Bakgrunden till detta arbete ligger i att Sportlife kommit ut med en egen kollektion med trÀningsklÀder. Problematiken Àr att den inte nÄtt ut i den omfattningen som ledningen önskat. Metoden som beskrivs i denna rapport Àr intervjuer samt enkÀtundersökningar. Genom att intervjua ledning, personal och medlemmar har information samlats för att kunna hitta vart det brister i marknadsföringen. Syftet med arbetet Àr att öka försÀljningen för ett företag med hjÀlp utav befintliga marknadsföringsstrategier.

With this study we aim to learn more about the process in creating an identity onFlashback Forum. We have observed four members of the forum to find what themesdefine thier way of making an identitity. Besides to our empirical material we foundearlier research that could support our study. The methods we used was qualitativesince we wanted to get a deep understandning for their behaviour. We found thattheese three themes were central: Language, Content and the feeling of beingAnonymous.

As companies worldwide are in search of competitiveness and larger shares of the market, organizational change has become a key-factor to sustain a competitive edge. But as organizations consist of people, the human aspect of change is not to be disregarded. When change occurs, humans need time to find their new role in the organization, a process that takes time. In this thesis the authors ask themselves what an implementation process of a new managerial role looks like. To answer this question they?ve studied LRF Konsult.

Fuel pellets are in Sweden mainly produced from sawdust and cutter shavings. Before the pelletising process the raw material is dried to attain consistent moisture content and ground up in a hammer mill. In the densification process (pelletising) the ground material is forced through holes in a rotating die. This heats up the wood particles which cause them to soften and self bond. After the process the pellets are cooled, sieved and bagged. The milling process creates a wide range of particle sizes.

The purpose of this paper is to study the rules of the bill 2007/08: 136 "Areformed sick-leave process of increased return to work" as related to therehabilitation chain. In the interpretation of the material I have used the ?practicallegal method? and a minor empirical study has been conducted to find out howRegion SkÄne and UMAS adjust their activities to the new regulations.The government aims to reduce sick leave and on March 19, 2008,the above mentioned bill was presented to the Riksdag. The bill is a part of thegovernment's package of measures and contains proposals for a revised sick-leaveprocess. The rehabilitation chain is a part of the package and includes actions witha tighter schedule.The employer is still after the new rules playing a central role in thesick-leave process and must through early and continuous contact with theworkers start the rehabilitation process.

The construction process which is used today while constructing residential buildings has for along time remained unchanged. Unfortunately the development process has gone away frombecoming industrialized and instead most of the work is done at the construction site. In thisrespect this is a worse alternative because the project outcome will be more expensive and theconstruction time will be longer. Skanska?s vision is to have a process which is more like the oneused in small residential buildings which is fully industrialized.The constructing process for residential building involves more parties and therefore it becomesmore complicated.

Bebyggelsen bestÄr av mÄnga olika delar, byggnader, vÀgar med mera, som tillsammans utgör vidare strukturer. Det krÀvs insikt i hur bebyggelsen har vuxit fram för att förstÄ hur nya strukturer ska utformas efter som de Àr sammanlÀnkade och pÄverkar varandra. Den hÀr uppsatsen Àr ett försök att identifiera begrepp för att bÀttre förstÄ dessa strukturer. En viktig insikt Àr den om att urbanisering Àr en komplex process och uppsatsen grundar sig pÄ en indelning av Nils Lewan i tre olika synsÀtt pÄ hur urbanisering kan ses: arkitektens, geografens och sociologens perspektiv.

?How does the Turkish debate appear concerning the EU-discourse in relation to political conditionality? Is Turkey accepting the demands that are being made?? These questions are answered in this thesis through a qualitative document analysis of the debate concerning EU as it is in Turkish newspapers and statements made by Turkish political representatives. The debate is used to describe the association?s process in a candidate country through investigating how the process and the relationship between EU and Turkey are discussed within the country. The national debate is then used to compare with the accession process for the Central and Eastern European countries based on conditionality to discover if Turkey is different from other candidate countries and if so explain why.

This report is the result of a project in the course Independent Projekt in Molecular Biotechnology at Uppsala University during the spring of 2014. The foremost purpose of the course is to give students the opportunity to carry through exstensive work in a project environment. This project was formed based on a comission from the biotechnology company SweTree Technologies, and the goal has been to compose a summary of the different techniques and methods that exist in the field of mass propagation of trees through the method of somatic embryogenesis.The project group has obtained information about the area mainly throgh reading patents, trying to find key components and bottlenecks in other companies? somatic embryogenesis technologies. This paper is divided into different sections, containing the patents of the automation of different steps in the process.

Podcast Àr ett nytt medieformat som har vuxit snabbt det senaste decenniet, i toppen bland de svenska podcasterna ligger ?Filip och Fredriks podcast? med Filip Hammar och Fredrik Wikingsson. Podcast Àr ett relativt billigt och enkelt medium som gör det möjligt att nÄ ut till en potentiellt global publik. Syftet med den hÀr uppsatsen Àr att med hjÀlp av samtalsanalys belysa specifika egenskaper hos podcasten jÀmfört med traditionell radio som hÀr representeras av pratprogrammet ?Gerts vÀrld? med Gert Fylking och Kim KÀrnfalk.Jag kommer Àven anvÀnda mig av David Hendys teorier för hur radio program Àr strukturellt uppbyggda och applicera dem pÄ mitt material för att se pÄ likheter och skillnader mellan radio och podcast.

Föreliggande studie syftar dÀrför till att undersöka vita barns uppfattningar om "ras" i homogent vita förskolor i Sverige samt hur dessa kan pÄverkas genom bilderböcker. "Ras" ses hÀr som en förÀndringsbar social struktur som kategoriserar in (rasifierar) folk utifrÄn fysiska attribut och förestÀllningar om agerande och egenskaper utifrÄn dessa. UtifrÄn fenomenografiskt förhÄllningssÀtt görs studien pÄ 10 barn uppdelade pÄ tvÄ grupper genom att lÀsa sex bilderböcker med rasifierade huvudroller under fyra veckor. De tekniker som anvÀnds Àr fokusgrupp, i form av bokprat, och experimentorienterad bildsprÄksteknik.

The aim of this study is through a policy analysis to illuminate the decisions that the EU has taken to respond to the terrorist attacks in the US, Madrid and London and through this analysis try to explain the problem of each decision and find out if these decisions might risk the individual rights of the European Union?s citizens.In order to reach this purpose the following questions are to be answered: In what way has the EU?s decision-making process, regarding its fight on terrorism, been affected by the terrorist attacks in Madrid and London? What consequences may the EU?s decisions against terrorism have on the individual rights?The method that has been used is qualitative studies of literature and the main material is overarching policy documents from the EU.The conclusions are that the bombings in Madrid and London have increased the speed of the decision-making process and more areas have been included in the union?s fight against terrorism. If individual rights are at risk by the union?s decisions there are reasons to be concerned. But my conclusion is that the European Union has to have strong and effective instruments to answer to the threat of terrorism..

Examensarbetet utfördes i samarbete med Randek Bautech och hade som syfte att utveckla ett koncept, vilket skulle möjliggöra en sammanslagning av tvÄ stationer i deras produktionslinje som för övrigt Àr deras huvudprodukt. Dessa linjer anvÀnds frÀmst för tillverkningen av vÀgg- och takelement. Konceptet skulle Àven innebÀra en minskning av cykeltiden för spikstationen.För att fÄ en inblick i hur tillverkningsgÄngen fungerade i nulÀget har observationer och intervjuer utförts. NulÀgesanalysen har sedan kompletterat de krav och önskemÄl som företaget hade till att bilda en kravspecifikation. Vidare har författarna anvÀnt sig av benchmarking för att fÄ insikt i den senaste tekniken och utvecklingen inom olika branscher, det tillsammans med brainstorming har genererat ett antal möjliga koncept som utvÀrderats av författarna och handledaren pÄ företaget.
