The Carlforsska Experience : - uppfyller reklamfilmen sitt syfte?
Syftet med studien var att beskriva överensstämmelsen mellan elevernas uppfattning och Carlforsska gymnasiets menade budskap med ?The Carlforsska experience?. Eleverna i detta fall var elever som gick i årskurs åtta på Skiljeboskolan i Västerås. För att beskriva överensstämmelsen gjordes en fallstudie där empiri insamlades genom intervjuer, där det togs reda på om vilka skillnader och likheter som fanns mellan elevernas uppfattning och den varumärkesidentitet som Carlforsska gymnasiet ville förmedla med ?The Carlforsska experience?.
Patientupplevelser av omvårdnaden på en akutmottagning
Patienter kommer till akutmottagningar med stora variationer av sjukdomar, skador, ålder och psykologiska tillstånd. Arbetet på akutmottagningen är ofta mer inriktat på de medicinska aspekterna av omvårdnad. Det är patientens upplevelser av omvårdnaden som fungerar som en bedömning av hur bra omvårdnaden utförs. Syftet med denna studie är att beskriva patientens upplevelser av omvårdnaden på akutmottagningen. Den metod som använts är en litteraturöversikt av tolv artiklar med kvalitativ eller kvantitativ metod.
Välbefinnande och positiva känslor i arbetslivet : En balansakt som kräver samspel
Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka vad som ger medarbetare välbefinnande ochpositiva känslor på arbetsplatsen. Studien genomfördes genom kvalitativa intervjuer med sexmedarbetare på fyra bank- och försäkringskontor i mellersta Sverige. Resultatet analyseradesmed hjälp av tidigare forskning samt teorier.Resultatet visar att det som skapar positiva känslor och välbefinnande i stor grad är relationer,dels med kollegor men också med kunder. Positiva känslor kan ha en väldigt högspridningsförmåga bland kollegor, kunder och i organisationen. Det visade också att det ärviktigt att det finns en balans mellan arbetsliv och privatliv samt mellan krav och kontroll.
Kartläggning och utvärdering av produkter och tjänster kopplat till begreppet Smart Grids
The Smart Grids development is driven by forces concerning safe electrictransmission done in an energy efficient way. Vattenfall Eldistribution AB has a visionto transform their electricity network into Smart Grids. To invest in Smart Grids theyhave a need to show their customers what advantages they will get from thedevelopment. This led to the formulation of this dissertation project where the aim isto identify products and services related to Smart Grids that will increase thecustomer satisfaction for Vattenfall Eldistributions private customers.The project started with a mapping of existing products and services on the Swedishelectricity market. From the mapping several development possibilities for VattenfallEldistribution were identified.

The Swedish boat industry is considered quite conservative and subject to only limited development. The purpose of the study is to explain the structure of the boat industry, to analyze and evaluate ways of competing and provide recommendations for developing a competitive strategy. The aim of this thesis is to explain how to be competitive in the Swedish boat industry. To be able to do so three areas are used to deepen as well as broaden the understanding. The three areas within competitiveness we have chosen to highlight are differentiation, individualization and distribution.
Mot en beskrivning av miljömedvetna konsumenters informationsbehov
AbstractThe aim of this Master thesis is to explore why some Swedes want to consume?eco-friendly? and whether this fact gives rise to articulated information needs. Two possible explanations for this ?eco conscious? consumption are being tested, either if it is based on a normative belief that it is the right thing to do if you, as a consumer, want to do something about the environmental degradation, or that it is a reaction to a perceived risk, due to the environmental degradation. The method chosen by the author in this thesis is a qualitative text analysis of five Swedish journals.
Personlighet, arbetstillfredsställelse och relationen dem emellan : En undersökning om lärare i förskola och gymnasieskola
Studiens syfte var att undersöka: 1) Personlighetsdrag hos lärare i förskola och gymnasieskola och om det fanns någon skillnad mellan dessa lärarkategorier i personlighet enligt fem faktor-modellen; 2) Skillnaden i arbetstillfredsställelse hos lärare i förskola och gymnasieskola; och 3) Om det fanns något samband mellan personlighetsfördelningen hos respektive lärarkategori och arbetstillfredsställelse. Studien genomfördes med hjälp av en enkät som delades ut till fyra förskolor och två gymnasieskolor. Totalt deltog 75 respondenter. Mätinstrumenten som användes var Job Satisfaction Survey och Ten Item Personality Inventory. Resultatet visade att gymnasielärare skattade högre än förskolelärare i samtliga personlighetsdrag.

The purpose with this study is to enlighten and discuss the information and communication which is spreading through social media, about the tourist operators and also to examine the operators view on social media. Social media can be described as a tool to use word of mouth on the Internet. To make this possible, five actors involved in tourism were picked on Gotland and interviewed for a content analysis. The results showed that the use of social media as an information channel before the consumer buys a trip, has increased. The study also shows that the selected actors have a lot of work to do, before they understand how to use the social media in their best interest for further developing their companies.
Chemical and sensory analyses of juice, cider and vinegar produced from different apple cultivars
The interest for locally produced food is increasing due to consumer concern about the environment, distrust of industrial foods and a demand for high quality products. Apple is the predominant fruit crop in Sweden, and by processing apples into cider and vinegar, these products could significantly contribute to the development of the market of local foods.In this study different yeast types and different bacterial cultures were evaluated for their suitability in cider and vinegar production from cloudy apple juice. Ten apple cultivars (Aroma, Baldwin, Belle de Boskoop, Bramley, Cortland, Gravensteiner, Ingrid-Marie, Jonathan, Rubinola and Spartan) were also evaluated for their suitability for production of juice, cider and vinegar. Chemical analyses including total soluble solids, titratable acidity and total phenols were performed on the products along with sensorial evaluation by taste panels.The yeast strains were shown to have an effect on fermentation rate and the resulting content of total phenols in ciders fermented from cloudy apple juice. Dry commercial starter strains gave a higher appreciated cider compared to cider that was spontaneously fermented, and the ale yeast Safale S-04 was concluded to be the most suited for fermentation of cloudy apple juice.For vinegar production, the bacterial culture had an effect on TSS, but not on any other chemical or taste characteristics.
Informationsdesign och användargränssnitt : en analys utifrån informationsdesignsprinciper
Att bara slänga ihop ett användargränssnitt är inte särskilt svårt. Det svåra ligger i att göra det på ett sådant sätt att användaren känner tillförlitlighet och förtroende för det. Genom att titta på teorier om hur vi uppfattar och tar till oss information och hur information kan anpassas för att nå ut till målgruppen, kan man få fram ett gränssnitt som uppfyller några kvalitativa komponenter som utgör användbarhet; learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors och satisfaction. Informationsdesign ger oss verktygen för att uppfylla dessa krav. Att formge efter gestaltlagar, organisera med tydlig struktur och genomarbetad taxonomi med tydliga etiketter, skriva tydliga trovärdiga och språkanpassade texter och minimera bruset genom att ta bort överflödig information bidrar till god informationsdesign.
Omvårdnadsåtgärder som främjar sömnen hos patienten : En systematisk litteraturstudie
ABSTRACTAim: The aim of this study is to chart the experiences of Swedish general psychiatric care on a Swedish University hospital from a relative?s point of view. The study focus on how they are meet, satisfaction with and participation in the care. The study is done as an improvement project.Methods: The study was conducted by performing semi-structured interviews with eight close relatives to patients on a general psychiatric ward. The interviews lasted for 20-40 minutes.Results: The result shows that relatives are satisfied with the way they are meet by the staff on the ward, that they appreciate staff that are open, down to earth and are inviting to form a good relationship.

How to expose that particular product sold most of there are various theories. What this report is about is a theory that seeks to stores use a "decoy". It carried out to see if this theory was still current was that three interviews took place with two store managers and a CEO for various grocery stores.
Informationsförsörjning för nya högskolor : En modell för Helsingborgs högskolefilial
In this work we study how the information provision should be organised in a new smaller size Swedish university college in a town without previous academic traditions. Specifically, our aim is to propose a possible model for information provision in Campus Helsingborg which is currently under construction. The study consists of two parts: literature review and empirical investigation. In the literature review we summarise a selection of articles about traditional and untraditional practically realised ways of information provision in nineties. The empirical investigation consists of 19 interviews with students, teachers and librarians from Kalmar, Halmstad and Helsingborg.
Service till alla? : Folkbibliotekens roll i de små och medelstora företagens informationsförsörjning - en granskning av tre företagsserviceprojekt
The purpose of this study is to examine and explain why three Swedish public libraries failedin their ambition to act as information services for small and medium-sized firms (SMF). To support this purpose two major assumptions are made:1) Public libraries who plan to run this kind of "business" must act with the same means as "professional" services.2) The service must be adjusted to the information needs of the customer.Based on these assumptions sixteen factors which are crucial to the "success" for this kind of service are presented.Applied to the information services of Lidkoping, Sölvesborg and Västervik, these factors reveal a number of shortcomings and mistakes made by the libraries.To understand this result these information services are seen as parts of a traditional Swedish public "library-thought". It is shown that, fundamental ideas in the way the public libraries are defined, like the responsibility to act in a neutral and democratic way, also characterised the three information services.These ideas together with the opinion of SMF as a "rational" information-consumer resulted in information services who did not meet the information-needs and information-behaviour of SMF..
Skötselavtal eller sköta graven själv : vilka faktorer spelar roll vid beslut om gravskötsel?
This study is a first attempt to try to understand what the variables could be that make the person responsible for the grave sign up for grave gardening services by the church or to maintain the grave by him- or herself. There has been almost no research done within this subject. This study has been made by a qualitative research method and interviews have been performed with both persons responsible for the grave who have gardening services made by the church and with those who maintain the grave by themselves. The characteristics that are affecting consumer behaviour and the buyer decision process are presented in the theoretical part of this study. That is done so it can be seen if a comparison between the results of the study and the basic theoretical concept is possible, resulting in an understanding of how the costumers think and argue about this question.
