÀrare motiveras till sitt arbete. Vilka faktorer ökar respektive minskar motivation pÄ arbetsplatsen, samt vilken betydelse har arbetets utformande för motivation och arbetstillfredsstÀllelse? Studien utgÄr ifrÄn Herzberg (1993) tvÄfaktors teori kring motivation samt Hackman och Oldmans The Job Characteristics Model (Robbins & Judge, 2007) som förklarar att arbetets upplÀgg kan ses som grund för hur motiverad personal Àr. Studien har genomförts med en kvalitativ ansats utifrÄn semistrukturerade intervjuer. Sex stycken förskollÀrare har intervjuats kring upplevelsen huruvida arbetstillfredsstÀllelse och motivation infinner sig.
Snurrstol, befordran eller att lösa problem och se resultat av det? : En studie som undersöker vilka faktorer som Àr viktiga för motivationen hos anstÀllda i olika organisationsformer.
Uppsatsen syftar till att undersöka och diskutera vad som Àr viktigt för motivationen hos anstÀllda i tvÄ olika organisationsformer (privata och ideella) och jÀmföra om det finns nÄgon skillnad mellan dem. I studien introduceras tvÄ teoretiska spÄr, dÀr det första identifierar vilka olika organisationsegenskaper som karaktÀriserar respektive organisationsform. Det andra beskriver motivationsteorier frÄn bland annat Abraham Maslow (1943 och 1954) och Frederick Irving Herzberg (Jacobsen, 1998). Data samlades in genom en enkÀt som bestod av 14 pÄstÄenden om individuell motivation i organisationen. EnkÀten besvarades av totalt 91 personer.Efter enkÀtundersökningen kunde slutsatsen dras att motiverande egenskaper frÀmst fanns bland organisationens mÀnniskor, mÄl samt relationer mellan mÀnniskor.

The overall aim with this study is to elucidate outdoor education as an education method and on the basis of that illustration to examine active educators vision on it as a way to motivate students' learning. This study is based on a literature component and a qualitative study through interviews five teachers.The results of the interviews show how to interpret the motivation and how to work with students' motivation. As well as outdoor education as part of the activity. Â The interviews show the importance of outdoor education can be to increase students'motivation for learning. They also show the importance of outdoor education is for student learning and test scores have shown the effectiveness of student learning through outdoor education.
Motivation och arbetstillfredsstÀllelse i ett monotont arbete : En kvantitativ fallstudie gjord pÄ kassamedarbetare pÄ Ica Kvantum och Coop Forum
Motivation, in an organizational context, is about whether the employees feel that their work is worthwhile, satisfactory and that there are opportunities for further development within the organization. However, motivation can be affected by a number of factors that originate from the employees? characteristics, the characteristics of the situation and the individuals perception of that situation. A factor that could lead to a low level of motivation is if the employee feels that his work is monotonous.Thus the purpose was to study the factors that lead to motivation and job satisfaction in a working environment that generally is considered monotonous and dull by investigating the target group cashiers at two Swedish grocery stores called Ica Kvantum and Coop Forum.In this study a quantitative method was used by the design of a questionnaire. The questionnaire was used to get a general idea of the factors that the respondents consider motivating in their work.The results and the analysis of the questionnaire show that you really cannot make any general conclusions since there are many different factors that lead to motivation depending on who you are as an individual and in what phase of life one finds oneself.
Lokal konstruktion av motivation
Det övergripande syftet med vÄrt arbete Àr att belysa den lokala konstruktionen av motivation. Vi vill mer specifikt belysa skillnader mellan hur motivation kommer till uttryck i olika omgivningar. UtifrÄn detta har vi skapat en modell som bygger pÄ tvÄ parametrar kunskapskrav och karriÀrmöjligheter. Vi har sedan utgÄtt frÄn dessa nÀr vi strukturerat vÄrt empiriska urval. PrimÀrdatan Àr ett urval av 12 respondenter frÄn bÄde privat och offentlig sektor.

Methodology The foundation to my essay has been created using both primary and secondary data. Inquiries have been handed out to Handelsbanken. This data is completed with appropriate theories and ends in an analysis and finally a result and suggestion to continuing studies.Conclusions My conclusion is that the employees and the management has the same opinion on the bonussystem Oktogon. Att fastna i socialrullen : En kvalitativ studie om lÄngvarigt försörjningsstödsberoende
We have chosen to focus on the meaning of long-term income support dependency regarding health, goal setting and motivation for the recipient of economical aid. We have chosen to use semi structurized interviews to achieve our goal of reaching the clients experience of long-term income support dependency. The study consists of interviews of six clients whose answers have been analyzed through appliance of KielhofnerŽs Model of human occupation, ScheffŽs Shame in self and society.  Our results show regarding, 1) the factor health that long-term income support dependency may elevate the risk of illness and less experienced options of possibilities to act. 2) regarding the factor goal setting, that goals may be inefficiently used during social work with long-term income support dependent clients and may result in a disorganized relationship between client and social worker in the sense of making the parties pull in opposite direction. 3) regarding the factor motivation, that long-term income support dependency and the living with the emotion of shame elevates the risk of maintaining a negative image of oneself that limits the willpower to assimilate new knowledge and/or skills.

Det Àr en stÀndigt pÄgÄende debatt om huruvida belöningssystem fungerar som motivationsinstrument eller inte. MÄnga, frÀmst inom den psykologiska skolan, Àr kritiska till belöningssystem, trots detta finns de i alla organisationer. Kan denna förekomst förklaras av att det finns en annan skola, den ekonomiska, som Àr det dominerande synsÀttet hos företag? We have made a qualitative study where we have chosen to interview a number of respondents consisting of ophthalmologists, eye nurses and patients. The purpose of the study was to examine employees' perceptions of patient-related status and treatment and quality, and meaningful participation in the work. The conducted interviews, we then sat in relation to how patients experienced the visit to the eye clinic and their perception of accessibility and hospitality. The result is then compared against the policy of the Title use of internally and we have also tried to explain what is happening with the help of various theorists. Theorist that we made use of is Maslow, Foucault, Deming (TQM) and Herzberg.

Teachers must encourage all students, and all schools need to promote equality. This paper aims at shedding light on the effects of a broken psychological contract in terms of job satisfaction. In a qualitative field study, the author researches seven newly recruites employees about their expectations when starting their jobs at the rapidly growing, Swedish company Klarna. Using Herzbergs two-factor model of hygiene and motivation factors as well as modern motivation theory, i.e. self-determination theory, the study answers questions as to what makes a candidate choose a company and what factors motivates as well as demotivates the recruit at the job, in the onboarding phase. The result is an attempt to describe what makes a recruitment process successful..
