On a highly competitive market, quality is an important aspect to take into account, both in terms of goods and services. The Swedish timber market is very competitive and to achieve long-term success focus on the customer, in this case private forest owners, is a prerequisite.
SCA Skog AB Jämtlands forest management administration is dependent on the acquisition of timber from private forest owners to fulfil their mission to the supply of SCA's paper and sawmills in Sweden with raw material. To be able to develop the cooperation with private forest owners, the administration investigates their quality management by measuring the customer satisfaction index (CSI). The purpose of the study was to identify a practical and systematic method to handle deviations and suggestions for improvements to achieve a higher customer satisfaction.

Eight healthy 3-day-old foals were given repeated injections of trimethoprim-sulfadiazine intravenously for 3 days, at a dosage of 15 mg/kg bodyweight (2,5 mg trimethoprim and 12,5 mg sulfadiazine). Blood samples were collected prior to each administration and for the following 24 hours after last administration. Serum concentrations of trimethoprim and sulfadiazine were measured and the pharmacokinetics for the substances were studied. The elimination half time (t½) and clearance (ClB) for trimethoprim and sulfadiazine for the foals did not diverge from adult horses. According to these data it is possible to assume that the same dose interval and dose can be used for foals as for adult horses.

Syfte: Studiens syfte är att analysera och förstå hur den virtuella gruppen
påverkar den dysfunktionella konflikten och för att sedan visa hur ledare
konflikthanteringssätt påverkas/förändras av den virtuella gruppens miljö.
Metod: Vi har genomfört litteraturstudier samt intervjuer för att kunna
uppfylla studiens syfte. Genom att en införskaffa en grund av sekundärdata
(litteraturstudien) och kompletera med primärdata (intervjuerna) ges det en
möjlighet till att tolka den informationen som framstår. Vi kan sätta det
?tidigare? mot det nya och analysera detta för att nå studiens syfte.
Slutsatser: Den virtuella gruppens påverkan på den dysfunktionella konflikten
är ett problem.

Lately information- and communication technology (ICT) has been seen as an important tool to vitalize democracy. What kind of democracy it generates is however debateable. The objective with this thesis is therefore to examine what democratic ideal that dominates the use of ICT in Region Skåne and Västra Götalandsregionen and what kind of citizenship it brings. The two case studies were chosen because the Swedish regional level is facing a reorganization with democratic ambitions which in relation to ICT is fairly unexplored. To fulfil the objective there are two perspectives; e-democracy and e-administration, which are defined and integrated with democratic theory including Premfors´ "Fast, Strong and Thin" democratic ideals and Marshall´s three citizenship rights.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka i vilken utsträckning implementeras
internprissättningen inom Karlskrona kommun samt vilken roll har
internprissättningen för organisationen.
I min studie har jag kommit fram till att inom en offentlig verksamhet som är
en divisionaliserad organisation, är internprissättningen ett viktigt
styrverktyg. Detta bidrar till att offentliga organisationer underlättas till
att följa upp resultatenheterna inom organisationen, man får en rättvis
kostnadsfördelning samt att risken för felaktiga kostnadsbeslut elimineras.
Detta leder till att personalen blir kostnadsmedvetna. .

Metod: Jag har gjort en fallstudie av Blekinge Tekniska Högskola. Personliga
samtal och insamlat internt material har tillsammans med teorin legat till
grund för slutsatserna.
Slutsats: De önskade effekterna har inte i helhet uppnåtts.

Sedan skall vi bestämma om teorier av ett Community företag stämmer med ett
verkligt Community.
Metod: Kvalitativ datainsamling för den teoretiska delen och frågeformulär för
den empiriska undersökningen.
Slutsats: Vi fann att skillnaderna i vad teorierna säger om Communitys och ett
riktigt Community inte är stora utan man tar till sig de strategier som
teorierna beskriver.

Purpose:
The purpose of this paper is to examine if companies? incentive programs for
employees is designed in such a way that it makes it possible for managers to
reach their goals.
Method:
Qualitative with a semi standardised questionnaire
Results:
Our results is that the incentive programs for employees in their present form
don?t give the companies a good possibility to effect the employees to perform
towards the goals of the system. The performance measures in the incentive
programs for employees is suitable in comparison with the goals of the program
but the construction and the use of the systems doesn?t give a satisfied result
in comprising with the goals.
VENTURE CAPITALFINANSIERING-Hur skiljer sig de svenska Venture Capital?bolagens avkastningspotential för cleantech?investeringar jämfört med avkastningen för deras andra investeringar?
The report is a result of a bachelor thesis at the department of Business Administration, School of Business, Economics and Law, Gothenburg University, spring term 2008. The study examines the potential return of Swedish Venture Capital firms? Cleantech investments, carried out in 2006 and 2007, compared to the return on their other investments.The study has identified a number of factors affecting the return. These have been classified within three areas: the characteristics of the Venture Capital investment, the characteristics of the Venture Capital firm and the market potential for Cleantech. The impacts on potential return for these factors are investigated by means of an interview survey with 18 Swedish Venture Capital firm covering 45 investments in Cleantech.Our research indicates a worse potential return on Cleantech investments compared to other investments.
