Mot bakgrund av den omfattande förändring som Försvarsmakten påbörjat under namnet ?den nya krigföringen?, är det relevant att undersöka vilka system organisationen skall innehålla för att möta de framtida kraven. Syftet med denna uppsats är att klarlägga om eldrörs- respektive raketartilleri tillför något unikt så att en materiell förnyelse av artilleriet är motiverad. För att kunna värdera om artilleri tillför något unikt, beskrivs de krav på markmålsbekämpningsförmåga som kan förutsägas i tidsperspektivet 2010-2020. Därefter definieras artillerisystemförmåga och förmågan hos andra möjliga bekämpningssystem.

AbstractThe Municipality Council decided in 2010 to develop a comprehensive energy efficiency strategy with financial and methodological support from Energimyndigheten (The Swedish Energy Agency). The strategy should include 3 major parts: an inventory of the 2009 energy use defining the current situation, the 2014 and 2020 goals for energy use, and an action plan for goal achievements. According to Energimyndigheten, the strategy must include all municipal administration premises, vehicles, and all majority-owned companies (as Laholmshem, the municipal housing company).The report describes the inventory work in order to obtain the 2009 energy use and the sources of information used. The inventory values are used as the base year values for the 2014 and 2020 goals. The inventory showed that information about the vehicles is dispersed in the municipal administration and no clear structure exists with respect to mileage and fuels used.

The European Council agreed in 2008 on a climate and energy package to combat global warming. This package is valid for each EU member country and means that greenhouse gas emissions must fall by at least 20% and the EU's energy use to 20%, consisting of Renewable Energy in 2020. The Swedish Government has set stringent climate and energy with the intention to set an example for the rest of Europe. For example, renewable energy sources account for at least 50% of energy use and our climate emissions to fall by 40% by 2020. A combination of these goals and a steadily rising oil price has led to an increased demand for wood fuel in the form of such branches and tops.

Denna studie är en kvalitativ undersökning som syftar till att undersöka hur de anställda inom Halmstads kommun använder sig av visionen ? Halmstad 2020 och värdegrunderna den vilar på i sitt arbete. För att analysera det empiriska materialet har vi använt oss av teorier om kommunikation, värdebaserat och expressivt ledarskap, ledarskap i politiskt styrda organisationen samt Human Resources. Totalt har vi genomfört två informantintervjuer, samt tio intervjuer inom två olika förvaltningar i kommunen. Vi har även tagit del av olika dokument som har legat till grund för vår studie.

Vägen från invasionsförsvar till ett insatsförsvar för väpnad strid, nationellt och internationellt, innebär ett behov av nya förmågor och krav på bekämpningsfunktionen inom amfibiebrigaden. Uppsatsen behandlar främst system för sjö- och markmål i tidsperspektivet 2010-2020, men beskriver förmågor och krav som i viss utsträckning kan vara generella för hela bekämpningsfunktionen. Den strategiska nivåns målbild för utformningen av Försvarsmakten, framtida konflikt- och insatsmiljöer och de tekniska utvecklingsmöjligheterna utgör grunden för denna uppsats. Utöver perspektivplaneringen bygger uppsatsen på bedömningar och värderingar som gjorts i pågående studier inom Amfibiekåren och inom forskningen om RMA som genomförts av FOI och FMV. Uppsatsen beskriver komplexiteten i system- och förbandsutformning i en allt mer gränsöverskridande framtid.

Environmental impact and management of energy is a highly topical issue in today's society. Climate impact must be reduced. The Government has set a target to reduce energy consumption in buildings by 20 % by 2020 and 50 % by 2050 compared to the energy use in 1995.With this in mind, we chose to examine how property owners can work on improving energy efficiency in existing apartment buildings. We also wanted to investigate profitability of different increasing energy efficiency measures and the calculation methods and the risk assessment performed by such investments. To tie in with government objectives, we also saw the possibilities of achieving these goals.20 companies were interviewed, of which 14 were property owners and 6 were consulting firms that works with energy efficiency.

It is important to ensure and develop the Swedish model for riding schools, since the pupils at a Swedish riding school learn both to ride and to handle horses. There is a pronounced problem of stagnation and in some cases a reduced demand in several of the equine industry sectors including breeding with decreased coverings. The aim of this study was to cast light on how representatives from the horse industry looks at riding schools and their recruitment of horses in the next five years. The research issue was ?Will there be difficulties regarding horse recruitment in 2020 and in that case, what are the consequences?? The results of this work consist mostly of material from a workshop on how the riding school will be affected by reduced breeding in the future.

All new households were to be constructed with "near zero energy house standards" (NZE-house) by the year of 2020. The ambition to construct energy-efficient buildings had to increase rapidly in the spring of 2013.The purpose of this report was to increase the interest for building contractors to construct apartment buildings with passive house standards. By locating and evaluating experiences from an existing passive house a case study including interviews, field visits and document analysis was made. Research of literature regarding other passive houses in Sweden also helped to answer the following questions:- What positive and negative experiences have the study of the passive house meant to the involved stakeholders and residents?- What improvements can be made based on identified experiences?- How can an apartment building be designed as a passive house based on possible improvements?By collecting good and bad experiences, as well as improvements and potential design proposals, a diagram was created designed as a tool for developers when constructing apartment buildings with passive house standards.

Uppsatsen forskar i två länder som har gjort stora satsningar på IKT-infrastruktur och som har genomgått stor utveckling efter just dessa satsningar. Länderna vi valt att studera och jämföra är Singapore och Rwanda. Singapore som för 40 år sedan var ett utvecklingsland, men efter stora satsningar på IKT-infrastruktur under 70-talet, idag 2013 är ett av de ekonomiska starkaste länderna i världen med en hög konkurrenskraft . Vi har använt Singapore som jämförelse mot ett av dagslägets utvecklingsländer Rwanda. Rwanda drog år 2000 igång en plan vid namn Rwanda Vision 2020 som ska göra Rwanda till just ?Afrikas Singapore?.

Radon is a hazardous substance that cannot be perceived by our senses. It has long been known that exposure to high radon levels for a long period of time will ultimately cause lung cancer. The Swedish Radiation Safety Authority estimates that 500 people die annually due to this. Although most of them are smokers, even non-smokers suffer from lung cancer caused by radon. The statutory value for radon in homes today is 200 Bq/m³.

Background: Female representation on boards is an ongoing debate. The European Parliament voted in November 2013 in favour of a proposal that it should be at least 40 percent women on company boards by 2020. Jens Spendrup, president of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, was interviewed on Swedish Radio in February 2014 and stated that there are not enough qualified women to recruit to the company boards. The listed companies in Sweden only have 22 percent of women in their company boards and given Jens Spendrup?s statement should they have difficulty reaching up to 40 percent by 2020.

Tomtmarkerna i urban bebyggelse blir allt mer attraktiva. En minskning avbyggnadsarean medger positiva ekonomiska effekter på markkostnaden dåtomtpriserna tenderar att bli allt högre i stadsmiljö. En stor del av totalkostnadenvid nyproduktionen av ett enbostadshus är tomtpriset. Framtidens enbostadshusbör utformas med ett begränsat tomtbehov samt uppfylla framtida energikrav. Examensarbetet har utförts i samarbete med småhustillverkaren Eksjöhus, vilkatill följd av de ökade markpriserna upplever en minskad efterfrågan förnyproduktion av småhus. Likt övriga hustillverkare står Eksjöhus också införuppfyllandet av framtida energikrav. Syftet med examensarbetet är att utforma framtidens enbostadshus, genom atteffektivisera tomtutnyttjandet och förbättra energiprestandan.

The purpose of this study is to create a method that can be used to produce decisionsupport data for the climate goals of a municipality. The method should be able to demonstrate the potential for reducing energy use and greenhouse gas emissions for measures aimed at the stationary energy system in the municipality. It will be used to make longterm projections of energy use and greenhouse gas emissions in order to be able to demonstrate the ability to reach climate goals. The aim was also to test the method's applicability by using the municipality of Uppsala and the Uppsala climate protocol project in a case study. Uppsala climate protocol is a project consisting of participants from business, government and organizations that voluntarily want to commit to reducing their carbon footprint by reducing their energy use and thus work to achieve the municipality's overall climate goal. Public reporting of energy use and climate impact has been studied in order to examine the nature of indicators and accounting figures that are commonly used in the field and how long-term forecasts are formulated. In connection to this, the type and sources for the kind of data needed was also examined.
