Surrogatmoderskap Àr idag inte tillÄtet i svensk rÀtt Àven fast det inte finns nÄgot explicit förbud mot surrogatmoderskap i svensk lagstiftning. Undersökningar pekar dock pÄ att sÄdana arrangemang ÀndÄ förekommer, bÄde i Sverige och utomlands. Syftet med denna uppsats var dels att kartlÀgga vilka rÀttsliga komplikationer som kan komma att uppstÄ i de fall en surrogatmoder anlitas i strid med svensk rÀtt, dels att undersöka hur detta oreglerade förbud förhÄller sig till principen om barnets bÀsta enligt FN:s Barnkonvention. Uppsatsen har en komparativ ansats dÀr betydelsen av barnets bÀsta ligger i fokus för jÀmförelsen. Denna undersökning har utförts genom studier av lagstiftning, propositioner, utredningar, artiklar och doktrin samt FN:s barnkonvention.

Given the possibility that the world, as we know it, is a consequence of human interaction and verbal communication our understanding of the world can be seen as contingent rather than essentially given. Conceptions such as "entrepreneur", "woman" and "man" can then be understood as socially constructed subjects. Departing from poststructural and social constructionist perspectives I will examine medial representation of women and men as entrepreneurs. My main purpose is to examine how the entrepreneur is constructed as a discursive subject in the journal Eget Företag. Drawing upon Ernesto LaclauŽs and Chantal MouffeŽs Discourse Theory and the poststructuralist feminist theoretical perspective of Judith Butler I will discuss both the construction of the entrepreneur as well as the more explicit question; is gender significant for the construction of the entrepreneur and entrepreneurship in Eget Företag? In this study I come to the conclusion that the discourse of entrepreneurship, as well as the journalistic discourse, draws upon discourses of femininity and masculinity but also upon discourses of ethnicity.

FrÄn elevernasfel i testet var det möjligt att ÄskÄdliggöra vikten av den metalingvistiska medvetenhetenoch den semiotiska medlingen i algebrainlÀrningen.

This master thesis deals with the looting and destruction of the Iraqi cultural heritage in the wake of the U.S. invasion of Iraq in April 2003. My ambition is to analyse the narratives conveyed by journalists and intellectuals to see which truths that were established. Using discourse analysis methods, my aim is not to find an objective truth in the matter at hand, but rather to se which truths the writers put into view regarding the question of liability and the seriousness of the looting and destruction. This paper further discusses these truths from the perspectives of imperialism and of Edward Saids thoughts about Orientalism.

Title: What women want ? a study about young men?s self-presentation on the on-line dating site Spray Date.Authors: Anna Tuvehagen & Josefin HultTutor: Lena Widding-HedinPurpose: Our main purpose was to identify implicit norms and ideals for masculinity in young men?s advertisements on the on-line dating site Spray Date.Questions: How do the men present themselves on Spray Date and what do they accentuate in their advertisements? What kind of relationship do the men hope to establish and what qualities and attribute do they look for in women? Are there any notable differences and similarities regarding our findings of ideals and the ones in previous research?Method: In order to answer our questions we chose 100 advertisements made by men in the age 18 to 25. To analyse the advertisements we used a qualitative content analysis, however we have some quantitative elements.Main results: The men in our study are searching for love on Spray Date and usually describe themselves as nice, cheerful, decent guys with good sense of humour. Although, spare-time interests and activities are what the men mainly focus on. Their interests are broad and all sorts of combinations occur why it is difficult to place the men in categories.

The ethical aspects of the Swedish Curriculum for the non-compulsory school system, Lpf94, will form the basis of the research in this essay. The ethical aspects constitute fundamental values and goals as well as common tasks that must be carried out by every teacher. Since the school debate focuses a lot on this perspective, which is often mentioned together with the words problematic and contradictory, it will consequently also be the focus of this essay. Here these features are treated in relation to literature in all its forms used by teachers in class, which also represents a part of the school debate. Together ethics and literature form a perspective that lacks research.

The aim of this thesis is to investigate, and thereby highlight, the new role of special needs teachers in conducting educational development in the fields of linguistics and literacy. The thesis defines how educational development, as described by special needs teachers, can be conducted and what conditions they perceive for such development. Factors which, according to special needs teachers, promote or hinder the development are discussed.The study uses a qualitative method involving knowledge-creating dialogues, analyzed hermeneutically, with two special needs teachers. Results are then discussed in light of relevant research and sociocultural theory. The study indicates that special needs teachers? main tool, to support teachers, is diverse use of dialogue.

Denna studie handlar om behandlingsassistenter inom institutionsvÄrden och deras tankar kring professionalitet och förhÄllningssÀtt. Behandlingskollektivet pÄ en institution undersöks ocksÄ med fokus pÄ faktorer som utbildning, yrkeserfarenhet och mÄlsÀttning med arbetet. Institutionen som undersöks i den hÀr studien riktar in sig pÄ vÄrd och behandling av unga pojkar. Studien bygger pÄ metodtriangulering genom bÄde en kvantitativ del och en kvalitativ del, samt teorier hÀmtade frÄn flera olika hÄll. Ansatsen Àr abduktiv i och med att vi utgÄr frÄn empiriska data men samtidigt lÄter oss vÀgledas av teoretiskt grundade antaganden.

AbstractSweden is a country with good reputation when it comes to questions aboutequality. The definition of equality is not always explicit though. The aim of thisthesis is to examine what Swedish equality is and what it should be. By studyingdescriptions of equality and discrimination in the political programs of the partiesof the Swedish parliament from the sixties until today, I examine which groupsare included and excluded from the concept of equality. The analyse shows thatthe concept initially was only referring to class matters.

Denna studie belyser hur kön samt hur heteronormativitet kommer till uttryck i tvÄ lÀroböcker, SamsprÄk 1 och SamsprÄk 2. BÄda böckerna Àr avsedda för att anvÀndas i undervisning pÄ sfi. Syftet med studien Àr att undersöka hur kvinnor och mÀn gestaltas i de ovan nÀmnda lÀroböckerna, samt att analysera förekomsten av heteronormativitet och hur den i sÄ fall kommer till uttryck. Undersökningen genomfördes genom nÀrlÀsning av de valda texterna i böckerna, vilka sedan var i fokus för analysen. Förutom i tvÄ av de texter som analyserades kontrasterades kvinnor och mÀn mot varandra, genom att de i olika beskrivningar eller pÄstÄenden fick stÄ som varandras motsatser.

Bakgrund och problem: Intellektuellt kapital har pÄ senare tid blivit en viktigare del avföretags vÀrdeskapande. Samspelet mellan intern och extern rapportering av intellektuelltkapital Àr dÀremot inte sÀrskilt utvecklat. Enligt vissa författare bör kunskap om ickefinansiellavÀrdedrivarmÄtt pÄverka sÄvÀl val av interna prestationsmÄtt som externrapportering. Detta har dock ofta förutsatts implicit i litteraturen inom omrÄdet, senareforskning ger Àven anledning att betvivla styrkan i kopplingen mellan intern och externrapportering.Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte Àr att beskriva samspelet mellan företags interna- och externarapportering av intellektuellt kapital.Metod: Information till teoretisk referensram samlades frÀmst in frÄn vetenskapliga artiklaroch böcker. Den empiriska informationen har samlats in via innehÄllsanalyser av deundersökta företagens Ärsredovisningar och genom intervjuer av respektive företagsekonomichefer.Resultat och slutsatser: Vi har undersökt tre börsnoterade, Göteborgsbaserade bolag för attfÄ en inblick i hur den interna och externa rapporteringen av intellektuellt kapital ser ut.

It is important that the language in textbooks for foreign language learners reflects the language that the learners would encounter in real life. For this reason, the presence of the thousand most common nouns in two Swedish textbooks in Spanish for upper secondary school is observed in this study. Furthermore, this study aims to examine how these nouns occur in order to determine if their pattern of occurence favours the learning and consolidation of words. The main materials that have been used are A Frequency Dictionary of Spanish by Davies (2006) and the word search program available in the digital versions of the textbooks. The results show that the presence of the thousand most common Spanish nouns does reflect the frequency information presented in the frequency dictionary but not all thousand nouns are included.
