The aim of this study was to understand how three selected football associations in three counties in Sweden work to include children and adolescents with disability in the age of 7-20 in their organization.  For this study we have used a qualitative method. The data have been collected through using semi-structured interviews with coaches and representatives from the board. When analyzing the data, we used Charles Tilly's theory Durable Inequality and research within the area of inclusion within sports, the significance of activities and the inequality within sports. The conclusions of the study showed that there was a stated lack of knowledge in the associations when it comes to their work with young people with disabilities and also in their work with the policies.

AbstractForskning visar att verksamheter ställs inför omfattande arbetsrelaterade problem därverksamheter förlitar sig på team för en effektiv problemlösning. Grunden för effektivitet iteamen föds då teammedlemmarna delar samma vision om det arbete som måste utföras.Studiens syfte är att få en ökad förståelse för skapandet av delade mentala modeller, genomatt undersöka teammedlemmarnas enskilda upplevelse av delade mentala modeller samtcentrala processer som gemensam meningsstruktur och kommunikation i teamets arbete medatt uppnå effektivitet. I föreliggande fenomenologiska uppsats har ett team om treteammedlemmar observerats och sedan intervjuats om deras individuella upplevelse avskapandet av delade mentala modeller. Resultaten visar att delade mentala modeller upplevssom viktig och där faktorer som aktivt deltagande, kommunikation och interaktion har storpåverkan..

Collaborative planning ? a comparative study of theory and practice Why There is today, according to my experience, a growing interest and demand for a more inclusive and transparent planning process. Also, if we are going to be able to reach a truly sustainable society it is my belief that there is a need for a more integrated collaboration between different actors. Where the social, economic and ecological values can influence and benefit from each other. The question then is, how can the planning system accommodate that kind of collaboration? Purpose My aim for this thesis has been to study a selection of the theoretical work that exist about collaborative planning.

Denna studie syftar till att integrera lämpliga funktioner och koncept typiska för sociala nätverkssidor i ett kommunikationsverktyg med avsikt att förenkla och stödja kommunikation mellan kollegor i team och projekt.  Designprocessen bestod av tre faser. I fas ett avgjordes genom en Pugh-matris vilka funktioner och koncept som hade störst potential för integration. I fas två integrerades dessa i en digital prototyp av det redan existerande kommunikationsverktyget Briteback. I fas tre identifierades användbarhetsproblem hos den framtagna prototypen.

According to recent research the basics for a good body posture is balance between the muscles, if unbalance originates this can be strengthen by gymnastics when most of the practise performs only in one direction. Because of limited research in the area was an explorative study conducted. The purpose of the study was to inquire if exercise adjusted to the individual contributes for balanced muscles and if it contributes for a positive or negative development for the team.On the basics of that the team is not equable an other team in the area has the results for two different periods been measured, during the first period the exercise continued as usual but during the second period each gymnast (n=9) received an individual strength- and stretch program that was performed during the teampractise twice a week. The gymnasts were tested in areas that are imported for them as body posture, balance between the muscles, vigour, range of movement, balance, the running and coordination. The results showed on that the difference is largest between test two and three, except the coordination and balance which did not show any particular change.

As a student during my studies, I have been told about entrepreneurs who have red numbers in their financial statements, and there is a forest machine operator shortage in Sweden. The basic idea of this thesis was to examine the underlying factors that may have caused the problems described above. The aim of this thesis was to investigate the factors that create stress and job satisfaction as a forest machine operator. The study was performed as a comparison between forest companies own harvesting teams and entrepreneur teams to investigate if there are any differences in stress and job satisfaction between the two different types of team. The study was conducted in collaboration with SCA Skog. The material for this study was collected by doing interviews with SCA's harvesting teams. A total of 27 forest machine operators were interviewed, divided into a total of 10 separate harvesting teams. It was very similar between the different type of teams, which situations the operators experienced stress.

A study of communication content, frequency and problems was performed at the Swedish Air Force Air Combat Simulation Centre, FLSC. The purpose was to investigate the connection between team communication and performance variables, to study communication problems during air combat and to employ and develop the PILOT method of communication problem analysis. Ten fighter pilots and four fighter controllers engaged in simulated air combat beyond visual range in teams on two sides, Blue and Red, with four pilots and one fighter controller each. Eight such training runs lasting 15 to 25 minutes were analyzed with regard to the Blue team?s communication during launch situations, i.e.

Många organisationer använder sig idag av produktutvecklingsteam som är en form av tvärfunktionellt team. De används därför att det har visat sig ge givande resultat för organisationen, med utgångspunkt från innovation. Hur givande är teamen i lärosynpunkt för individerna i teamet? Med denna fråga som utgångspunkt startade min studie. Då det redan fanns rikligt med litteratur kring både mångfald och lärande i team, men lite litteratur som sammanbinder dem, såg jag det som en utmaning att försöka göra just det.

En kvalitativ studie genomfördes med intervjuer av 12 respondenter, varav sex nuvarande och sex utexaminerade studenter på en PA-utbildning. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka nuvarande och utexaminerade PA-studenters upplevelse av sin egen förmåga att hantera olika arbetsrelaterade uppgifter. Detta gjordes med hjälp av teorierna Work Selfefficayoch Self-efficacy. Man undersökte också om det har skett någon förändring sedanrespondenterna påbörjade sina studier eller arbeten. Med hjälp av Work self-efficacyinventorys (WS-Ei) förbestämda skalor undersöktes en rad olika upplevelser av temansåsom effektiv inlärning, arbetsuppgifter, problemlösning, stress/tidpress, team/grupp,rolluppfyllning, mål/resultat och regler/företagskultur.

In the previous curriculum for the preschool Lpfö 98, the educational responsibility was documented belonging to all the team members. On the 1st of July 2011 a new curriculum was introduced to the preschool, Lpfö 98/10, where it is documented that the educational responsibility now belongs to the preschool teachers. According to curriculum experts at the Swedish school board this educational responsibility is not new, just a clarification of the preschool teacher?s educational responsibility.This study is a qualitative study and the purpose was to interview the preschool teachers about their thoughts concerning their educational responsibility. The purpose was also to examine if their educational responsibility has affected their role in the team at the preschool and if they believe that this has any significance for their profession.My result of the study shows that the educational responsibility of the preschool teachers now has been clarified and that they should take a leading role in the team towards the goals that are set for the preschool.

Bakgrund: Tanken bakom att arbeta i team är att det skapar mervärde då det möjliggör integrationen av specialiserade egenskaperna hos teamets medlemmar. I detta sammanhang används ofta begreppet synergieffekt. Men ofta föreligger det exceptionella svårigheter att få team att fungera överhuvudtaget. Flesta misslyckanden i teamarbete handlar om dålig gruppdynamik och ineffektivitet. Syfte: Att undersöka gruppdynamiska mönster i integrerade arbetsteam och utforska tänkbara återkommande mönster som skulle antyda att gruppdynamik kan hanteras mer framgångsrikt genom styrning av de faktorer och processer där dessa mönster utvecklas.

Studien beskriver nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskors upplevelse av samverkan i team med läkare och undersköterskor. En kvalitativ semistrukturerad intervjustudie har gjorts med sju sjuksköterskor som arbetar på fyra olika sjukhus runtom i Skåne. Författarna till föreliggande studie är själva sjuksköterskestudenter som inom en snar framtid ska ut i arbetslivet och därmed skapat flera undringar kring hur den nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskan upplever utmaningar som denne ställs inför då hon/han börjar arbeta. En av de sex kärnkompetenserna för omvårdnad, samverkan i team, valdes som intresseområde av författarna och syftet formulerades till att undersöka nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskors upplevelse av samverkan med läkare och undersköterskor på arbetsplatsen. Fyra kvinnor och tre män deltog i studien, varav tre arbetar på medicin avdelningar och fyra på kirurgiska avdelningar.

Vårt examensarbete gick ut på att skapa en prototyp på en applikation till Team Sportia, Hässleholm, som skulle underlätta garantiregistering vid cykelförsäljning. Den skulle göra sökning och sammställning av information från en Oracle-produktdatabas och en IBM-kunddatabas. Informationen skulle sedan skrivas ut som ett garantikvitto samtidigt som den skulle sparas i en Oracle- ellerIBM-databas.Vi skulle kort sagt skapa en applikation som underlättade garantiregistreringen förTeam Sportias anställda.Eftersom vi inte kunde testa vår applikation mot Team Sportias miljö behövde vi skapa en med hjälp av IBMs respektive Oracles gratisversioner av sina databaser.De hade tillräcklig funktionalitet för vårt testmiljösyfte. Garantikvittot skulle innehålla all den information som finns på kvittona idag. För att vara säkra på det undersöktes Team Sportias tre olika garantikvitton för att kunna skapa ett liknande i applikationen.Vår applikation fungerar utifrån de premisser vi hade från början.

In this paper we have chosen to work with both the background to the Library Act § 7a and followed the process of creating the library plan of Helsingborg City Library. We have tried to follow the process through the public text documents that are available. We start by giving a background to the library act and its additional § 7a. Then we give a recap of the emergence of the modern public libraries in Sweden during the last century until today. When the working group at the City Library in Helsingborg was working with the library plan, they had to take in count the strategic goals set up by Region Skåne, since Helsingborg is place in that area.

Abstract ? What is an exhibition hall? ? How do you create tension between art and nature? ? Why should an exhibition hall be situated in the country side; would that add to the experience? ? What are the conditions of exhibiting contemporary art? These are some of the questions I first asked myself when I came to work with this project on an exhibition hall outside Kivik, Österlen. These questions brought me to new places, meetings and ideas. The team working actively to realize this project, calls it ?Art by the Sea?. The team has been working with the project since 2001 .
