Denna uppsats syftar till att studera nÄgra fritidspedagogers uppfattningar av sina arbetsuppgifter i klassrummet och deras syn pÄ sin framtida roll. Inledningsvis i forskningsbakgrunden beskrivs fritidshemsverksamhetens historia, fritidspedagogsutbildningen samt fritidspedagogens intrÀde i skolan. Vidare i forskningsbakgrunden beskrivs fritidspedagogens syn pÄ sin yrkesroll och deras huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter samt samverkan med övriga yrkeskategorier inom skolans verksamhet. Genom semistrukturerade kvalitativa intervjuer med fem (5) fritidspedagoger har vi fÄtt fram material som vi sedan analyserat samt diskuterat i förhÄllande till litteraturen. VÄrt resultat visar pÄ att vÄra respondenter Àr medvetna om vad de gör i klassrummet och de trycker pÄ att lÀraren inte klarar sig utan fritidspedagogen dÄ grupperna blir allt större.

Studien tar sin utgÄngspunkt i den ökande förekomsten av coacher och arbetsförmedlingens upphandling av jobbcoacher. Tidigare var arbetsförmedlingen den sjÀlvklara aktören för arbetssökande i jakt pÄ ett jobb, idag finns möjligheten att fÄ en jobbcoach, Sveriges snabbast vÀxande yrkesgrupp. Hur skiljer sig en jobbcoach mot en arbetsförmedlare? Hur ser jobbcoacherna pÄ sin yrkesroll? Syftet med studien Àr att undersöka vad jobbcoach innebÀr som yrkesroll utifrÄn jobbcoachernas eget perspektiv, ett omrÄde som inte tidigare har studerats. Genom symbolisk interaktionsim, funktionalism, professionsforskning samt aktuell forskning inom coaching beskriver studien hur jobbcoacherna ser pÄ sin yrkesroll.

The two most controversial ends of life decisions are those in which physicians help patients take their lives and when the physician deliberately and directly intervenes to end the patients? life upon his request. These are often referred to as voluntary euthanasia and physician assisted suicide. Voluntary euthanasia and physician assisted suicide have continued to be controversial public issues. This controversy has agitated the minds of great thinkers including ethicians, physicians, psychologists, moralists, philosophers even the patient himself.

This case study is an attempt to give empirical support to Georgio Agambens theory, regarding how the exceptions from the constitutional order should be regarded as a constant element in modern societies. The purpose was to investigate if Agambens theory is valid in the Swedish context. The exception, as definied by Agamben, is a reappearing phenomenon, which implies that the constitutional order is fragile. Individuals and groups are transferred into ?homo sacers?, meaning people that is to be regarded as legally naked, and offset from the rest of society.What then is it that make the legal norms fragile? In this thesis I will discuss the causality of moral panic.

Enligt Utbildningsdepartementets lÀroplan frÄn 1994 (Lpo-94) har skolan ett sÀrskilt ansvar för de elever som av olika anledningar har svÄrigheter att nÄ mÄlen för sin utbildning. Undervisningen ska dÀrför anpassas till varje elevs förutsÀttningar och behov. Detta kan innebÀra att nÄgra eller nÄgon av vÄra elever kommer att behöva ett extra stöd i form av en person, en elevassistent. Vi som lÀrare fÄr dÀrmed ytterligare en person att relatera till i vÄr yrkesutövning. Vi fann dÀrmed ett personligt intresse i att öka vÄra kunskaper kring denna yrkesgrupp och hur den förvÀntas samarbeta med oss lÀrare.

Studiens syfte har varit att undersöka och analysera hur baspersonal i Àldreomsorgen uppfattar sin yrkesroll samt vad de tror att brukare och anhöriga förvÀntar sig av dem. Den teoretiska utgÄngspunkten har varit teorier kring yrkesroll och situerat lÀrande utifrÄn ett sociokulturellt perspektiv. För att besvara frÄgestÀllningarna har studien en kvalitativ ansats och data har samlats in genom vinjettmetoden samt en Äterkopplande gruppintervju. Datamaterialet har kodats och analyserats utifrÄn tidigare forskning samt ovan nÀmnda teorier.Studiens resultat visar att baspersonalen uppfattar sitt arbete som varierande och yrkesrollen krÀver att baspersonalen har förmÄga att hantera mÄnga olika situationer. En förutsÀttning för arbetet Àr att personalen har ett genuint intresse för andra mÀnniskor.

The application of the LSS law and how the public organization (Municipality of Hudiksvall) later had to reform their organization to fit the new demands is the foundation to this master's thesis. An internal evaluation was performed due to this reorganisation process within the social care department (LSS unit). The aim was to investigate and evaluate if the reorganization resulted in a better working environment and if the work load (distribution of work) became more evenly divided between the different unit managing directors. The primary empirical information to this master's thesis is collected from that evaluation report. The main aim of this master?s thesis is to answer if the organisational choice between specialised or de-specialised working tasks has an effect (experienced and measured) on the level of stress among the unit managing directors.

Rollen pr?glas av en balans mellan individuellt st?d till elever och skol?vergripande arbete, vilket inkluderar samarbete med andra yrkesgrupper och bidrag till skolutveckling. Arbetsuppgifterna och yrkesrollen ofta otydligt definierade, vilket kan p?verka yrkesut?varnas uppfattning om sitt uppdrag och deras m?jligheter att bidra till en inkluderande skolmilj?. Syfte: Att unders?ka hur specialpedagoger uppfattar sin yrkesroll och sina arbetsuppgifter samt bidra till f?rst?elsen av deras funktion i anpassad grundskola. Teori: Systemteori anv?nds f?r att analysera hur specialpedagogens arbete p?verkar skolsystemet p? individ-, grupp- och organisationsniv?. Metod: Semistrukturerade intervjuer genomf?rdes med sju specialpedagoger i en st?rre svensk kommun med en fenomenografisk ansats. Resultat: Studien visar att specialpedagoger arbetar p? flera niv?er ? fr?n direkta insatser f?r elever till handledning av kollegor och strategiskt utvecklingsarbete.

Diskussionen fokuseras pÄ undergruppen psykopatiska mÀnskliga tigrar, dÀr psykopati definieras av PCL-R. En eventuell kollektiv hantering av denna undergrupp diskuteras utifrÄn Peter Singers preferensutilitarism. Slutsatsen nÄs att en kollektiv hantering, för oskadliggörande, av gruppen psykopatiska mÀnskliga tigrar, Àr etiskt riktig.

"The choreography of fear" is a discourse-analysis study which focus at how young men speaks about fear, threat and violence in the public everyday life. The study adopts socialcontructionism as theoretical approach and also uses theories about gender, hegemony masculinity, fear as a social constructed phenomenon and moral-panic. The study is based on qualitative interview whit young men in age 18-30 and the method is mainly discourse-psychology. The section of Analysis discuss subjects as what and whom the young men consider to be a threat and which areas in the public space they consider to be dangerous and how they choose to handle the menace. The Analysis also focuses on how the informants speak about fear, how they define fear and what they consider arouse fear..

The aim of this paper is to examine the capacity for ethical reasoning of Swedish certi-fied auditors in the five largest accounting firms in Stockholm, and also how ethics courses affect the auditors' ability to ethically statement. To calculate the auditors ability to ethical statement, questionnaire has been used. The questionnaire is based on a psychological instrument, the so-called Defining Issues Test. At the beginning of the questionnaire some questions are asked about the ethics courses. From the questionnaire a calculation was made of an average index called p-score (Principled score).
