If P&C Insurance Company faces a challenge when their treasury system needs a new interface to a software as a service application. They need a suggestion for configuration for how the system and the application can work together. The work presented in this report is a suggestion for how you can make business configuration of an IT-based Treasury System in general. The exact configuration for the case received from If is presented as a separate report, found in Appendix A and is called the If-report. The If-report presents the suggested technical set-up of the configuration.

The purpose of this thesis was to study Holmen?s possible future ownership, concerning their forestland in Sweden. We have compared the strategy of the present owning of forests with three different alternatives. These three alternatives are: 1) selling all the forestland, 2) establish a new company which owns the forest where Holmen is the major stockholder and finally 3) an alternative were the two northerly regions are sold. We used Holmen?s annual account from the year 2002 as a bare year and made a reconstruction of the annual account in the three different alternatives.

The main focus of this study was to investigate how Swedish military veterans experience that events during an international service affect them after completed mission. This also includes the contact with their relatives. Secondly, this study deals with the course of the crisis, personal defense mechanisms, cumulative stress and post-traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD).The study was performed using a qualitative method and comprises individual interviews with six Swedish veterans. The responders were all men of different military positions, who participated in one or more international missions during 1993 to 2011.The results of this study show that, according to the veterans, the return back home is the most strenuous part of an international mission. With all the new experiences that an international service brings fresh in their memories, it is hard to re-adjust to the life of a civilian.In connection with the return back home, different degrees of stress reactions were also commonly seen, for example sleep disturbance, restlessness and exhaustion.

Syfte: Att kartlägga drivkrafter och ekonomistyrning i mikroföretag samt att statistiskt undersöka sambandet mellan mikroföretagarnas drivkrafter och deras användning av ekonomistyrning. Metod: Studien har en kvantitativ ansats med en undersökningsmetod i form av enkäter. Sammanställningen av det empiriska materialet har skett med hjälp av SPSS och har därefter analyserats. Teori: Den teoretiska grunden har kategoriserats och benämnts vilket vidare har skapat underlaget till den empiriska studien. Teorierna om drivkrafter kommer främst från tidigare studier gjorda av Elmlund, Johannisson och Lindmark. Dessa tre teoretiker har genom tiderna bidragit till en ökad förståelse för småföretagande.

This study aims to explain the Stuxnet-attack against Iran in 2009-2010 by using the IR-theory of structural realism. By doing so the theory also faces the challenge of the impact of the information revolution on security and international relations. The structural realism that is at hand is that of Kenneth Waltz and his Theory of International Politics from 1979.The study reaches the conclusion that Waltzs focus on the structure of the international system and the distribution of capabilities applies well to the case of Stuxnet as a cyber attack. The creators of the sophisticated Stuxnet, USA and Israel, also indicates that when it comes to this certain aspect of the information revolution and IR, states seem to still be the main actor. Finally the character of one of the major features of the Stuxnet-attack; the internet, is shown to have an anarchic structure that fits well as an extension of the realist view of the international system..

Syftet med undersökningen är även att se hur trenderna i Sverige stämmer överens med trenderna i övriga delar av världen och då främst i USA vad gäller sponsring. Metod: En survey-undersökning med de 126 största företagen i Sverige har gjorts. Företagen har fått fylla i en enkät med sju flervalsfrågor via e-mail, telefax eller telefon.

Mobile Arts have a technical platform for handling maps and community-featured Points of Interest in cellular phones, where the users themselves can share locations with other users either in groups or public. Development of the platform regarding network communication has been included in this paper. The work evaluates different feasible business models regarding packaging the platform as a commercial application and also faces issues users have when using the product. Even if users found maps and POI interesting and cool in cellulars, the technical difficulties and lack of product focus during beta testing, were present. Therefore, the writers recommendation is more development of the platform and using a business model where Mobile Arts deliver to existing communities.

Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att analysera utvecklingen av användandet av elektroniska business-to-business auktioner, utifrån ett kundperspektiv i fordonsbranschen. Metod: Denna uppsats präglas av den kvalitativa metoden, för att därigenom ge en ökad förståelse kring utvecklingen av användandet av e-auktioner. Inledningsvis har en litteraturstudie genomförts, varpå intervjuer med representanter för företag i fordonsbranschen gjorts. Slutsatser: Som utgångspunkt har vi valt uppskattningen att e-auktioner skall motsvara 25 procent av den elektroniska B2B-handeln i fordonsindustrin 2002. Det råder en övertygelse om att en betydande missräkning gjorts.

Berörda personer har valts ut för att få fram relevanta fakta och synpunkter om vad som är viktigt för ett väl fungerande näringsliv. Svenska Lantchips is a Swedish SME sized snack manufacturer. Being a small, medium sized, family-owned business with branches throughout the world, they make an interesting company for a case study. The case study I have conducted focuses on the internationalisation process of this family owned company ? how they, despite their size, find ways to keep up an unique business structure, designed for internationalisation.The aim of this essay is to compare Svenska Lantchips? internationalisation process with traditional internationalisation theories and see if these are compatible with this company. The theories used are The Uppsala Model, The Network Model, and The Born Global Theory, with The Born Global Theory representing the younger generation of models.After undertaking an in-depth interview with Michael Hansen, business developer at Svenska Lantchips, I collated a substantial amount of material, which I have used as the basis of this essay.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva och skapa förståelse för den mening anställda ger projektarbete med tanke på de olikartade uppfattningar som råder. Ambitionen är att uppsatsen ska kunna vara till nytta för de organisationer vars medarbetare arbetar mer eller mindre i projekt, men även för dem som själva arbetar eller har arbetat i projekt. Samtidigt önskar jag också teoretiskt bidra till den samhällsvetenskapliga diskussionen om projektarbete. För att uppnå syftet har jag valt att använda mig av en kvalitativ metod. Intervjuer har gjorts med personer som arbetar mer eller mindre i projekt för att utifrån detta sedan analysera meningsskapande i projekt. Jag har i min studie funnit att den mening som skapas i projekt bland annat beror på vad individen fokuserar och vilken referensram denne bär med sig.

ABSTRACT System development has become more and more concentrated on development for the Web and this has resulted in larger target groups. It will most surely continue to be so considering that the Web will be the infrastructure of business and services in the future. A big target group involves that the owner of a system can earn a lot of money from the paying users, but that assumes that the system can meet user needs. If a system on the Web does not satisfy the user?s demands then they will use the competitor?s system instead because it is only a mouse-click away.
