AbstractThis is the paper you should read if you want to know more about Working in team. Teamwork is a way of Working and it increases more and more among societies and companies today, but it is not quite clear what the diffrences is from Working in groups. We have in this paper tried to clear out the differences between groups and team, and we have also tried to give an oversight of how to work in team in organizations. Cultures of organizations, leadership and power and also development of qualifications are big parts of an organization´s daily work, and we have explained these concepts from a teamperspective.We have, in this paper, done interviews with people that have been in contact with the central consepts that we use. And then we have analyzed their answers with help from litterature, which we have closely studied, thereafter we have presented our results.

This composition is an qualitative study about unemployment and Working life. The point of the study has been to make a larger understanding how unemployment can perceive by the individual and how this person can see and plan for future Working life. This has been study with help from 8 intervirws. The paticipants has been umeployed between  6 months and 5 years, and they have workt arleast 5 year before the unemployment.The study has show that it is many different components who contribute to how the individual perceive the time in unemployment and how the planning for the future looks like. The persons who has been intervirws perceive their psycal health as god,, even but unemployment.  The study has even show that all the persons in the study want to come out from the unemployment.

Relationships and trust between humans create the psychosocial Working environment. This is a basic human activity and is communicated in a continually ongoing process. Conciseness about the value of trust and social capital motivates the need for work, with threats to communication, being conflicts and noise. This can create greater trust in the workplace as a whole, as well in the Working team. The purpose of this study is to seek answers to an ongoing problem in the forest sector; why scarifying operators quit their job. Scarification quality is crucial for successful reforestation after clear felling. It is therefore important to keep good operators Working in the business. To collect the desirable information interviews were made both with contractors who are Working and operators who have stopped Working with scarifying. The conclusion one can draw from this report is that the scarifying operator job needs improvement in multiple areas. The study's purpose was to get a picture of what a number of class teachers know about and their views on the concept of Working memory and Working memory training and whether this affects their Working and teaching in the classroom. The study is based on qualitative interviews and classroom observations and the theoretical perspectives that the study is based on two: didactic perspective and the socio-cultural perspective. The results of my study show that the class teachers' views and use of the concept of Working memory is limited, even if they unknowingly Working on parts of it in their teaching. All classroom teachers in my study term difficulties that can arise for students as concentration difficulties, which according to previous research can count towards deficiencies in Working memory. All of the respondents in this study believe that it is mostly special education teacher who trains Working memory, and that they themselves do not have that knowledge. They also believe that the classroom environment is important for all learning. Common to all respondents consider that the topic is important and would like to have more knowledge of how they can help and support pupils with poor Working memory. As a special education teacher and teacher you often meet students who have trouble concentrating, and because of this may be difficult to absorb knowledge as when reading.

The purpose of this study is to generate knowledge about how teachers relate to students with language impairment in learning situations, with particular focus on Working memory. The questions are: What kind of knowledge do teachers have regarding language impairment and Working memory?, What experience do teachers have regarding lack of Working memory abilities among students with language impairment and which consequences do the teachers believe such defects may have for the students? and How can teachers create a learning environment that reduces the Working memory demand for students with language impairment? The study´s main purpose is to examine how three educators who work with children ages 1-3  in three different preschools Working with mathematics in preschool. I have used a qualitative research in the form of interviews to obtain educators perspectives on their Working. One of these projects is described in this report and examines whether it is possible to make the production of dovetails more efficient by using an industry robot of type ABB IRB6000 S3 M91. This project is using an already presented Working method, from a previous project, which involves that the robot picks up the dovetail and moves against fixed cutting machines where the dovetail will be drilled, threaded and milled. Drilling and threading are the sub operations that will be examined in this project where experiments are made with the presented Working method and with equipment from Uppsala University.Experiments show whether it is possible to drill the holes in the dovetail within specifications by using the specific robot and the presented Working method. The threading operation is examined theoretically if it is possible to accomplish by using the same Working method.

The aim of this study was to investigate nurse?s experience of Working from the philosophy of palliative care in end of life at home. The study had a qualitative design. Semi-structured interviews were performed with nine nurses Working in advanced palliative home care. The analysis of the material revealed four categories and two subcategories.
