This masters degree was a study of some social workers in Gothenburg Community and their expectations of leaders in general, their opinions of work and the leaders influence. The city of Gothenburg will within a few years recruit about 500 leaders. Depending on large pensions among leaders. It is important to have knowledge of the social workers expectations of leaders, their opinions of work and the leaders influence. It is also interesting to see if different generations have similarities or if they have different opinions.

Background: A nurse who is working in the health care is expected to show the best side for other people. An emotional work demands a lot of the role of a nurse, when she has to deal with her feelings after the given situation to satisfy the patient.Aim: The purpose of the study is to seek understanding of what nurses perceive to be the essence of the emotional work in health care. The study also wants to understand what factors could affect the meeting both positively and negatively between nurse and patient in social interactionMethod: The study?s methodology is qualitative with phenomenological-hermeneutical approach to seek understanding of the six interviewed nurses lived experiences and the experiences of the emotional work.Results: The result has four main themes developed: Emotional management, to consider the patients existential needs, meeting the patient and to do something meaningful.Conclusion: The essence of the perceived emotional work for nurses is emotional transformation where the nurse changes her feelings by acting according to the situation in the meeting with the patient. Uppsatsen är ett examensarbete inom kursen Praxis, forskning och utvecklingsarbete. Det valda problemområdet är: Specialpedagogik i montessoriskolan. Forskningsansatsen är inspirerad av en socialkonstruktivistisk- och etnografiskteoriansats utifrån studiens problemområde och syfte. Studiens syfte är: Att undersöka och lyfta fram hur specialpedagogik gestaltar sig i montessoriskolan. Studiens upplägg utformas som praxisforskning och genomförs som en komparativ fallstudie vid två montessoriskolor.

Syftet med vår undersökning var att undersöka hur andraspråksundervisningen kan organiseras och vilka hinder respektive möjligheter vald organisation kan få för eleverna. Vi har genom kvalitativa intervjuer med två rektorer på olika skolor försökt synliggöra hur andraspråksundervisning kan organiseras och vilka tankar som ligger till grund för dessa val. Det resultatet visade är att när antalet andraspråkselever på en skola uppgår till nästan 100 % blir det svårt att bortse från ett andraspråksperspektiv i verksamheten. I vår undersökning framkommer en medvetenhet hos våra informanter om både vad det innebär och om vad som krävs för att lära sig ett andraspråk. Däremot är det inte alltid så att det som krävs går att förverkliga inom ramen för skolans resurser och då blir skolans tuffa uppgift att organisera sig efter de möjligheter som finns.

Ett projekt definieras ofta som en tillfällig organisation som upplöses när målen är uppfyllda. När projektet avslutats splittras projektgruppen och den kunskap de införskaffat under projektets gång. För att kunskapen inte ska gå förlorad är det viktigt att ta till vara på denna kunskap och föra den vidare till nästkommande projekt. Genom att återkoppla gamla projekt med nya kan man lära av historien och bli en mer effektiv organisation.En effektiv organisation är en lönsam organisation och därför är det troligt att ett vinstdrivet projektbaserat företag satsar stora resurser på projektutveckling och återkoppling. Detta till skillnad från en statlig myndighet som styrs av strikta riktlinjer och tydligt avgränsade resurser.

The purpose has been to investigate leisure-time centers actual work on children with attention deficit disorder. In addition, the study strives to make leisure-time centers way of working, in relation to their assignments, visible. The study has also compared how the leisure-time centers work and what the research says. The survey was conducted with the help of three exploratory interviews with pedagogues and three-piece observations at the leisure-time centers. It was carried out at three different schools in two counties in Sweden.The results of the survey show that the schools are trying to create clear procedures, though the centers succeed with this in varied degrees.

Denna studie undersöker hur anställda upplever att arbetet med Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) påverkar lärandet på arbetsplatsen. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka om och hur arbetet med CSR upplevs påverka lärandet inom en organisation. Studien grundar sig på kvalitativ forskningsintervju  med fem anställda på ledningsnivå inom fem olika organisationer. De fem anställda som intervjuas arbetar alla med ansvar för CSR inom medelstora till stora organisationer som uttalat arbetar med CSR. De teoretiska utgångspunkter som används i studien är främst Per-Erik Ellströms perspektiv på lärande i arbetslivet och denna används även som ett verktyg för att analysera det insamlade datamaterialet.Genom den utförda undersökningen framgår det att CSR faktiskt påverkar lärandet inom en organisation.

This paper is an account of the work around the arrangement and registration of the archive of the Swedish Art-ists? Association?s archive. The Swedish Artists? Association is an association of artists that both makes exhibi-tions for their members? works and handles the Artists? House, called Konstnärshuset in Swedish. During the work with the archive the author faced a number of challenges and problems.

This essay is a qualitative study that examines seven teachers ? views on argumentative texts. The aim is to examine how teachers work and discuss argumentative texts, and how they work to develop students ? writing. The main question is: What are the teachers experience, perception and attitude about working with argumentative text? Furthermore: What specific features are important when they mark this type of text? : How do teachers work with formative grading in terms of writing this type of text? Research shows that Swedish students ? ability to write argumentative texts are inadequate.

This Bachelor of Science thesis was carried out at Metso Panelboard AB, located in Sundsvall, Sweden. The work lasted for 10 weeks and began at the end of February 2007. Metso Panelboard is one of the leading suppliers of complete lines, single machines, engineering knowledge and after-market services to the fibreboard industries. The task involved building a 3D-model of a dryer cyclone in the CAD-program Pro/ENGINEER. A dryer cyclone is the part where the tree fibres are dried in the process of manufacturing fibreboards. Currently, it takes about two weeks to draw a dryer cyclone. By creating a 3D-model of it, which should have the functionality to be generated to different sizes, the goal is to decrease the drawing time to about 20 hours and to increase the quality of the work. This report includes the fundamental theories behind the manufacturing of fibreboards with focus on the dryer cyclone.

Kompetensutveckling är i många företag en lika självklar förutsättning som arbetsuppgiften i sig för att organisationen ska hålla sig vid liv och vara framgångsrik. Arbetet med att utveckla en organisation går inte att generalisera eftersom varje företag är en komplex organism. Uppsatsen fokuserar på att utveckla mer kunskap om hur kompetensutveckling värderas inom en organisation och om det inom ett och samma företag finns flera sätt att betrakta kompetensutveckling. Vi tar även upp hur effekterna av kompetensutveckling kan mätas och tas tillvara.Syftet med studien är därmed: att analysera uppfattningar om värdering av kompetensutveckling i ett kunskapsintensivt företag, med utgångspunkt från intervjuer med HR- och linjechefer inom Sony Ericsson.För att undersöka ovanstående har vi genomfört en empirisk kvalitativ studie på Sony Ericsson i form av fem intervjuer med individer i strategiskt ledande positioner. Vi utgår från teoretiker som var och en besitter en spetskompetens inom sitt område.

This thesis describes and analyzes how some early childhood educators and parents perceive cooperation in educational work with 4-5 years old children who have been diagnosed with autism. The work will examine which approach preschool teachers assume, the extent to which parents are involved in the work and how parents influence looks.The Literature section provides an overview of previous research on different pedagogical approaches with autistic children, what parental cooperation can mean for autistic children, and what advantages and disadvantages there are with cooperation between preschool teachers and parents.This work has a hermeneutic perspective. The method is based on a qualitative study where we used qualitative interviews with a hermeneutics base. The theoretical starting point for this work is the variety of theoretical perspectives.The final results/summary we came up with is that preschool teachers and parents of autistic children believe that parental cooperation in preschool has a crucial role in children's development and learning. Both sides believe that it is necessary to have a partnership, but we also came to the conclusion that parental cooperation, in addition to the positive, was also perceived as problematic to some degree..

The objective of this project is to study how two asperger units, one at a junior school and one at a senior-level school are carrying at their work. I have interviewed one pedagouge at each unit to find out how they organize the education at the units and how they work to develop the students' social skills based on the students' functional handicap. The interviews showed that the following factors are providing the foundation for the pedagouges' work with the students: knowledge of the Asperger syndrome and the symptoms shown by each individual, the pedagouges being explicit and well structured as a professional and as adult combined with him/her being humble and showing respect towards the students and self reflection.Keywords: Asperger syndrome, functional handicap, social interaction, attitude..
