Underso?kningens syfte har varit att studera och synliggöra social och studierelaterad stress i två professionsorienterade utbildningar samt att studera genusaspekter i anslutning till detta.Studien är grundad på kvantitativ ansats, baserad på gruppenkät och efterföljde statistiska bearbetningar. Resultatet redogör för studenternas sociala och studierelaterade stress med fokus på psykologstudenter och informationsteknologstudenter, inklusive genusaspekten.Enligt resultatet uppskattade respondenterna sina stressnivåer på en medelhog grad. Det finns en grupp individer (cirka 15 procent) som visar psykosomatiska symptom på långvarig stress. Studenterna upplever studierelaterade stressfaktorer, stressorer som rör studieteknik, prestation, kontroll över den egna studiesituationen och rädslan inför framtiden, samt stressorer som relateras till olika sociala förhållanden.

Who is integrating school-holiday home? It is for the teachers, recreational pedagogue or the students? How do the students think and act to keep the different activities apart?My purpose was to study how children sort the day between school and recreational home interactions. The issues were: How do they distinguish between the different activities during the day?  See the students their stay after school program as part of the school day? Who decides whether you have to go to school, and whether you have to go to after school program? And do you really have to?I have interviewed six students at an elementary school, based from a phenomenographic perspective, I've used myself of issues that students have been able to respond from a school perspective and after-school perspective. My interview questions have been comparative in nature, where the same question have given different answers depending on whether the question focused on school or the afterschool program.

Syftet med detta arbete har varit att få större insikt i hur en hälsosam arbetssituation kan skapas i förskolan genom att studera förskolepedagogers tankar kring och hanterande av arbetsbelastning och eventuell arbetsrelaterad stress utifrån studiens huvudsakliga frågeställning: hur hanterar de intervjuade pedagogerna arbetsbelastning och eventuell arbetsrelaterad stress? Jag har närmat mig undersökningsområdet med en kvalitativ ansats baserad på intervjuer med två förskollärare från olika förskolor. Som teoretiska redskap för tolkning av studiens resultat har jag använt mig av Sjödins (2012) forskning kring stress i förskolan, Lidholts (1999) hanteringsstrategier samt copingteori. Studien visar att de intervjuade pedagogerna arbetar förebyggande för att skapa en lugnare arbetsmiljö samt reflekterar kring hur situationer med hög arbetsbelastning kan lösas. Vidare förekommer i studien anpassningsstrategier, motstånds- eller kampstrategier samt problem- och känslofokuserad coping som redskap för att hantera arbetets belastning och arbetsrelaterad stress..

Strukturomvandlingen till dagens tjänsteekonomi och den ökade spridningen av informations- och kommunikationsteknologi, har möjliggjort ett arbetsliv med flexibla arbetstider och arbetsplatser. Flexibelt arbete kan vara en frihet som skapar möjligheter att uppnå en bättre balans mellan arbete och övrigt liv, men det kan också vara en risk som leder till ökad stress då förhållandet mellan arbete och övrigt liv upplevs som gränslöst.Syftet med studien var att undersöka till vilken grad tjänstemän i den privata sektorn upplever att de har möjlighet att arbeta flexibelt tids- och rumsmässigt, samt om möjligheten att själv bestämma när och var man utför sitt arbete kan bidra till mindre stress och en bättre balans mellan arbete och övrigt liv.Resultatet bygger på data från en arbetsmiljöenkät inom ramen för ett treårigt forskningsprojekt vid Stockholms universitet, där gränsdragning, flexibilitet och balans i livet i förhållande till stress och hälsa var i fokus (AFA Försäkring 2015). Enkäten besvarades av 1918 tjänstemän. Variablerna som användes i studien var grad av kontroll över flexibilitet i relation till upplevd stress, upplevd balans mellan arbete och övrigt liv samt andra arbets- och familjerelaterade faktorer.Data analyserades med multipel linjär regressionsanalys. I regressionmodell 1 kontrollerades vilken effekt upplevd flexibilitet och andra arbets- och familjerelaterade faktorer hade på upplevd stress.

This is a study about employment officers at the Swedish public employment service. The aim of this study was to examine how they understand and use their discretion in their daily work. We used a qualitative method and the data was gathered by semi-structured interviews with eight employment officers working at the same office in a small town in Sweden. Lipskys theory about street-level bureaucracy and Lazarus description of coping theory are applied to analyze the empirical data. The work for the Swedish employment officers have changed over the last years with an increasing focus on control and administration.

???This study has been made with the purpose of gaining an understanding of how a Swedish company may think and act concerning their internal control. An American body, COSO, have for some time published documents containing guidelines for how companies should go about this process, however, when conducting this study we were not aware of the extent to which companies in Europe and mainly Sweden used them. In order to learn about this, and also to gain an understanding of when these guidelines are appropriate, we conducted a case study with a large-sized, multinational Swedish company. We also conducted an interview with an expert in internal control monitoring, Anna-Clara af Ekenstam of Pricewaterhouse Coopers, in order to get the perspective of the evaluators in this process and to gain some insight as to whether our case is typical in Sweden or not. We found that our company disregards certain aspects of internal control condoned by COSO, while performing better on other dimensions.

This paper investigates and explains the existence of different governance structures in the Swedish film industry. Using a theoretical framework of transaction cost economics, it is shown that trust follows from frequent production projects, affecting the distributors? control of producers, cinemas, video retailers and television. Control becomes more flexible, informal and less time consuming. Furthermore, the control of the distributors? relationship with television and cinemas proves to be multidimensional and affected by transaction activities, as well as by demands from previous parties in the value chain.

Franchise theorists have to a large extent failed to keep up with the actual development in global franchise chains. The recent emergence of fast growing multi-unit-franchisees has fundamentally been ignored, and it has been claimed that the new phenomenon can be regarded as a mere replication of the franchisors? structure and control system into sub hierarchies. This study however, suggests that the reality is more complex. Through conducting case studies of two Nordic multi-unit-franchisees, new theories are built explaining how and why control systems are designed the way they are.

The aim of this thesis is to study whether social welfare secretaries experience occupational pride and what affects this feeling. Previously made research indicate that occupational pride is essential for performance and work-related health. Research has also shown that social welfare secretaries often experience unhealthiness due to working conditions and a lack of professional self-esteem.This thesis is based on four qualitative interviews which have focused especially on critical incidents, according to the critical incident technique. This study has a hermeneutic, interpretative approach. As a theoretical framework, Pierre Bourdieu? s theory on social space and positions aswell as Aaron Antonovsky´s theory on Sence of coherence have been used. The result shows that the interviewed social welfare secretaries do experience occupational pride.

I denna studie undersöker vi företagshälsovårdsanställdas uppfattningar om samtal som metod i stressförebyggande arbete. Tidigare forskning visar bland annat i vilka situationer som stress kan uppstå, vilka negativa konsekvenser stress kan ha och varför det är viktigt att förebygga- och inte bara behandla stress. Största delen av tidigare forskning som gjorts tycks handla om olika metoder för att behandla stress, därför fokuserar vi i denna studie på hur samtalet kan användas i förebyggande arbete. Genom att intervjua sex personer som alla arbetar med företagshälsovård har vi fått ett resultat som visar att samtalet är en bra metod att använda i stressförebyggande arbete..

School Staffs Experience of Work Related Stress in Teaching Pupils with Autism and Learning Disability). Speciallärarprogrammet, Skolutveckling och ledarskap, Lärande och samhälle, Malmö högskola Problemområdet för föreliggande examensarbete är skolpersonals upplevelse av arbetsrelaterad stress i undervisningen av elever med autismspektrum och utvecklingsstörning. Studiens syfte är att bidra med kunskap om arbetsrelaterad stress i undervisningen av elever med autismspektrum och utvecklingsstörning genom att beskriva, tolka och förstå skolpersonals upplevelser samt organisationen av det specialpedagogiska arbetet vid några grundsär- och gymnasiesärskolor. De preciserade frågeställningarna är följande: Vilka upplevelser av stress uttrycks av skolpersonal?, Hur påverkar relationella aspekter skolpersonalens upplevelse av stress i undervisningen?, Vilket stöd finns och vilket stöd efterfrågar skolpersonalen? samt hur upplever skolpersonalen att undervisningen och relationen till eleverna påverkas av arbetsrelaterad stress? Bakgrunden till studien ligger i bland annat studier av Greene et al (2002) och Kokkinos och Davazoglou (2009).
