Sammanfattning Syftet med examensarbetet är att undersöka regeringens kultursatsning, Skapande Skola där en kulturinstitution har initierat ett externt kulturprojekt som ingår i denna satsning. Studien syftar till att beskriva och analysera denna kulturinstitutions uttalade intention samt sätt att arbeta med Skapande Skola. För att uppnå syftet avser jag att besvara följande frågor: 1. Vad består regeringsuppdraget Skapande Skola av för innehåll? 2.

Vårt arbete behandlade barns förståelse av ekologiska processer och genomfördes i en skola i Illinois, USA. Syftet var att utveckla elevers förståelse av fotosyntesen med hjälp av drama. Vi använde drama som pedagogisk metod för att synliggöra denna abstrakta process. Även praktiska experiment och teori ingick i undervisningen, detta för att förklara materians byggnad och omvandling. Två av de 6 medverkande eleverna i vår studie utvecklade en djupare förståelse och kunde se förhållandet mellan materians omvandling och sockret som energi för tillväxt.

Syftet med följande arbete är att belysa lekens betydelse i träningsskolan samt hur personalens syn på lek som kommunikation påverkar när det gäller barn i svårigheter. Arbetet inleds med en teoretisk översikt om lekens vara eller inte vara samt lekteorier. Min ambition är att lägga ett specialpedagogiskt perspektiv på leken i träningsskolan. Genom intervjuer av personal och genom observation av dramalek hos eleverna ville jag belysa betydelsen av lek för barn med autism. Sammanfattningsvis verkar leken vara central och viktig för personal på träningsskolan. Lekens potentiala kraft att vara en källa att häva ur samt berikas även barn med autism och blir då särskild viktig genom lekstruktur och personalens samsyn på lek..

This study deals with play and the importance of meaning of play in the learning process. The aim is to look in to and analyze four preschool teacher´s beliefs and views about the importance of play for children´s learning and development. The study looks at two different preschools, one based on Reggio Emilia- and the other on Montessori- pedagogy, and the aim is to compare the different views and ways of working that the preschool educators have.The theoretical basis for this study is both rooted in a socio-cultural and constructivist perspective, and deals with the relationships between theoretical concepts mean as play, learning, way of working and pedagogy.The study is based on qualitative research methods that consist of interviews and participant observations. The person?s participants in the study consisted of four active preschool educators, who work in two different preschools.The results of the investigation show that the educators have similar views on the importance of play for the children´s learning process, and this also applies to their way of working.

Att inneha ett rikt språk är betydelsefullt för attleva och verka i dagens samhälle som omges av text och samtal. Barns läsförmågaoch intresse för litteratur har senaste decenniet försämrats. Därför är det avstor vikt att lärare applicerar högläsning i undervisningen och bearbetar denpå ett varierat sätt, exempelvis genom drama. Ansatsen är baserad påaktionsforskning där fokus låg på att utveckla VFU-verksamhetens praktik. Syftet med studien är attbidra med kunskap omspråkutvecklande arbetssätt för bearbetning av högläst skönlitteratur.

The topic of this essay is core value issues, how they are mediated in school and how they are practiced. I am investigating a problem concerning the existential worth of the core values-content for children, or in other words, the difficulty of reconciling the theory of the core values and their practice. This problem is portrayed by two stories. The aim of this work is to investigate how to combine the core values theory with its practice, in other words, make it meaningful. In my essay, I turn to recent research in the field to provide a background to my issue, and hereby further point to my problem.

AbstractPurpose/Aim: The aim of this essay is to examine the democratic potential of Forum Games.The main focus of the essay is if working with forum games can help the participators to better communicate their thoughts and ideas and through this take better part in a democratic society.Material/Method: The material to the study has been gathered through three interviews with persons using forum games in their work and one enquiry with 21 students in Teacher education at Uppsala University, who had recently tried the method for the first time.Main results: The conclusion of the study is that forum game has a democratic potential. Ability to communicate is important for a democratic society and participating in forum games can improve the participators communication abilities. Furthermore forum games seem to have other positive effects on a democratic society, apart from helping the participators to improve their communication skills.Keywords: Forum Games, Forum Theatre, Communication, Democracy, Drama.

Syftet med denna studie är att utveckla kunskaper om förutsättningar för lärande inom det estetiska ämnesområdet i grundsärskolan för elever med kombinationen utvecklingsstörning och hörselskada/dövhet. I studien undersöks vilka undervisningsstrategier som används av lärare i bild, drama och slöjd. Studien beskriver även kunskaper och förmågor som eleverna ges förutsättningar att utveckla, samt hur detta lärande tar sig uttryck.Denna fallstudie har en kvalitativ ansats och genomsyras av en sociokulturell syn på kunskapsbildning.  Det empiriska materialet består av videofilmade observationer av lektioner i bild, drama och träslöjd samt semistrukturerade intervjuer med respektive ämneslärare. För att identifiera lärarnas undervisningsstrategier och elevernas förutsättningar för lärande har det transkriberade materialet tolkats utifrån den didaktiska triangeln samt två andra teoretiska ramverk.Resultatet visar att lärarna genom ett flexibelt arbetssätt, personligt bemötande, individuella anpassningar och en ?röd tråd? mellan lektionerna får eleverna delaktiga och aktivt deltagande.

Today there is a large consensus about the importance of Swedish schools providingconditions enabling students to develop the ability to manage and learn through information technologies (IT). The goal of this study was to describe and examine how national education goals for the use of IT transformed into municipal IT-strategies for the school. A content analysis was conducted of thirty-eight municipal IT-strategies collected from Swedish municipal websites on the Internet. The content in the municipal IT-strategies was compared with the content in both the Swedish education act and the national curriculum. The results showed that the content in the Swedish education act and the national curriculum in fact was translated into municipal IT strategies, but that the range of strategies concerning technology, pedagogy and content in relation to IT was broad.

Studien belyser hur bemötandeaspekten av tillgänglighetsarbete för elever med funktionshinder kan se ut i samarbetet mellan museum och skola. Jag har intresserat mig för hur man som institution ser på den psykosociala miljön och vilka insatser man gör på museet i den pedagogiska verksamheten för att nå ökad tillgänglighet och bättre bemötande. Det mellanmänskliga mötet är av stor betydelse för hur en person med ett funktionshinder bemöts visar de studier jag tittat på. Samhällets lagar och förordningar visar sig ha en vägledande betydelse som påverkar på individens förutfattade meningar och attityd och som i sin tur påverkar bemötandet av personer med funktionshinder. Skolan och museets förutsättningar för att samarbete i lärande syfte har vidgats genom Skapande Skola projektet liksom museerna anpassar sin verksamhet uppmuntrar skolan att använda museet som lärmiljö.

The purpose of this essay is to find out how two schools work with newly arrived children and to see how they differ. There is a lack of national directives for those who work with newly arrived children and teenagers; this makes the introduction very different between schools.The study is qualitative, based on interviews with four teachers in two different compulsory schools. One school is situated in a suburb of Stockholm and the other one is situated in a minor community in Dalarna. One schools got a preparatory class for newly immigrated pupils and the other school doesn?t.The theoretical frame that I have chosen to analyse these interviews are literature and research on Bilingualism, Children with PTSD, Intercultural Pedagogy and Special PedagogyMy results also show that these schools work very differently, and that there is very little co-operation within the school and with the units around the school, regarding these children.

This essay is a study about the school introduction of immigrant pupils in the Swedish compulsory school. The purpose if this study is to examine the organisation municipal school introduction for immigrant pupils in the compulsory school in Södertälje. The method I have used is qualitative research method which depends on interviews and analysis of documents.The result shows that the municipal is without a plan for the school introduction of the immigrant pupils and that the individual compulsory school has the main responsibility for the school introduction of the immigrant pupils. The result also shows that there is a need of increased teaching of mother tongue. There is also a need of competence development within intercultural pedagogy.My conclusions are that a municipal plan for the school introduction of immigrant pupils should increase the immigrant pupils? possibility to a shorter time of introduction to the compulsory school..
