Uppsatsen syfte är att analysera förändringarna hos tre mikrofinansiella organisationer då de gjorde ett inträde på aktiemarknaden. Fem kritiska punkter behandlas; antalet låntagare, hur fattiga låntagarna är, återbetalningsfrekvensen, ränteförändringar och vinstförändringar. Studien är begränsad till tre år - året före inträdet, inträdesåret samt året efter inträdet. Background: During the 2000s, there has been an increased interest in studying business management and strategy implementation with customer focus in public organisations. To achieve business goals it is important to continuously work with strategies to meet customerdemands for increased efficiency and service. Purpose: The aim of the essay is to examine how to work on strategy implementation in a municipal real estate company from a management perspective in order to achieve overall goals. Method: The study?s methodology is a case study based on qualitative telephone interviews that were conducted with representatives in managerial positions from various levels of the company. The choice of the qualitative data was considered relevant in relation to the chosen topic of the thesis. The empirical data was then compared to the theoretical framework of the thesis. Results: Strategies guide the company to achieve the overall goals, which are later on broken down into operational targets.

Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att studera upplevda tillväxtutmaningar utifrån en företagsledares perspektiv. Genom fokus på tillväxtfasen skildras omfattningen och betydelsen av de hinder som tidigare forskning behandlat. Metod: Studien har en teoretisk grund som vi har använt oss av när vi genomfört individuella intervjuer med utvalda företagsledare i gasellföretag. Dessa teorier har även använts som grund till analysen. Det teoretiska samt empiriska materialet är sammanställt under respektive kapitel. Slutsatser: Det teoretiska materialet påvisar de utmaningar som företag möter under tillväxtfasen. Trots sin starka tillväxt under kort tid har samtliga av de intervjuade gasellföretagen upplevt något av utmaningarna.

The Swedish geographer Gerd Enequist (1903-1989) left behind great amounts of private and work material when she passed away. This was donated to the University Library of Uppsala, Carolina Rediviva, in three different accessions. This resulted in three different record. The subject of this report is the progress of assembling these record into one complete record.The registering led to many important decisions such as the role of provenance and the relation of private and public documents. This survey examines how a regional archive, Värmland Archives, interprets and works from the departure point of national cultural accessibility goal ?Everyone should have the opportunity to participate in cultural life?. And it is also a comporative study of discourse regarding accessibility between Värmland Archives and some other actors in the archival cultural system. Critical discourse analysis, according to Norman Fairclough, is used as a theory method. A discourse analysis is made on empirical data based on document study and qualitative research interviews. My conclusion is that if the term Accessibility is seen as a focal point the accessibility discourse in the documents of Värmland Archives and of the other actors studied can not be clearly discerned. Värmland Archives´s interpretation of terms regarding accessibility analyzed in the survey, varies among the staff regarding how the archives and its services should be accessible, and what accessibility means in the context of the archives.

Detta arbete syftar till att studera eventuella antiinflammatoriska och analgetiska effekter av olika växtextrakt som kan ingå i hästliniment. Växterna som tas upp i litteraturstudien är Kanel (Cinnamomum insulari- montanum hayata), Neem (Azadirachta indica), Pelargon (Pelargonium spp.), Ricin (Ricinus communis), Rosmarin (Rosmarinus officinalis) och Trollhassel (Hamamelis virginiana). Litteraturstudien genererade endast en studie specifik på djurslaget häst.

Metod:Vår undersökning har gjorts i tre svenska företag genom personliga intervjuer med personer i chefs- eller ledarposition på varje företag. Den insamlade empirin har sedan sammanställts och analyserats genom att jämföra den med vårt teoriavsnitt. The aim of this two year master thesis is to study the knowledge production within the field of Textile Studies at Uppsala University, with special focus on the use of artifact documentation as a research method. With domain analysis as a theoretical framework, ontological and epistemological assumptions as well as historical and social aspects are studied in relation to the research process. Qualitative research methods are used, including interviews, observations and text analysis. In the analysis of the knowledge processes in the field, perspectives on tacit knowledge and the concept of documents, are used as a theoretical basis. In the field of Textile Studies, the artifacts are used as one of the main objects of study, along with archival and pictorial sources. The main epistemological assumptions are that artifact analysis is dependent on a knowledge base, where technical handicraft skills, contextual knowledge and practical experience of object observation are the most important qualifications.

The study is based on a new approach on how Swedish healthcare is supposed to be controlled and organized. There is a renowned administration problem within Swedish healthcare, which seems to be an obstacle to exploit the resources to the fullest. The latest venture within the healthcare system is patient involvement, where the patients become co-producers of their own care, which aims to both improve and make healthcare more efficient. A few wards in Sweden have implemented this new approach whereupon the study intends to discuss the effectiveness and efficiency in some of these.The study is restricted to three wards, whereof two of these are inpatient wards and the other one is an outpatient ward, within the medical clinic in Jönköping County Council, which has implemented the patient involvement approach in their daily work. The methodology for this study is qualitative in its nature where a time study of personnel time allocation and supplementary interviews with managing nurses on the wards have been conducted.
