The combat mission is an extreme situation with high demands of the soldier. Killing might very well be necessary. Before a mission a soldier can experience stress due to these factors. The purpose of this paper is to find methods to handle stress due to an upcoming combat mission and to the prospect of having to kill. The main questions of this essay: -How can certain parts of the physiological psychology improve a soldiers ability to perform a mission? ? Is the Swedish soldier mentally prepared to kill? The theory for this essay has been described using litteratur by experts within the field, and the results thereafter discussed.

The Academy for health and working life, University of Gavle.Purpose: To investigate and compare perceived stress and recovery among Swedish femalestudents (high school, third degree) in a vocational program versus a theoretical program.Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted on forty female students (vocationalprogram, n=20; theoretical, n=20) to give a cross section of the population in question. Datawas collected by questionnaries, which included questions on perceived stress and energylevels, demand, control and social support at school.

The construction and maintenance of a brand plays just like the communication a very important part. These parts also have a lot to common and affect each other in a large extent. It is based around a questionnaire aimed towards store managers and consequently used it to run regression analysis using the software package SPSS.Main results: The main result of the essay is that the motivation among store managers is positively related to the degree to which they absorb information. Thus, a possible problem exists for the corporation in that they need to make sure that the store managers are and stays motivated. Further, it seems that the longer a store manager has been employed by the corporation the less information is absorbed. Stressrelaterade problem i arbetslivet anses vara den vanligaste orsaken till arbetsbesvär. Inomgruvsektorn kan ökad stress leda till psykiska symptom. Studien utgår från QPSNordic (GeneralNordic Questionnaire for Psychological and Social factors at work) + 34's enkätmaterial ochundersöker skillnad i skattning mellan en grupp anställda och entreprenörers (n=25) psykosocialaarbetsmiljö av relevans för stress. Analysen utgår från enkätmaterialets itemnivå. En signifikantskillnad påvisades där gruppen LKAB - anställda skattade högre inom kategorinorganisationskultur samt förutsägbarhet i arbetet och entreprenörsgruppen inom kategorinarbetskrav.

The aim of this thesis is to analyse and if possible improve the communication, mainly seen from a pedagogical perspective, between the IT company (Nostratic) and their clients in a first meeting. The analysis covers the preparation part, communication during the meetings, the technical terminology used during the meetings as well as the follow up of the meetings. Due to the lack of research within this area and the lack of personal experience on my part, the conducted study has been explorative with the use of qualitative methods. Although my first aim was to put emphisis on the pedagogical part of the communication, I found while conducting the study that there were other areas of higher importance to analyse in order to improve the customer meetings. Unfortunately the company went bankrupt in the middle of my study which resulted in me not beeing able to try out the potential improvements.

Forskningens syfte var att kartlägga upplevd stress bland brottare, hur upplevelserna påverkat dem samt vilka copingstrategier som användes. Metoden som användes för denna undersökning var kvalitativa intervjuer med ett fenomenologiskt synsätt. Undersökningen visade att stress var något som alla deltagande brottare har upplevt och som de på olika sätt blivit påverkade utav. De flesta ansåg att stressen främst berodde på tidsbrist, pressen att prestera samt förväntningar från andra. De vanligaste biverkningarna av stressen var framförallt mentala såsom irritation och meningslöshet men också fysiska som magont och nervositet.

The Swedish social insurance agency provides financial support for families and children, but also for people with work injury, illness and at old age. During 2012 they saw the amount of notifications of insurance increasing in Sweden, which is a development that cost our society a great deal of money. With the aim to pursue a sustainable development I have therefore devoted this project to wellness and stress management within preschool.The employees of preschool are often dealing with a lot of stress, due to the big groups of children that causes high noise and sound levels. The high noise and sound levels is a contributor to stress which additionally can damage the health and cause impaired hearing loss. About half of the people around their forties until the age of retirement have difficulties understanding speech in large groups.The purpose of this project has been to investigate the causes of negative stress for my target group, women between 30-60 years old who works in preschool.

Stress är ett allt mer vanligt problem i dagens samhälle, och det finns tydlig forskning som visar att allt fler ungdomar drabbas av psykisk ohälsa. Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur ungdomar (18-19 år) på en gymnasieskola i Norrbotten upplevde stress och hur de beskrev att det påverkade dem. Två ungdomar valde att delta i studien. Dessa två ungdomar intervjuades och delade med sig av sina erfarenheter och upplevelser av stress, varpå intervjuerna bearbetades enligt kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Resultatet visade att det fanns ett flertal saker som bidrog till stress hos informanterna, bland annat press, krav och förväntningar på körkort samt ideal.

This study is about people with Asperger syndrome and their difficulties in all kinds of communication in society. Through the language we code objects and events to remember and observe the environment. The aim is to compare research with the actual experiences of people with Asperger syndrome, in relation to their difficulties in society / communication. Three questions have been given extra attention. The first is what similarities and differences there are between people with Asperger syndrome.

This study aims to research how digital media can be used for communication and information management between teachers at preschools and children?s homes. To get an understanding of this we have investigated which channels are being used and for what purposes. The interest has also been to explore preschool teachers and caregivers? attitudes towards digital communication in preschools.A qualitative case study of comparative nature has been conducted, where two preschools were selected because of their use and non-use of digital media for communication with caregivers.

The purpose of this work is to explore the artistic processes of an ensemble where a musician and one or more dancers play together, either by improvising or by interpreting music that is written for the ensemble. The main themes are about finding ways to work with written material and still keep the communication between the music and the dance alive. The author is also interested in finding ways of identifying himself in the medium of dance although he is a musician. Syftet med den här uppsatsen var att undersöka om det förekommer stress bland barnen i förskolan, hur den i så fall yttrar sig samt hur personalen vid förskolorna jobbar för att motverka eventuell stress bland barnen. Muntliga intervjuer användes som undersöknings metod med diktafon som hjälpmedel. Åtta förskollärare har blivit intervjuade och intervjuerna har utförts i två olika kommuner. Resultatet visade att det förekommer många olika tecken på stress bland barnen och att både pedagoger och föräldrar till stor del bidrar till stressen..
