Balanced Scorecard har utifrÄn vÄr synvinkel tvÄ olika anvÀndningssÀtt. Styrkortet kan oavsett anvÀndningssÀtt uppfylla ekonomistyrningens första tvÄ uppgifter. DÀremot ser vi brister hos styrkortet som gör att det inte kan ses som problemlösande enligt vÄr definition. För att denna tredje uppgift skall kunna uppfyllas mÄste företagets ekonomistyrning ses som en helhet dÀr Balanced Scorecard tillsammans med andra styrinstrument bildar ett styrpaket. Som en subundersökning till det svenska projektet "Naturvetenskap i verksamheten" som Àr en del av det nordiska projektet EXPLORA Àr syftet med denna undersökning att ge ytterligare material till hur den svenska naturvetenskapsundervisningen Àr uppbyggd. Det Àr Àven tanken att ge ytterligare information om och hur dialoger och diskussioner finns med som en del av meningsskapandet i undervisningen samt om undervisningen Àr kopplat till ett vardagligt perspektiv. Det intressanta Àr ocksÄ hur lÀraren lÀgger upp sin naturvetenskapliga lektion utifrÄn lektionens syfte.Tidigare forskning har mest grundat sig pÄ grundskolans elever och undervisning och tanken Àr att bredda kunskapsomrÄdet och dÀrför riktar sig denna undersökning mot gymnasiets undervisning. Studien genomfördes utifrÄn ett sociokulturellt perspektiv pÄ lÀrande.En lektion i naturkunskap A pÄ gymnasiet filmades och analyserades efter kategorier framtagna av EXPLORA.Det kommunikativa förhÄllningssÀttet var mestadels av aktoritativ - interaktiv karaktÀr dÀr lÀraren för eleverna med hjÀlp av frÄgor och svar mot ett visst mÄl. FrÄgorna lÀraren stÀllde mestadels var av sluten karaktÀr det vill sÀga att lÀraren var ute efter ett specifikt svar.

The aim of this study is to examine how librarians experience implementations of changes in the physical space of the public library. The study seeks to answer the following questions from the librarians? perspective: What are the underlying reasons for changes in the physical space of the library? What are the important functions of the public library to the community residents? What reactions do librarians get from community residents after changes in the physical space of the public library? The study is based on semi-structured interviews with librarians working at seven small public libraries in Sweden. A model of four library spaces, which was developed by Andersson and Skot-Hansen in 1994 and refined in 2012, is used as a theoretical framework to help analyzing the results. The majority of the libraries are structured according to the older version of the model.

The aim of this master's thesis is a comparative study on units for civic information in Göteborg. The study is based on a project currently in progress at the main public library in Göteborg. It is observed that according to the library's mission statement the library aims to become the most competent intermediary of civic information in Göteborg. This statement suggests a competitive strategy towards other intermediaries of civic information. The mission statement does, however, also state that their goal is to be obtained in cooperation with other intermediaries.

PÄ Instagram finns inte skrivna regler sÄ som i skolan, men finns det oskrivna regler som kan identifieras som riktlinjer för vad som anses vara rimligt handlande? Hur förhÄller sig ungdomarna till dem nÀr de publicerar bilder pÄ Instagram? Ett syfte med undersökningen Àr ocksÄ att synliggöra lÀrande utanför skolan och att ta till vara pÄ kunskaper som ungdomar skapar i interaktion med andra.Den gestaltande delen i mitt examensarbete Àr inspirerad av ungdomarnas reflektioner kring seende i olika kontexter och deras beskrivning av hur vissa skriver ?hashtags? sÄ att det blir lite som en melodi. In December 2004 an earthquake coursed waves that hit Thailand. Over 5000 people died, and Sweden was the tourist country that has been effected the worst. The catastrophe precipitated Sweden in crises and the demand became high for Swedish government to act. Swedes followed the development via media, why media became the crucial element for how the public perceived politicians? acting.

This masters thesis is a study of official political documents in order to discuss privatisation and the Swedish public libraries. In the 1990s public libraries became placed on contractors, and that was said to be one form of privatisation. The main issue for this study concerns driving forces and obstacles for privatisation of public libraries. Another issue concerns advantages and risks. We will also discuss how the future of public libraries will be in this context.

The aim of this master thesis is to study what relationship mentally disabled adults have with the public library and what factors affect their meeting with the library. The work of the library is also studied so that the experiences of the mentally disabled can be put in relation to the work performed for the group. The method used was interviews with four mentally disabled adults and one librarian responsible for the social function and availability at the library. As a theoretical framework Marianne Andersson and Dorte Skot-Hansen?s model over the profiles of the library and Michael Buckland?s barriers, which must be overcome to achieve full access to information, were used.

The aim of this study is to investigate librarians? opinions about books supported by the government and delivered for free to the main public libraries in every community. The study is also investigating how the governmentally supported books affect the process of buying books for the public libraries and how the librarians think about quality and mediation in the acquisition. The analysis is based upon interviews with six librarians that are responsible for the purchasing at five main libraries in small communities in the South of Sweden. The results from the interviews are discussed and analyzed from the perspective of mediation.

In theory, the management control of maintenance functions is described as problematic due to the nature of the work performed in the unit. The purpose of this thesis is to examine these predicted problems in practice. Further,the thesis aims at identifying how these control problems may affect the relationships between the maintenance department and its internal customers. A case study has been conducted in one of Sweden?s largest industrial companies to investigate the said control problems in practice.

Forskning visar att digitala l?sningar kan fr?mja patienters delaktighet, sj?lvst?ndighet och kontinuitet i v?rden, samtidigt som de m?jligg?r f?rb?ttrad egenv?rd och h?lsomonitorering. Samtidigt identifieras utmaningar s?som bristande anv?ndarv?nlighet, oj?mlik digital kompetens samt v?rdpersonalens attityder till tekniska hj?lpmedel.

The aim of this thesis is to investigate and increase the understanding of a present function of todayÂŽs public library, namely the function of meeting place; here called the social function or social space. Two small town libraries are included in the study, and the questions examined are:How is this function described at the two libraries and what similarities and differences are there between the two? How can one describe the relation between how the library as social space is described in research and at the libraries? The theoretical framework used in examining these questions, consists of three different discourses in culture policy (the discourse of state, market and civil society) and theories on civil society and the public library. A summary of current research makes visible eight different aspects of the public library as a social space. These aspects functions as parts of the theoretical framework as well.

The main purpose of this master's thesis is to investigate to what extent municipal politicians govern a selected public library. This means to clarify who determines the direction of the library and its services and in what way. It also involves examining the relationship between library staff and local politicians in the decision-making process. Which decisions are made by the politicians and which are left to the employees? The study is based on an investigation of a public library in a municipality over a period of ten years the 1990s.

Syftet med studien Àr att undersöka hur lÀrare arbetar för att stimulera elevers motivation till lÀrande. Vilken betydelse fÄr motivation för hur lÀrare utformar sin undervisning samt hur lÀrare ser pÄ och agerar för att stimulera motivation till lÀrande. UtifrÄn följande frÄgestÀllningar studeras motivation och undervisning ur ett lÀrarperspektiv: Vilka aspekter i lÀrarens förhÄllningssÀtt Àr betydelsefullt för elevernas motivation? Vilka motivationsfrÀmjande faktorer implementeras i undervisningen? Vilka strategier anvÀnder lÀrare för att hantera omotiverade elever och stimulera dem till lÀrande? Som metod för studien har kvalitativ intervju anvÀnts. Sex lÀrare har intervjuades och undervisade alla i Ärkurserna 1- 3.    Studiens resultat visar att lÀrarna utförligt arbetar med att frÀmja motivationen i klassrummet.
