Denna fallstudie utreder hur ett företag expanderar via ett innovativt projekt. Genom observationer, intervjuer och återberättelser har studien en etnografisk ansats för att skapa en bild av hur ett sådant projekt kan gå till och hur dess olika processer ser ut. Syftet med studien är att utifrån begreppen: innovation, projekt, projektledning och kunskapsöverföring analysera hur företaget Josephssons genomfört lanseringen av Josephssons Webshop och på vilket sätt det pågående innovativa projektet e?handel genomförs. Författarna har genom en litterär fördjupning av de olika begreppen skaffat sig en teoretisk referensram som sedan använts för att analysera det empiriska materialet.

Medieteknik är en avdelning på Malmö högskola som dagligen handskas med att vara en innovativ och utvecklande del i en större organisation. Något som skapar möjligheter, men även begränsningar. Högskolans krav, resulterar tillsammans med omvärldens föränderlighet i att avdelningen måste växla mellan struktur, planering, genomförande ? och ? utveckling, innovation av innehåll, utbud, pedagogik. Syftet med rapporten är att undersöka hur en innovativ och kreativ utvecklingsmiljö skapas och bevaras i en organisation/myndighet. Genom en enkätundersökning skapas det empiriska material som, tillsammans med studiet av högskolans villkor, samt förankring i den teoretiska referensramen besvarar den aktuella frågeställningen: Vilka förutsättningar kan påverka en avdelning att arbeta och agera innovativt inom ramen för den större organisationens styrning och krav? Slutsatsen är att Malmö högskola ställs inför en rad motstridiga krav som kräver jämvikt inom organisationen, för att arbetet på avdelningsnivå ska fungera.

På lång sikt är en ekonomisk tillväxt driven av teknologiska förändringar samt innovationer. Teknologin har gett oss möjligheten att bli innovativa genom helt andra vägar, där fler samarbeten sker över gränser. Open Innovation är ett fenomen som bygger på öppet samarbete mellan organisationer och externa aktörer. Mer transparens och öppenhet för externa kunskaper kan generera nya värden och bidra till den interna utvecklingen. Förekommande exempel på detta sorts samarbete är många, där syftet kan vara att tillsammans skapa nya produkter och eller utveckla nya marknadsföringsvägar.

The overriding purpose of this graduate thesis is to evaluate if municipalities and county councils can deviate from the legislation of public procurement during procurement of customer choice agreements within the health and social care area. The intention of this Quasi-market is to provide the users with competition in terms of quality rather then the general principal rule of economic value.My conclusion results in a legal situation without rules of general procedure. So far the authorities make their own regulation in the field of customer choice agreements. The problem lies within the authorization of new contractors and their right to make an appeal against resolutions made by the authorities social care divisions.One solution is to legislate within the present law of public procurement. The main purpose with this master's thesis was to develop a survey with the intention to examine what expectations the JM AB:s customer had on a future garden and also to discuss if the lawn has a symbolic meaning in gardens. The lion's share of the thesis is based on a survey, aimed at people in the company's customer database. The intention was to examine what expectations they had on their future garden and if their expectations were met when they later bought a house from the company. The work also consists of interviews and visits to areas with newly built homes. I interpreted the result from my surveys as the lawn on its own being is a strong symbol for a garden and also signals a social status of the owner. To the company the pre made lawn on a role is a way of saving time and easily achieve what the customer request. The company wants to create a concept of a "preset-garden" that meets the company's vision as well as the expectations of the customer.

Title: Register now and stay in touch ? a study about the relationship between CRM-system and business performance.Purpose: The purpose with the study is to identify if there is a positive relationship between CRM-system and business performance in Swedish multinational companies in the industrial sector.Audience: This essay is addressed to the Swedish multinational companies in the industrial sector.Methodology/ Approach / Design: We have applied a qualitative method, with a deductive approach. Through an in-depth interview with the case company Benzlers AB, which provided the empirical basis, supplemented with the CSI-values.Conclusion: The study has presented evidence, that there is a positive relationship between CRM-system and business performance which has been confirmed by the positive increase in the CSI-value after the implementation of the CRM-system.Originality/ Value/ Contribution to knowledge The study contributes with its own results that fill in the knowledge gap about the subject in Sweden. The study finds that the CRM-system effectives the interaction with the customer and thereby business performance increase, with the CSI-value as unit. This therefore increases the value and importance of investigation of Swedish multinational companies, whose purpose is to satisfy the customer and at the same time, increase the business performance.Future research: For future research we suggest publishers to base the empirical basis through additional in-depth interviews with added case companies. This dissertation examines how creativity can be of benefit for the school. It discusses if there is a need or demand for it and how the present situation is in Swedish schools. Defining creativity accurately is difficult but it is relevant to look at the environments that use creativity. There is a vast amount of literature that uses creativity and it varies to some extent. Creativity originates from meetings and combinations, both within and outside of the individual.

The aim of this thesis is that through a case study, analyze and evaluate whether the customer is high - or low involved and connect with the choice of marketing strategy using a celebrity.This thesis is about how a celebrity can be used in marketing to affect a company's customers. The essay is facing the fashion retail industry, where three companies, Lindex, H&M and MQ, has been studied and compared. Lindex is using celebritiy Emma Wiklund by an internal collaboration within the enterprise. MQ is using various celebrities in various campaigns throughout the year and use them in external advertising campaigns. H&M is using interactive marketing with different celebrities in the form of, for example, guest collections for the company.

Purpose: This study`s purpose is to investigate the role of a business incubator in the strategic decision situations during the process of a new venture startup. It also aims to explore the methods and instruments the incubator and its advisers applies during the process.Methodology: This study is built on the basis of a hermeneutic approach with qualitative method and abductive design. The empirical material collected consist of interviews from two case studies and secondary data collection from different related sources.Theoretical perspective: The theory in the study consists of the elements of previous research on innovation processes and entrepreneurship. To analyze the data, models and theories related to decision making, incubation, process theories and organizational theories.Empirical foundation: The empirical material consists of interviews and data from two completed case studies. Additionally consist a relatively large part of the empirical data out of a comprehensive information retrieval from various secondary sources such as internet, newsletters and annual reports.Conclusion: The assay was able to detect not just one, but a variety of roles that the incubator occupies at different stages of the innovation process.

Examensarbetet har gjorts inom temat innovation. Syftet var att utifrån teorin se hur en innovationsprocess kan gå till inom en offentlig sektor och jämföra denna med hur Svenska institutet gick tillväga för att skapa Second House of Sweden. Frågor vi ställde oss var hur processen gick tilll och vilka konsekvenserna blev av den färdiga ambassaden. Efter en kvalitativ undersökning och en analys av det insamlade materialet kom vi fram till att en innovationsprocess inte behöver ha någon konkret början och slut. En innovation kan uppstå i ett samspel av adoptering- och genereringsprocessen.
