AimThe aim has been to describe the goals and the pedagogic model concerning physical education in the Waldorfschool. Further purpose was to describe what the teachers focus on in there teaching roll about physical education. We have also chosen to give a picture of what other documents says about the teaching roll in booth the Waldorfschool and in the traditional municipal pedagogics. The Waldorfschool runs under Lpo 94 but they can also as other schools adapt and formulate there own curriculum after there pedagogic. That?s also why we have chosen to look at what the teachers says, about how they work and trying to achieve the goals of the curriculum in physical education.Framing of the questions? In this study I?ve examined bilingual high-school students? experiences of their education held in their native language. The purpose of this study is to examine bilingual high-school students? experiences of how their school organizes the education that?s held in their native language, and how the students feel that the education in their native language has helped their overall language development and also in terms of learning in general. To complete this study I?ve interviewed six high school students and analyzed their answers using other studies and theories on this subject.

During my education I have frequently noticed that pupils do not like science or find it hard and dull. The purpose with this investigation is to find out how pupils experience their science education and if they can understand the arguments for studying the subject at school.I have made a questionnaire study among pupils in grade 8 and 9. After analyzing their answers I have interviewed some of the pupils to get answers on further questions.The investigation resulted in conclusion that pupils have hard to connect their science-education to their everyday lives. The most important element in forming the pupil?s opinions about science is their relation to the teacher and how the lessons are set-up.The following questions will be answered in this paper:Do pupils understand why they have science at school?Can the pupils see the use of scientific knowledge in their everyday life?How do pupils look upon their science education?.

The aim with this thesis was to study how primary school teachers perceive their mission in working with inclusive education. The aim was also to study their thoughts and experience of the Special education support. To conduct the inquiry twelve primary school teachers from two different communities in Sweden were asked to give their views of inclusive education. The central issues was how the primary school teachers interprets the concept of inclusion, the opportunities and obstacles they perceived and how the Special education support was formed in the work with inclusion in their schools. The result shows that the majority part of the primary teachers interprets the concept as a spatial or social inclusion.

Utifrån en fallbeskrivning i socialtjänsten där fem stycken socialsekreterare har intervjuats har relationen mellan ledarskap och anställdas förutsättningar att hantera stress i arbetet undersökts. Utifrån ett teoretiskt ramverk bestående av klassiska ledarskapsteorier, teorin om känsla av sammanhang och krav-kontroll-stödmodellen syftar studien till att nå en djupare förståelse för relationen mellan ledarskap och socialsekreterares förutsättningar att hantera stress i arbetet. Resultatet visar att ledarskapsstilen kan inverka på de anställdas förutsättningar att hantera stress på arbetsplatsen. Informanterna som beskriver ett ledarskap som kan kopplas till den demokratiska ledarskapsstilen upplever ökat socialt stöd i arbetsmiljön och ökade förutsättningar för känsla av sammanhang på arbetsplatsen, vilket i sin tur leder till förbättrade förutsättningar att hantera stress på arbetsplatsen. Informanterna som beskriver en arbetsmiljö under ett ledarskap med komponenter kopplade till laissez faire-ledarstilen upplever det motsatta, dvs.

Abstract Titel:                                              Satsningen på PIM (Praktisk IT- och mediekompetens) i förskolan - ett led i ett pedagogiskt ledarskap Huvudsyfte:                                              Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka förskolechefers synsätt och upplevelser av PIM (Praktiskt IT- och mediekompetens), som är en satsning från regeringen, och om PIM uppdraget har påverkat deras ledarskap och arbetssätt som förskolechef.Metod:                                                      Kvalitativa intervjuer och observationer l Studien bygger på fyra stycken intervjuer med förskolechefer, samt observationer. Huvudresultat:                                 Resultatet av studien har visat att förskolecheferna har upplevt PIM- utbildningen som ett braPedagogiskt upplägg och ett bra verktyg. Enligt förskolecheferna har PIM? utbildningenimplementerad i förskolans verksamhet genom att på ett professionellt sätt skriva vecko-månads brev, pedagogisk dokumentation, föräldramöte och utvecklingssamtal därpedagogerna visar små filmsnuttar på fem minuter som en utgångspunkt till samtalet. Allaförskolecheferna var överens om att den tredje delen av PIM var mest intresserade förpedagoger, barn och föräldrarna. Studien har också visat att förskolechefernas ledarskap intepåverkats av PIM- utbildningen men däremot har deras arbetssätt fått högre kvalitet och demAnvänder numera bättre program och metoder för sitt dagliga arbete.  Studiens bidrag:Vår avsikt med uppsatsen är att kunna bidra till en fördjupad uppfattning kring förskolechefens roll vid förändringar på grund av den särskilda PIM-satsningen.

Denna studie handlar om organisationsförändring och vilken påverkan denna kan ha haft på verksamheten och dess organisationskultur. Studien är ett uppdrag jag fått av HSB Norr. Uppdraget var att utifrån deras omorganisation se om förändringsprocessen har lett till att det krävts en förändring i verksamheten. Ledningen har försökt skapa ett mer homogent arbetssätt ute på de lokala kontoren och även ett mer resultatinriktat sätt att arbeta. Syftet med studien var att se vilka konsekvenser omorganiseringen haft sett ur ett ledningsperspektiv.

Den här uppsatsen tar en närmare blick på karismatiskt ledarskap vilket ofta sägs vara en personlig egenskap som vissa föds med. Det sägs att personer som Gandhi, Barack Obama och Olof Palme har haft denna egenskap. En egenskap som får folk att följa ledaren oavsett uppoffringen för följaren, och som gör vad än ledaren vill att de skall göra. Arbetet vill problematisera synen på karisma som en personlig egenskap. Med hjälp av karismaforskningens fader, Max Weber, tillsammans med annan forskning om ledarskap och karisma formar denna uppsats en modell för att förstå karismatiskt ledarskap.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva och förklara hur Fisksätra Folkets hus styrs med ett interimistiskt ledarskap. Den ska även belysa vilka konsekvenser som kan uppstå när en organisation styrs av ett interimistiskt ledarskap.Studien besvarar tre olika frågeställningar: "Hur har det tillfälliga ledarskapet påverkat organisationen samt relationen mellan ledaren och medarbetarna?" "Hur upplever den tillfälliga ledaren i Fisksätra folketshus, sin tillfälliga position, samt hur upplever medarbetarna i organisationen det tillfälliga ledarskapet?" och " Vilka egenskaper, utifrån den tillsatta ledarens och medarbetarnas egna erfarenheter, uppfattas vara viktiga i ett tillfälligt ledarskaps position och hur bör hon utöva dessa egenskaper?Undersökningen genomfördes med en kvalitativ ansats. Studien använde sig av semi-strukturerade intervjuer på samtliga anställda i Fisksätra Folkets Hus. Intervjuerna sammanställdes och utifrån den samlade empirin kunde vi tolka och dra slutsatser kring frågeställningarna.

The purpose of this essay was to find out how leaders in micro service firms practice HRM and identify which HRM related problems they experience in their leadership. A case study consisting two cases was carried out. The study has shown that leaders in micro service firms use a highly personalised, informal management and involve their employees in the firm?s development. The findings were that leaders of micro service firms do not have any theoretical knowledge of HRM practises because of lack of education.

AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to examine how the religious education is implemented in junior and grammar school. As a base for my examination I used two private schools and two municipal schools. My main goal was to get a better view of the content of the education, the treatment of the students and the conditions for the students to get a greater understanding and respect for others? religious beliefs and opinions through education. To reach this goal I did interviews and field studies which means that the paper has a qualitative approach.The examination showed clearly that the private schools spend a lot more education time on their respective religions while the municipal schools have a more comprehensive education.

The purpose of this study was to examine the usage and occurrence of media literacy in relation to literature studies in the senior level of the nine-year compulsory school. The questions at issue were;How do teachers and students look upon media literacy and how is this attitude reflected in their education?How do teachers incorporate media literacy with literature studies?What attitudes do students have towards their teachers? education of media literacy and literature studies?The study took place in two cities in Sweden. It consists of eighteen qualitative interviews with six teachers and twelve students. The study shows that teachers have different attitudes towards media education in relation to literature studies.
