Stress har funnits förekomma i läraryrket. Stress kan samvariera med konflikter i den psykosociala arbetsmiljön. Studiens syfte var därför att undersöka om konflikthanteringsstilar hade något samband med upplevelsen av stress. Ett annat syfte var att undersöka vilken konflikthanteringsstil som var mest och minst förekommande, samt att belysa universitetslärares upplevda stressnivå. Ytterligare syfte var att undersöka om stress och konflikthanteringsstilar hade något samband med kön och ålder.

Studien utgår från fem föräldrar som har barn med ADHD och syftet har varit att undersöka vilka faktorer som har betydelse för dessa föräldrars stress. Internationella stu-dier har visat att föräldrar till barn med ADHD känner stress kopplat till föräldrarollen oftare än andra föräldrar. Studien har belyst orsaker till stressen, kopplat till barnets ADHD-diagnos. Föräldrarna i denna kvalitativa studie upplever sig ha en mer krävande roll än andra föräldrar. De upplever ständigt hög stress och orsaksfaktorerna kan delas in i sex huvudkategorier.

The purpose of my research was to develop new knowledge about teachers' experiences of interaction between teachers and students with weak reading comprehension and how these teachers feel that the phenomenon of interaction is expressed in a school context. A focus-group interview with four teachers who have been employed between 4-25 years have been conducted with a hermeneutic research approach as a basis for understanding teachers' perceptions of the phenomenon of interaction. The results suggest that the interaction and communication is an important part of the work. In the communication and interaction results show that concepts such as dialogue, development , understanding and rhetoric are tools that teachers work with in order to develop a better reading comprehension for students..

AbstractThis paper discusses how system development methods today support communication between system developers and their customers and end users. Today there are many system development methodologies with different aims and emphases. It is difficult, however, to find among these methods those who promote good and effective communication with customers because so many of these are very technically rooted and not as much directed towards the soft aspects of systems development - i.e. Human aspects. Our own experiences tells that a simple interview can be initialized without us having an idea what to ask the customer about or how to structure it up - nonetheless it?s done, but the outcome is just chance.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka vilka erfarenheter lärare har kring faktorer som skapar stress i klassrummet. Efter den teoretiska sammanställning stod det klart att stress kan indelas i fem olika stressfaktorer: Brist på gränsdragning, låg lärartäthet, dålig arbetsmiljö, ostabil omgivning och akademisk stress. Jag kunde också se att det verkade finnas samband mellan dessa stressfaktorer. Därför kom denna uppsats att inrikta sig på att hitta dessa samband genom undersökningar på fältet. Jag har genomfört en enkätstudie med strax över 100 deltagande pedagoger.

Objective: From the patient?s perspective describe communication difficulties, which can arise, and how they are handled in their contact with public health care and illustrate their needs of communication.Method: A study of literature was carried out to receive a background and an insight in previous research concerning the subject area. Twelve women with hearing loss was asked to complete a questionnaire, with open questions, regarding communication difficulties in health care situations.Sample: For the literature review, scientific papers were selected via the database, PubMed using relevant keywords. Seven were selected for closer review. For the survey study twelve women were asked to participate which ten of those responded.Results: The study of literature shows that communication difficulties occur in public health care between patients with hearing loss and the nursing staff.

The report analyses if some common problems can be avoided by using modern technology. As a reference system ?Fartygsrapporteringssystemet? is used. It is an n-tier web application built with modern technology at time, 2003-2004. The aim is to examine whether ASP.Net MVC, Windows Communication Foundation, Workflow Foundation and SQL Server 2005 Service Broker can be used to create an n-tier web application which also communicate with other systems and facilitate automated testing.

Ett akut stressvar är nödvändigt för överlevnad, men när stress blir kronisk kan problem uppstå. Kronisk stress leder till en mängd fysiologiska och känslomässiga effekter som är negativa för djuret och dess omgivning. Feromoner är kroppsegna doftsignaler som används av de flesta däggdjur för kommunikation och revirmarkering. Dessa kan tillverkas syntetiskt och användas för att behandla stressrelaterade problem hos bland annat katter. Fem olika ansiktsferomoner från katt har isolerats. Två av dessa ? fraktion F3 och F4 ? har kända användningsområden inom veterinärmedicin. F3 används av katten för ansiktsmarkeringar i det egna reviret och kan nyttjas för att skapa en tryggare miljö för katten i olika situationer där risk för stress föreligger.

Syftet med vår fenomenografiska undersökning om stress i skolan är att utifrån ett elev? och åldersperspektiv få en bild av om och i så fall vad som kan stressa elever i skolan, hur de då känner sig och om de har egna åtgärder och strategier för att i så fall förändra situationen. Vår övergripande frågeställning i undersökningen är hur elever i olika årskurser förstår och upplever fenomenet stress i skolan. Det empiriska underlaget för vår kvalitativa undersökning baseras på enkäter med tre öppna frågeställningar. Undersökningen omfattar 125 enkätsvar av elever från årskurserna två, fyra, sex, sju, nio och andra året på gymnasiet.

Purpose: The aim of this thesis was to study and obtain greater understanding on how Swedish municipalities use external communication and branding strategies to gain and attract more residents. The key questions to be answered in this thesis were: What does the external communication look like in the selected municipalities? Are the selected municipalities trying to establish their own brand? What does the work on creating the brand look like??Method/Material: This thesis is based on material collected trough interviews with people working with external communication in eleven swedish municipalities. The selected municipalities where divided into two groups based on their negative or positive population growth between 2005 and 2012.
