Syfte och frågeställningarSyftet var att undersöka frekvensstegen som träningsmetod för fotbollsspelare i avsikt att öka snabbhet i vändningar och agility då dessa förmågor är mycket viktiga för en spelare under en fotbollsmatch.Frågeställningar:Ökar träning med frekvensstege spelarnas agility?Förbättrar träning med frekvensstege spelarnas förmåga att ändra riktning i hög hastighet?MetodFör att besvara frågeställningarna valdes en experimentell, kvantitativ studie med Test-Retest som insamlingsmetod. I studien deltog både en försöksgrupp och en kontrollgrupp. Försöksgruppen var ett damfotbollslag, ålder 18.8±1.9  år och de var 12 deltagare. Kontrollgruppen var ett damfotbollslag, ålder 17.8±0.8 och var 6 deltagare.Undersökningen pågick under 7 veckor och vid totalt 12 tillfällen.

Iakttagelser har dock visat en minskad grad av fysisk aktivitet hos befolkningen. Könsskillnader har visats vara en faktor, män och kvinnor har ibland olika motivationskällor till fysisk aktivitet. Syfte : Syftet med den här studien var att beskriva vad som motiverar medelålders män till fysisk aktivitet. Metod : Genom att ha en litteraturstudie som metod var målet att få en fördjupning av det nuvarande kunskapsområdet som berör syftet. Studien har inkluderat 15 stycken artiklar från databaserna: Cinahl, Pubmed, Sciverse och Academic search elite.

Cykelprojekt har dock startats upp i många städer för att få fler invånare att börja cykla och få en bättre stadsmiljö och folkhälsa. Studiens syfte är dels att se hur Linköpings och Norrköpings kommuner arbetar med olika cykelprojekt dels att granska hur de två kommunerna följt upp sina projekt samt utvärderat miljöeffekter.

Wind is used as an energy source all over the world. To be able to use this effectively, there is a need for as good forecasts and forecast models as possible. One of these models is Coupled Ocean/Atmosphere Mesoscale Prediction System (COAMPS®) that is used to calculate short time forecasts. This model is used here to calculate wind speeds at two different areas in Västra Götaland, Bengtsfors and Vänersborg. There are also wind measurements with SODAR stations for these areas.

Payment for contracting services in this context can be done according to a number of payment models. This study will focus on the methods and consequences associated with a change of Holmen Skog?s payment model from per hour to per metric ton for ballast hauling. The aim of this study is to improve the economic efficiency of Holmen Skog?s ballast hauling in construction and maintenance of forest truck roads. För att minska andelen ?onödig? bilism drivs arbeten, inom Malmö stad, med fokus på information, kommunikation och kampanjer som ämnar öka andelen gång-, cykel- och kollektivtrafikresenärer. Detta arbete kan sammanfattas med ett ord: beteendepåverkan. Målet med beteendeförändringar är en del i arbetet mot att göra Malmö till en mer attraktiv och hållbar stad.

Med ett växande fokus på ett långsiktigt hållbart samhälle som tar ansvar för miljön strävar fordonstillverkare efter att sänka energiförbrukningen på sina fordon. Detta arbete behandlar hur man kan sänka bränsleförbrukningen för lastbilar med påbyggnader. En påbyggnad kan t.ex. vara en kran, en lastväxlare eller en betongpump. En metod för att sänka energiförbrukningen är att sänka det varvtal som lastbilens dieselmotor arbetar vid.

Bakgrund: Syftet med studien var att undersöka svenska fotbollsspelares rörelsemönster och kravprofil för att analysera betydelsen av explosivitets- och snabbhetsträning och dessutom analysera prioriteten och värdet av den här träningen i den vetenskapliga litteraturen, i tränarutbildningen och i praktiken. Metod: Begreppet snabbhetsträning har analyserats utifrån tre perspektiv; Forskningens, Utbildningens och det Praktiska utförandets perspektiv. Forskningsperspektivet har analyserats genom relevanta forskningsresultat inom området. Utbildningsperspektivet har analyserats utifrån Svenska Fotbollförbundets tränarutbildning och det Praktiska utförandet har analyserats genom en intervjustudie med representativa tränare i svensk elitfotboll. Dessa perspektiv har ställts mot varandra i en modell som skall ses som en kunskapsstege där information och kunskap skapas genom forskning, där utbildningen fungerar som länk och där det praktiska utförandet speglar den kunskapsinhämtning och kompetensutveckling som skett över tid. Resultat: Explosiviteten kan bevisligen ökas väsentligt genom funktionell träning. Både forskningen och kurslitteraturen till tränarutbildningen visar att förbättringar kan nås genom isolerad snabbhetsträning i t.ex. sprintövningar eller genom relevant styrketräning men att det mest optimala är att träna snabbhetsförmågan i fotbollsspecifika situationer med boll.
