A dilemma often met by entrepreneurs is whether or not to share information about their business ideas in order to increase the probability for success. The reason for sharing information is presumed to be an increased ability to develop the business idea, whereas the reason for maintaining secrecy would be to protect the idea from being stolen. Common as this dilemma is in practice, it is not very well covered in the entrepreneurial theories. The purpose of this thesis is to elaborate the theories in this subject by investigating an entrepreneurial case. The case shows that one possible solution to the dilemma is a situation-based information sharing.

This paper examines a long run macroeconomic dilemma. This dilemma states that given a real appreciation, i.e. a continuous increase in the real exchange rate, an economy has two options open with respect to inflation and nominal exchange rate. Either the economy chooses a fixed exchange rate- regime but has to allow for a rising inflation. Background   The patient's rights to self-determine their own health care is described in Swedish legislation and guidelines. However, due to infancy, unconsciousness, severe brain damage or certain diseases, some patients might be unable to make such decisions. Youth centres- A qualitative study of how midwives relate to the potential ethical dilemma between youths right to integrity and parents right to informationThe aim of this study was to investigate how midwives at youth centres relate to the potential ethical dilemma between parents? right to information that young people between 15-17 years share at the centre, vs. youths right to integrity. The study was based on qualitative interviews with six midwives in various youth centres in Stockholm County. We analysed our empirical material according to Blennbergers consequential ethical model and Bronfenbrenners ecological system model.

Min essä handlar om de erfarenheter jag har som manlig pedagog i förskolan och hur de har påverkat mig som manlig pedagog inom förskolan och mina självupplevda händelser som påverkat mig i min yrkesroll. Den gemensamma nämnaren i mina upplevda händelser jag beskriver är att jag möter tankar om den manliga pedagogen som en förmedlare av värden som antingen ses som goda, eller som hot. Mitt dilemma handlar om att jag som manlig pedagog får förhålla mig till generaliseringar om män som potentiella pedofiler men också generaliseringar om mannen som normskapande och auktoritär aktör i en kvinnodominerad miljö. Uppsatsens huvudsakliga syfte har varit att problematisera och synliggöra olika perspektiv på manliga pedagoger inom förskolan. Min essä sträcker sig över en tidsperiod från slutet av 1990-talet fram till idag.Uppsatsen är skriven i en vetenskaplig essäform.

Frågeställningen behandlar hur barn och ungdomar resonerar kring djurförsök. När eleverna resonerar kring djuretik, vad anser de då vara relevant? Vi analyserar elever från första- och niondeklass diskussioner kring djuretik. I vår undersökning ställs eleverna inför ett fiktivt dilemma och får svara på hur de skulle ha agerat i olika situationer. Deras svar avspeglar olika nivåer av moralutveckling och vilken förmåga de har till etiskt tänkande.

Detta arbete utgår från en kvalitativ textanalys av lärarhandledningar och andra texter från museilektioner.se. Mitt syfte är att försöka se vilka strategier som finns för att legitimera den institutionsförlagda kulturpedagogiken i skolan, vilka argument som återfinns för ett sådant arbete och därmed hur kulturen positionerar sig gentemot skolan. I de handledningar jag undersöker gör jag ett försök att se hur eleven är tänkt att agera, vilken roll denne tillskrivs och därmed hur kulturen förhåller sig till den enskilde eleven. Konst och kulturpedagogik står traditionellt inför ett dilemma där pedagogen väger en sträng förmedling av föremål och konst mot en öppen reception där mottagaren lämnas fri att se vad denne vill. Genom att undersöka vem som har makt över situationen och hur besökarnas erfarenhet hanteras kan jag närma mig en förståelse för hur ovanstående dilemma hanteras i handledningarna. Min analys visar att institutionens funktion som kulturbärare eller kulturskapare har inverkan på hur pedagogiken utformas och därmed hur receptionen blir behäftad med olika ramar..

This essay aims to examine how Swedish compulsory school teachers claims to handle dyslexia while educating and grading, and to what extent they are influenced by others while grading. This was examined through interviews with a phenomenographic approach and the participants were eight grade 9 teachers. The categories of description found in the analysis was then interpreted through researcher Claes Nilhoms dilemma perspective, focusing on the dilemma Equal Participation - Compensation. Regarding education, three main strategies occurred: actions directed towards all students, methods of compensation organized by the school and individualized methods of compensation. The former is closest to Equal Participation, the latter to Compensation and the school organized methods form a middle position somewhat closer to Compensation.
