Faktorer som inverkar på prisbildningen inom factoring
Banks have been some of the biggest operators on the market of business customers financing. When the Swedish Förmånsrättslagen was changed 2004 the banks became more restrictive to allow traditional bank loans. The change made it more difficult for customers to get their loans granted. For that reason customers had to find other forms of financing. Factoring is an alternative that means Companies can mortage/sell their claim on customers to finance Companies.

An accounting issue that has received attention is the issue of identification of intangible assets in acquisitions. This is because the company's result can be different depending on how much the company chooses to identify intangible assets separated from goodwill. As the practice for identification of intangible assets lacks clarity, Companies are able to account for this in different ways. In this study, the manner in which identification of intangible assets are managed by Companies listed on Swedish multilateral trading facilities and the manner in which Companies distribute the purchase sum on net tangible assets, intangible assets and goodwill in comparison with listed Companies is examined. The study emanates from a systems approach and is descriptive.

Companies will increasingly begin to link their applications, and the technology that makesthis possible is called integration. The more applications that are connected, the more of the company's data flows through these integrations. It is also clear that data analyses to create business value and to get competitive advantages against its competitors are important. In this paper, we examine how Companies create business value and competitive advantages throughthe integration platforms and metadata from the integrations. We have interviewedpeople from three Companies in the industrial sector, each with an integration platform.We have also interviewed Enfo Zystems, a company that provides development andmanagement of integration platforms to these customers.
Strategiskt CSR-arbete i den svenska modebranschen - en studie av fyra företag
The concept Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) describes a company's social and environmental work. More and more Companies have embraced the concept of CSR and for some businesses, it has become equally important to present its efforts within CSR as to present its latest profits.The purpose of this essay is to establish an overall picture of a company's CSR efforts and to discuss the potential conflict between CSR and the aim for profit We investigate how businesses can improve their CSR effort so that it contributes to a positive development for the society while still creating economic value for the company. The study is based on a qualitative study of four Swedish Companies in the fashion industry: Kappahl, Gina Tricot, Åhlens and Indiska. The results show that according to the theoretical framework, the four Companies do not reach a complete strategic approach to CSR. How does the Companies in focus, gather information about what effects the customers value in use?? How do the Companies use this information in their business?The purpose is to examine how some industrial Companies gather information about the customer?s value in use, on the bases from the five activities from Porter and how they can use this information.Three semi structured interviews were made for this investigation, with representatives from Atlas Copco Rock Drills, IL Recycling and Johnson Pump.The conclusions are that to gather information about the customers value in use, the company must work close with the customer. Because social media is personal and reaches users directly, it has become an important means of communication for Companies trying to reach out to their audience (Nygren & Wadbring, 2013). Especially the possibility of interactivity has been discussed as social media's big advantage. But how much two-way communication is actually possible on social media? This is a quantitative study that focuses on how Swedish Facebook users in the ages of 16-25 interact with Companies on the social network. The aim was to contribute with increased information and knowledge about how the users mentioned above interact with the Companies as well as how the users perceive the Companies communication and presence on Facebook.

Introduction and background: The 1990s crisis and the global financial crisis year 2008 shows the same indications that the property market was affected negative. The Swedish Property Companies had a difficult time on the market when the crisis led to decreased property trade and financing problems for the Property Companies. The Swedish property Companies became less attractive on the market and contributed to a drop in prices on investment property.Purpose: The purpose of this essay is to examine if there is any relation between the Swedish Property Companies impairments on their investment property and the global financial crisis year 2008.Method: The essay is based on a quantitative study where we examined Swedish Property Companies? annual reports. We answered our questions and our purpose from the empirical data that we collected from the annual reports.Conclusions: The study resulted in that we found a correlation between the Swedish Property Companies? impairments on their investment properties and the global financial crisis year 2008.

PurposeThe purpose of this thesis is to provide a deeper understanding of how e-commerceCompanies within the fashion industry are working with lead times and illustrate andanalyse differences and similarities between Companies.Research question- In which ways are e-commerce Companies within the fashion industry working withshort lead times?MethodologyThis thesis is based on a qualitative research method in order to achieve a greaterunderstanding of the chosen topic, of how the chosen Companies are operating and toprovide room to our own interpretations and reflections. Interviews through telephonewere used to gather the empirical data from six different e-commerce Companies withinthe fashion industry.ConclusionsAfter completing the theoretical and empirical analysis it can be concluded that leadtimes are considered essential for all of the participating Companies but there is adifference in which way they look at, and how they work with lead times. SomeCompanies stressed that short lead times are an important aspect of competition andclaimed that this is something they are constantly working with. For others the balanceand matching of supply and demand was the most important factor rather than toachieve short lead times.

The purpose of this study was to investigate, through a qualitative survey, the need of knowledge and strategy in organisations today and tomorrow. The empirical investigation is built on a semi structured interview that was conducted on nine different Companies in Gislaveds community. The Companies were from three different branches namely: tree, metal and polymer. Three interviews were conducted in each branch.The result from the interviews showed that the globalisation had put the Companies under hard competition which had made the need for rationalisation and effectivness more apparent. Having said this, the demands on the organisation and the individuals within it will constantly increase.

This qualitative case study, made with four Companies, looks closer at how more effective information management, with the help of IT-systems, affect Companies market communication and relations to customers and suppliers. Customer Relationship Management perspective is used and Enterprise Resource Planning-systems are the ground for new technology change. The main conclusions are that new technology affects the outcome of Companies? relationships towards their customers and suppliers and that the processes and activities between the involved parties are more closely linked. Also involving your suppliers and external actors makes the information handling more effective and Companies that do so most likely have a competitive advantage..
