 A villas price depends on several important factors. By statistical data, a mathematical multiple regression model was modeled. The model has important explanatory variables such as living space, renovation year and standard points has been taken into consideration, in order to assess their impact on the final price for private homes.By using a statistical program,Minitab 16, the final model was selected with eight explanatory variables. The regression for this model explains up to 67.3 % of the variation on the final price.The results showed percentage wise that the standard points had the greatest impact on the price, there after renovation year and then living space..

Background:Approximately 300 children get a malign cancer diagnosis every year in Sweden, 80 % of them survive. Parents of the children who have a cancer diagnosis experienced that they didn't have mental health, nurses care of parents are to keep a mental health so they can handle their parent role. Nurses should meet families through their life-world because caring should be done with dignity and integrity.Aim:The aim of this study was to describe how parents experience the daily life with a child who has a cancer diagnosis.Method:The method used in this study was a literature study based on autobiography, which means analysis of autobiographies. Four books were analyzed.Results:Four categories emerged from the analysis of the autobiographies, experience of powerless, desire of a regular, experience of anxiety and fear, to experience joy and have hope.Conclusion:This study shows how life changes when a child in the family gets a cancer diagnosis and how it affected the parents. AimThe aim of the present study was to evaluate physical performance according to ?fysprofilen? in skiers of the Swedish mogul ski team and to compare their physical performance at three test occasions during one year.MethodsAll eight elite mogul skiers at the Swedish national mogul ski team during the seasons 2011/2012 and 2012/2013 participated voluntarily in this study. The test battery ?fysprofilen? was performed at three test occasions, October 2011, May 2012 and October 2012. Muscle strength was evaluated with squats, bench press and grip strength; power was evaluated with power clean, squat jump, countermovement jump with and without arm swing, Harre´s test and the 30 meters sprint.

As a basis for my discussion I?ve used Stuart Hall's theories for representation and language. Abstract 1.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects whole body vibrations on maximal strength, power output and neuromuscular activity in m. pectoralis major during bench press.Participants consisted of 35 male and 9 female military high school students (m=23, 1 years). On the basis of initial maximal performances in bench press the participants was divided into two experiments groups and one control group. Intervention groups performed a specifically designed push up program on a vibrating plate respectively a step board during 12 weeks Initial load at 60 % of 1 RM showed an average of 46, 5 kg. All groups showed an average increase of 13 kg for each person after 12 weeks.

I samband med skolans decentralisering på 1980-talet uppstod det krav på att lärare skulle bli mer professionella i sin yrkesutövning. Då regeringen ställer högre krav på lärarna är det därför nu naturligt att de går lärarna till mötes då det gäller en utredning om lärarauktorisation.Vi valde att ställa oss frågan hur lärarfacklig press argumenterar för eller emot en lärarauktorisation för att uppnå det specifika syftet som är: att belysa vad en lärarauktorisation kan betyda för lärarkårens professionaliseringssträvanden.I vår empiriska undersökning valde vi att förhålla oss till metoden argumentationsanalys då metoden lämpar sig bra när argument skall lyftas ut och förstås ur tidsskrifter. Mer specifikt valde vi att förhålla oss till modellen orsak-problem-lösning för att få en överblick av och en insikt i argumentationen för eller emot en auktorisering.Med hjälp av metoden kom vi fram till att argumenten i hög grad kunde härledas till lärares professionaliseringssträvan mot "social stängning". Detta innebär att en eventuell lärarauktorisation skulle betyda en hel del för lärarkåren, exempelvis att lärarkåren lyckas avgränsa sig gentemot andra yrken och därmed kanske på sikt uppnå högre status..

Media has in the last year been dominated by news about the current financial crisis around the world. For the banking system in Sweden the crisis began to show in the beginning of 2008 and there where a lot of speculations about how serious the crisis would be and it?s consequences. In several aspects, the banks' situation in the current crisis, are linked to the banking crisis in the 1990s. Although these crises have had different break-out reasons, there are several parallels between these crises to be drawn.

Det finns lite forskning om kvinnliga förövare jämfört med vad det finns om manliga förövare och det verkar även finnas begränsningar i litteratur som kan handleda till exempel poliser och socialsekreterare i ämnet. Detta skulle kunna bero på att kvinnliga förövare utgör en sådan liten andel av det totala antalet förövare så att fenomenet inte uppmärksammas tillräckligt. Studien bygger på en diskursanalys av tidningsartiklar från svensk press i syfte att granska hur media framställer kvinnliga förövare vid sexualbrott mot barn. Resultatet visar att de framträdande diskurserna är offerdiskurs, förövardiskurs och kunskapsdiskurs och att bilden av kvinnliga förövare konstrueras på olika sätt samt att detta skapar olika gestaltningar av verkligheten. Media har en viktig roll i hur en bild förmedlas och uppmärksammas samt stor makt när det gäller hur en diskurs rekonstrueras eller reproduceras.
