The goal an purpose of this essay is to study the diffrent points of view that Swedish priest within the Swedish Church have on the Topic of same sex marriage. I will use qualitative interview as method of choice to get answers for my questions.The results of my study reveal that same sex mariiage has been a dividing issue between the different participants. Those in favour of the church´s decision to legalize same sex marriage consider love to be the most importent reason for marriage, while those who oppose the decision consider marriage to be a holy sacrament that is not easily changed..

When contemplating entering an alliance the rationale behind the decision should differdepending on the size of the companies involved as well as on other important factors. The importantfactors influencing the decision are related to the resource pooling potential of the alliance,the power structure along with the business network the companies are a part of. Theanalysis has shown proof of a need for cooperation if one wish to succeed in the telecommunicationindustry and it has also determined which resources that are deemed to be most important toget in touch with, for our study object, to facilitate its access to the market. Those resources aredefined as a direct channel to the customer, funds/capital and the access to relevant businessnetworks. A first telephone interview was followed by an interview made face to face that was also followed up by interviews performed over telephone. Bakgrund och problem: Etnisk och kulturellt mångfald inom TMT har tack vare globaliseringen blivit ett alltmer förekommande fenomen inom företag. Tidigare studier om etnisk och kulturellt mångfald inom TMT:s inverkan på företagsutfall har för det mesta fokuserat på den privata sektorn samt finansiella utfall. Dessa studier har även ignorerat TMT-processer, vilket har lett till blandade resultat.Syfte: Att förklara hur etnisk mångfald i TMT påverkar icke-finansiella utfall i hybrida företag.Metod: Studien utgår från en kvantitativ undersökningsmetod, där data samlades in genom elektroniska enkäter. Urvalet bestod av 98 hybrida företag inom den offentliga sektorn i Sverige. Vi härledde tre hypoteser utifrån tidigare studier för att besvara studiens syfte.Slutsatser: Vi har funnit att etnisk mångfald inte har någon påverkan på varken beteendeintegration eller ambidextri inom hybrida bolag.

This empirical study aims to determine whether Linnaeus University's formation in 2010 and subsequent reorganization has affected the employees' perceived motivation and job satisfaction.A combined approach was used in which both quantitative and qualitative questions were asked in the survey form. 101 survey responses is the basis for the analysis and these have been associated with SDT-theory in order to draw further conclusions.The study shows that among the respondents, there is a frustration that is possibly related to the two organizational changes. They feel that they have lost confidence in management as a result of not being part of decision making. Stockholm is constantly growing and changing. Despite this, for various reasons, it is difficult to execute large building projects. With starting-point in decision making theories we have tried to investigate these difficulties. More specifically we have chosen to study why it has not been possible to rebuilt Slussen in Stockholm. To help us structure our study we have based our research on another large comparable building project, the Globen City project.

The purpose of this Master Thesis is to analyze what suitable hardware platforms there are on the market in order to build a low price control and information system for mobile applications, called small display module. The thesis will be underlying material for making a decision for further development.
