Många elever anser att SO-ämnena är trista och jobbiga. Som blivande SO-lärare känns detta faktum inte bra och mina tankar går direkt till att det måste gå att göras något åt. Jag har med mitt examensarbete satt mig in i om inte lokalhistoria skulle kunna vara ett sätt att höja intresset. Lokalhistoria är inte bara ett sätt att läsa historia utan det finns förutsättningar att integrera alla skolans ämnen för att försöka skapa engagemang och komma fram till sammanhang och helhetsbilder för eleverna. I lokalhistoriska studier börjar man att arbeta med det som ligger nära eleven och möjligheter finns att på ett sätt väva in praktiska studier.

In the European Convention and the EU charter the principle ne bis in idem is provided, which implies that a person can not be tried or punished twice for the same offense. Since the European Convention was incorporated into Swedish law in 1995 the principles application has been discussed in tax law. Several cases have been examined by the European Court and the Supreme Court (HD) in order to determine whether dual punishment has occurred in the national rules concerning tax surcharge, tax crime and accounting fraud. The judicial trials have brought different assessments concerning the matter, which have resulted in a lack of clarity on the application of the principle in Swedish law.The thesis purpose is to clarify whether the principle ne bis in idem is applicable on the relationship between tax surcharge and tax crime, and the relationship between tax surcharge and accounting fraud.The authors' conclusion is that the principle ne bis in idem is applicable on the relationship between tax surcharge and tax crime because both sanctions are considered criminal in nature and concern the same crime, since they are based on substantially the same circumstances. Furthermore, the principle ne bis in idem is considered applicable on the relationship tax surcharge and accounting fraud, because both sanctions are criminal in nature and their circumstances have a connection, therefore they are considered as the same crime..

The most important conclusion of this study is that the negotiations between the parties ends when conflicts arise from property owners, and with this the time will be extended and be more costly. During the study it has been shown that good communication is the key to an effective and successful negotiation between the parties.The purpose of this study is to investigate how the practical procedure under expropriation is in relation to the legal text, in other words, describe and analyze the procedure for expropriation under current rules but also to explain how it operated in practice. This is to get a picture of how the process works and what effects it receives.Three methods were used for the study. A literature review for understanding how expropriation relates according to the law. A case study from an ongoing expropriation in Sundsvall municipality, and an interview with seven affected interested parties from the expropriation.Reviewed literature describes how the application of the Expropriation Act must go to as well as other research on the topic.

För att skapa en större konkurrenskraft och hantera det allt hårdare affärsklimatet väljer många företag idag att implementera Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, dessa heltäckande affärssystem integrerar alla verksamhetens delar med en gemensam databas och skapar nya möjligheter. För att kunna utvärdera vilken nytta en organisation får av ett sådant system behövs det lämpliga analytiska ramverk. Trots att det finns ramverk för denna typ av utvärdering, råder brist på lämpliga utvärderingsverktyg. En ny utveckling på marknaden för dessa system är webbaserade ERP-system. Systemet köps istället som en tjänst, där systemet finns på en server hos tjänsteleverantören.

The underlying purpose of this study is to investigate how the libraries in Sweden organize and administrate the service of providing literature in other languages than Swedish. The study focuses on the central guiding principles that regulate the provision of multilingual literature and how these guidelines are implemented in to practice at the libraries. As the guidelines are closely connected to the official discourse in Sweden concerning policies targeted towards immigrants, the guidelines will be examined from a perspective of integration politics. To assemble data a survey has been conducted looking into factors such as how the libraries perceive the guidelines, how the libraries do business intelligence and user inquires to reach out to the users of the multilingual media, forms for statistics and method of working. The results points out that the libraries in their work with multilingual media are confronted with three tensions; the first tension is that between the libraries aim to promote equality and freedom for the individual and at the same time to fulfil certain collective interests and goals.

Non-compulsory schools in Sweden should make use of the knowledge and experience that is available in society according to the aims and objectives of the Curriculum for the Non-Compulsory School System - Lpf 94. There are however only a few studies which have focused on the contacts between non-compulsory schools and society as represented by the business world in Sweden.The purpose of this study is to examine in what ways and to what extent non-compulsory schools are following the Curriculum by using the knowledge and experience of the business world. The perspectives have been: Which contacts in the business world and which working practices from the business world are implemented in teaching in non-compulsory schools? In what way do these contacts and working practices affect the teaching and learning of business administration? The purpose of this study is also to examine if the teachers in non-compulsory schools use business information and different kinds of business knowledge and experiences in order to keep themselves up-to-date regarding the business world. The perspectives have been: Are the teachers using up-to-date business information or business experience? Are the teachers applying a multicultural perspective in teaching business studies? In what way does this kind of information or first-hand experience affect the teaching and learning of business administration?The method used in this study was to interview seven teachers from two non-compulsory schools in Stockholm.

In this paper I attempt to analyze the ways the European Union defines its external borders in cross-border co-operation with its neighbours. The analysis is based on case study examining the founding components of a updated version of the Northern Dimension policy of the European Union.The analytical framework of the study is composed of three different perceptions on the cross-border co-operation; regionalisation, integration and flexible integration. I conclude that the model of cross-border co-operation laid by the Northern Dimension policy would have an impact on the EU's external border with Russia, making it more flexible and vague.As far as the geographical terms of the co-operation are concerned, they seem to shift from regional co-operation to greater emphasis the role of networks as basis for co-operation instead of traditional regions..

Då Sveriges samhälle blir allt mer mångkulturellt och vi får en mer mångkulturell skola, är det viktigt att pedagoger har en förståelse och är medvetna om de kulturella skillnaderna som kan uppstå i undervisningssituationer. Vi har valt att fokusera vår studie på flickor med muslimsk bakgrund och hur de upplever idrottsämnet. Ämnet innehåller många olika moment som kan upplevas som nya och främmande för dessa elever. Vi intervjuade även pedagoger för att se hur de arbetar med integrering och hur det hanterar eventuella bortfall från idrottslektionerna. Vår studie består både av en kvalitativ samt en kvantitativ del.

Syftet med undersökningen är att belysa en aspekt av det kommunala flyktingmottagandet nämligen boendet och hur flyktingen kommer att bo är en viktig del av integrationsprocessen av flyktingar när de kommer till ett nytt land och en kommun. Min uppsats fokuseras på, etnisk boendesegregation, integra¬tion samt främlingsfientlighet. Hur ser det kommunala flyktingmottagandet ut för flyktingar i en kommun?, Hur upplever flyktingar deras integration in i samhället?, Vad anser svenskar om boen¬desegregation och integration av flyktingar? Upplever svenskar och flyktingar boendesegregation i kommunen?, Kan boendesegregation vara en bi¬dragande orsak till främlingsfientlighet?. Studien bygger på en kvalitativ metod av fyra flyktingar och tre svenskar inklusive en offentlig person i en kommun i norra Sverige.

Problemområde: Vi kan idag se en tydlig tendens att många företag går samman i nära samarbete eller fusioneras. Det är också många av dessa fusioner som misslyckas. Ett vanligt argument för att förklara ett misslyckande är den integrationsproblematik som uppstår efter en fusion. Vi har intresserat oss för vad som döljer sig bakom denna problematik och hur man på ett bättre sätt ska kunna förstå integrationen mellan två kunskapsföretag. Syfte: Hur tar sig identitetsskapande hos medarbetarna i CBAH i uttryck vid integrationsprocessen med BAH? Metod: Vi har utgått från ett uttolkande paradigm där forskningsdesignen varit kvalitativ med ett aktörs- och förståelseinriktat synsätt.

AbstractDet har i ett antal internationella undersökningar framkommit att HBT- personer har sämre hälsa än heterosexuella. I den förbindelsen har syftet med denna uppsats varit att diskutera kring vilka åtgärder som är möjliga för att förändra denna ohälsa, där jag har koncentrerat mig på särlösning kontra integrationsteorier. Jag har inriktat mig på lesbiska och bisexuella kvinnor inom HBT- området. Med hjälp av Nancy Fraser och Iris Marion Youngs teorier om erkännande eller omfördelning diskuteras särlösningen och integreringens fördelar och nackdelar. Problemet är att det vid särlösningar finns en risk för att lesbiska och bisexuella kvinnor fasthålls i sin marginalisering och att det inte arbetas med roten till problemet.

The purpose of this qualitative study has been; how social bonds are interlaced between the social worlds contained within the analytical division of ?outside Internet? and ?within Internet?. What happens with the social bond as the individual oscillate between this analytic bisection? This purpose raises important questions of the use of Internet in everyday life.A new stance is taken toward studying the Internets integration into everyday life. The focus is adjusted to the importance of emotions.

Research has shown that students with another mother tongue than Swedish terminate elementary school with lower grades in all subjects, compared to students having Swedish as a mother tongue. This fact justifies further research on the forms of teaching Swedish as a second language. Attention has been given to the fact that the students with another mother tongue than Swedish have to cope with "dual learning". Parallel to the learning of a second language they need to obtain knowledge in all other subjects. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate how the School organise the work with students having another mother tongue than Swedish, and to find out how teachers in other subjects solve the problem of having students that struggle with "dual learning".
