Denna uppsats behandlar ämnet budgetslack i offentliga organisationer. Budgetslack är ett problem i många organisationer och är därför intressant att studera. Utgångspunkten för detta arbete har varit sju faktorer som enligt teorin har betydelse för förekomsten av budgetslack. De faktorerna består dels av orsakande faktorer och dels av åtgärdande faktorer. De orsakande faktorerna är enligt teorin hård budgetstyrning, minskad informationsbehandling, informationsasymmetri, handlande i eget intresse och deltagande i budgetförhandlingen.

Inom mediaforskning anva?nds en teori om hur tidningar iscensa?tter sina nyheter. Iscensa?ttningar kan liknas vid hur med hur en pja?s arrangeras pa? en teaterscen och teorin har tagits fram av Gert Z. Nordstro?m.

Den här studien använder Agency-teorin och Stewardship-teorin för att undersöka hur motiverande ett Resultatandelssystem (RS) är för de anställda på en mindre svensk bank. Mer specifikt så undersöks hur påtagliga så kallade Free rider-problem är och vilka bakomliggande orsaker som påverkar vikten av sådana problem. Detta bygger på en rent kvalitativ undersökning baserat på intervjuer med anställda på Leksand Sparbank. Resultaten visar att förekomsten av Free rider-problem inte är så vanlig som Agency-teorin antyder och att detta beror främst på att monetära belöningar inte är den primära motivatorn på banken. Resultaten visar också att RSet inte motiverar på det sätt som det är tänkt, RSet har dock en del andra positiva egenskaper..

Underso?kningen utfo?rdes genom att anva?nda Tricomponent Attitude modellen och erka?nda strategier fo?r attitydfo?ra?ndring. Tricomponent Attitude modellen utgo?rs av den kognitiva, affektiva samt konativa delen medan attitydstrategierna utgo?rs av tillva?gaga?ngssa?tt fo?r att fo?ra?ndra attityden.

Introduction: Good hand hygiene practice is the single most important measure to reduce the spread of bacteria and viruses in healthcare. For nurses, this has become more important as the spread of multidrug-resistant bacteria in hospitals is increasingObjective: To identify factors that are important for adherence to hand hygiene among health care workers with patient contact.Method: Systematic literature review. Original articles were searched in PubMed and Cinahl.Results: Factors of importance for compliance was profession, lack of time, knowledge/education, physical work environment, attitudes toward hand hygiene, and dry hands.Conclusion: More education, less workload and more visible placement of hand disinfectant containers are examples of actions that could lead to the improvement of staff hand hygiene and reduce the incidence of healthcare associated infections. Due to the fact that health care workers around the world have different training and approaches, the result of this study may be difficult to use. Begreppet förklarar de estetiska strömningar som följde med den ostindiska handeln och den europeiska kolonialismen. Problemen som teorin om kulturell orientalism sätter fingret på innefattar olika aspekter av representation; hur orientalerna (redan det ett problematiskt begrepp i sig) har gestaltats i konsten. Ett av de centrala problemen är att etnicitet lyfts fram före individualitet: en orien- talisk man är i första hand orientalisk, och bara i andra hand man.

There are several ways of helping the foundation, e.g. buy a tree and for this the buyer obtains a symbolic diploma. Many organisations uses this method to collect money and for me the lack of a thorough expressions are consistent. The objective with this project has been to renew these diplomas for Ett Klick för Skogen and in the long run increase the collections and preservation of endangered forests in Sweden.The idea has been to vivify hardwood trees in a new and rather poetic than pedagogic manner.

Ur svårigheterna att förklara företags kapitalstruktur och hur den är förknippad med olika risker för olika ägartyper, är syftet att undersöka vilken av Trade-off-teorin och Pecking order-teorin som bäst kan förklara skuldsättningen hos svenska familjeägda företag på Stockholmsbörsen. Med hjälp av en modell för respektive teori har vi genomfört regressionsanalyser för att besvara vårt syfte. Med grund i tidigare forskning kring familjeägda företag och teoriernas grundläggande synsätt på förändring i skuldsättning, har studien utgått från hypotesen att familjeägda företag i högre utsträckning kommer att finansiera sig med internt genererade medel än extern belåning, vilket ligger i linje med Pecking order-teorin. Studien utgår från både finansiell- och ägardata gällande tidsperioden 2004-2013. Resultaten pekar likt hypotesen förutspått mot ett större stöd för Pecking order-teorin hos svenska familjeägda företag.

One way to save the earth's resources is to buy used clothing, so called second hand, instead of new ones. The store chain ?The Ants? (in Swedish ?Myrorna?) has specializing in second-hand goods and sells, among other things, clothes.

Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att följa ett investeringsprojekt i ett företag och sätta det i relation till teorin om investering. Författarna vill försöka utreda huruvida det förekommer skillnader i hur det går till i praktiken jämfört med teorin om hur företag skall eller bör gå till väga i en investeringsprocess.Metod: Kvalitativ enkelfallstudie med intentionen att utvärdera och jämföra själva utfallet av en investeringsprocess mot gällande teorin baserat på intervju av nyckelperson samt genomgång av dokument.Teori: Med teorier om investering, kalkylmetoder, investeringsbedömning samt om olika typer av investeringar, riskbedömning samt känslighetsanalys vill vi belysa det teorin säger om en investeringsprocess.Empiri: Kort genomgång av studerat företag följs av intervju med nyckelperson i studerat företags investeringsprocess samt bearbetning av i processen använda dokument.Resultat: Företag gör sällan som teorin säger när det gäller investeringskalkyler men teorin finns som komplement till praktikens utförande. This work investigates the breeding success of the Black-throated Diver, Gavia arctica, related to the water quality in three lakes located in the Vallentuna area, north of Stockholm, Sweden.For more than 30 years, I have studied the bird life around these three and other nearby lakes, and noticed that the Black-throated Diver breeds in some lakes, but not in others.The results confirm that the deep and clear lakes Tärnan and Stora Harsjön have good water quality regarding pH, alkalinity, aluminium and Secchi disk values. As expected, the Black-throated Diver shows breeding success in those two lakes, but does not breed in the shallow and eutrophic lake Mysslingen. .
