Under Hösten 2011 startade ett mediedrev mot Socialdemokraternas partiledare Håkan Juholt, där han anklagades för att ha bluffat till sig för mycket i bostadsbidrag. Den här uppsatsens uppgift är att undersöka vilka strategier Juholt använde sig av i sina försvarstal utifrån statusläran och om han argumenterade efter det. Undersökningen är intressant då Juholt misslyckades i sin kommunikation till allmänheten under krisens gång. Jag fann att det man trodde var en ursäkt från början visade det sig vara undvikande av ansvar. Även medias roll visade sig ha en avgörande betydelse då de satte dagordningen.

Studien undersöker Linköpings kommuns externa webbplats och hur lättillgänglig den information som finns där är för en äldre målgrupp med utgångspunkt i framförallt språk och layout. Metoderna som använts för att samla in data är intervjuer och observationer samt en textanalys som utgår från det vidgade textbegreppet. This study analyzes the implications of one type of external forces in aid-focused NGOs through two qualitative case studies where it is investigated if Sida?s reporting requirements have the intended effects: learning and control using a theoretical framework where it is recognised that the requirements may also result in dysfunctional behaviour: decoupling and colonisation. The study shows that when the demands are the result of institutional pressure rather than an ambition to generate learning and control, the demands tend to be unrealistic and the NGOs therefore decouple the formal fulfilment of the demands from the actual activities. It is argued that a partnership, which incorporates trust and dialogue, is a prerequisite, not only for learning, but also control.

Syftet med arbetet var att beskriva hur pedagoger resonerar kring inskolning iförskolan samt hur man som pedagog arbetar med anknytning under och efterinskolningen. Jag har gjort en kvalitativ undersökning med semistruktureradeintervjuer där sex förskollärare deltog. Det visade sig att alla respondenternaarbetade med den föräldraaktiva inskolningen i sin verksamhet. Det verkar däremotfinnas ett?problem? med hur de ska arbeta med denna metod.

The study is based on a new approach on how Swedish healthcare is supposed to be controlled and organized. There is a renowned administration problem within Swedish healthcare, which seems to be an obstacle to exploit the resources to the fullest. The latest venture within the healthcare system is patient involvement, where the patients become co-producers of their own care, which aims to both improve and make healthcare more efficient. A few wards in Sweden have implemented this new approach whereupon the study intends to discuss the effectiveness and efficiency in some of these.The study is restricted to three wards, whereof two of these are inpatient wards and the other one is an outpatient ward, within the medical clinic in Jönköping County Council, which has implemented the patient involvement approach in their daily work. The methodology for this study is qualitative in its nature where a time study of personnel time allocation and supplementary interviews with managing nurses on the wards have been conducted.

Syftet med studien var att beskriva och förstå policydokument som ett organisatoriskt verktyg för styrning genom att studera hur policydokument utformas och kommuniceras i olika typer av organisationer och vad som var avgörande för deras policyarbete. Fyra frågeställningar; policyns arbetsprocess, medarbetarnas delaktighet, vad en policy ska innehålla samt slutligen kommunikation besvarades genom en kvalitativ intervjustudie med fem respondenter från offentlig och privat sektor. Studiens resultat visade att respondenterna hade en likartad syn på vad en policy är och dess roll som styrningsredskap i organisationen. Detta bekräftade att policyn är ett normativt dokument som används som mall. Resultatet visade även att en policy är ett levande dokument som kräver delaktighet och diskussion med medarbetare innan det kan anammas och accepteras för att bli det styrdokument som det är..

The BSC is a widely used management tool that is turning the vision and strategy into operational goals. However, after analyzing the criticism received by the BSC, it seems as if its internal focus, rigidity, static-ism and mechanical mindset limits the company?s ability to create a strategy that takes important external factors into account. As we see it, the BSC?s limitations can create a risk for strategic inertia.

Investerare, finansanalytiker och andra nyckelintressenterställer krav på företagen att bredda sina upplysningar så att de inte endast innehåller rent finansiellinformation. Användarna av årsredovisningen vill ha mer tillförlitlig information omviktiga drivkrafter för företagets värdeskapande förmåga i framtiden. En av de vanligaste komplikationerna inom sjukvården är spridning av vårdrelaterade infektioner, såsom Multi Resistenta Staphylococcus Aureus, (MRSA). Det finns idag olika handhygienåtgärder för att förhindra spridningen. Syftet med denna studie var att genom en evidensbaserad litteraturstudie undersöka effekten av handhygien för att förhindra spridning av MRSA. Litteraturstudien baserades på två frågeställningar: Kan spridning av MRSA minskas med handhygienrutiner? Finns hinder för handhygienrutiner? Studien innehöll åtta vetenskapliga artiklar och granskades utifrån mall för kvalitetsbedömning.

Android is one of the leading software platforms for the new generation of smartphones. The market for applications is growing rapidly. So to be able to compete with such large competition the applications need a solid and stable development methodology. Therefore have we created an application based on a test-driven development, to investigate if the methodology was applicable on the Android platform. The conclusion is that Android?s suitability for test-driven development is dependent on the application that is being developed and if difficulties concerning the testing framework can be avoided.

Forestry supply chains are a significant part of the Swedish economy. These supply chains are highly susceptible to storms damage. In late 2013 Sweden was hit by multiple storms. This leads to the possibility to research how supply chains react to the shocks that storms cause. The aim of this thesis is to research the costs that storms increase, the actions that are taken within the forestry supply chain, as well as possible benefactors from storms. This thesis bases on previous work on supply chain mapping and cost theories.

The department Vehicle ServiceInformation construct standard times through work measurement for particularworks in the workshops. The software application STAM is used in the servicemarket to create and store standard times which then are exported to theworkshops' own systems.The purpose of this master thesis is to analyse and evaluate the internal workmeasurement system that includes standard times and the software STAM. Also,based on external analysis and benchmarking of other systems suggest appropriatefuture development within the area for Scania Vehicle Service Information.In order to perform the investigation, interviews and studies have been doneinternally at the departments that are involved in work measurement as well asexternally at Scania workshops.
