The purpose of this study is to study the Swedish Tax information campaigns in 2010-2012. Questions about what worked better than others, and what impact this has had has been set up. The study shows that work has essentially divorced by 2011,worked with a significant amount of local material. This work had an impact on mass media published locally in newspapers. This work fits well with research in the area showing that messages should be tailored to the target audience and capture the target group's interest.
Eko av Glas: Läsningar genom ett sekel av Hjalmar Söderbergs verk Doktor Glas: En receptionsestetiskt orienterad studie
The purpose of this masters thesis is to deepen the understanding of the life, survival and canonising of a literary work. In order to do so I investigate how interpretations and evaluations of Doctor Glas 1905, by Hjalmar Söderberg 1869-1941, has developed throughout a century. The study is based on the reception-aesthetical theories of Hans Robert Jauss and Felix Vodicka, and Roman Ingardens theory of the concretizations of literary works. I have, in a phenomenological and hermeneutic way, studied the first reception and the echo of the work, in Sweden, in handbooks, articles, reference books and research. My conclusion is that Doctor Glas by time and different readers has continued to develop so that the work today can be conceived as more complex compared to when it was born, though early interpretations and evaluations still are alive.

Since 1998, the Swedish preschool has its own curriculum and with this the preeschool became the first step of a lifelong learning. The aim of this study was to explore how preschool teachers perceive their work before and after the Swedish curriculum was inserted. A qualitative method was used in this study. Four different in-depth interviews were conducted with preschool teachers, all experienced working at least before 1993. The curriculum theory and curriculum history were used to analyze the empirical data.

The problems with train-induced vibrations are increasing with heavier and faster trains. Therefore the work with propagating vibrations is of outmost importance, and that is what this thesis relates to.To get a sensible idea of the propagation, calculation models are often used. Propagation calculation models takes into account factors such as distance to the railway, the ground material and the velocity and weight of the train. This work is mainly about finding suitable existing models and, if necessary, adjust them to be more useful with modern trains and railways.The report contains the work of adjusting one such model and does, despite the fully functional adjusted model, describe how much more there can be done within this topic. Counselling is one of the most commonly utilized tools in the work place. The purpose of this paper is to explore how four employers utilize early counselling sessions related to absences due to illness. A qualitative research method has been used and four human resource managers have been interviewed. The research questions have been divided into three categories: the counselling structure, the counselling model and the counselling dilemmas. The interviews have been transcribed and processed through these three categories.

Sense of coherence amongst employees with reduced work-capacity at Samhall.Sanela Jakupovic TrostekScientific essay in public health, 15 hp, Academy of Health and promoting Working Life, University of GävleThe aim of this study was to examine how employees at Samhall who has reduced work-capacity experienced their sense of coherence (SOC). The study includes gender, age and civil status in the analysis. The study includes 34 respondents which are divided as 20 men and 14 women. To measure SOC a quantitative method with a 29 standardized questionnaire was used.It was found that the employees felt, in general, low SOC, which means more difficult adaptation to their life situation. Noteworthy is that 70 % of the men in this study showed low SOC compared to 35,7 % of the women.One conclusion that can be drawn is that within Samhall, it showed that women had a higher SOC mean value than men which means they are more equipped to handle, understand and find meaning in their work life. Trygghet och samverkan i en av Sveriges mest trygga städer : En kvalitativ fallstudie om staden där nästan alla känner sig trygga.
We have in this field study been researching how social comfort is affected by the work of social services and their collaboration with police, schools and health care within a small village located countryside in the northern part of Sweden. The attribute which sets this village a part from most other small countryside villages is the fact that the crime rate is amongst the lowest in Sweden as well as the social security feeling within the inhabitants are amongst the highest. We traveled 2298 kilometers back and forth to be able to interview professionals and gather empiric material for this study. The method we have used for data collection has been in the form of semi structured interviews. We have used previous research concerning collaboration, social comfort, social discomfort and fear of crime as our aid to analyze our findings with the help of theories regarding different types of communites (gemeinschaft and gesellschaft) invented by Ferdinand Tönnies (2001) and Human Service Organisation by Hasenfeld (1983).

In the directive 2008/104/EC on Temporary agency work there is a regulation concerning that there shouldn?t be any restrictions or prohibitions in national legislation if it can not be attributed to the public interest. According to that the purpose of this paper is to investigate whether the Swedish law about reemployment in 25 § LAS is a restriction for temporary work agencies, it?s role on the labor market and also to investigate what consequences a restriction can have from a diversity perspective. To fulfill the purpose I have been using a legal dogmatic method based on determination of the current law.I have by the legal research determined that reemployment is not a restriction for temporary work agencies.

Att undervisa i matematik med fokus på elever med annat modersmål
AbstractThe purpose of this investigation was to understand how teachers/pedagogues nowadays work with mathematics in school. In what way can they pin point the difficulties a pupil with another language might have with mathematics.I started the process of this investigation by reading litterature on the subject. Then I did interviews with several teachers and pedagogues teaching in different schools with children at different ages.The results found in my investegation pointed to a lack of practical work with mathematics especially in classroom and revealed from the teachers a strong desire to work with mathematics in different ways.?Talking maths? with pupils in class will help them understand the subject better. Several teachers are of the opinion that the pupils will reach the goals in school with this method.The teachers are also aware of the importance of having practical mathematics.

The purpose with my examination is to make a contribution to how, as a pedagogue, you can work to make it easier for pupils with Aspergers syndrome that are integrated in an ?average? class. I will concentrate my work to these questions: how pedagogues can work to make it easier for pupils with Asperger syndrome that are integrated in an ?average? class. If it affects the other pupils in the class when pupils with Asperger syndrome is integrated in the class and also if it affects the pedagogues work having these children integrated in their ?average? class.I have decided to study research and other literature and also to do two interviews to find out how pedagogues can make it easier for children with the diagnosis Asperger syndrome.

Problem: Kunskapsspridning är av stor vikt i dagens läkemedelsföretag och informationssystem anses vara en viktig länk i detta arbete. Frågorna vi ställde oss var därför: Vad krävs av ett informationssystem för att det ska stödja kunskapsspridning? Kan ett informationssystem vara det enda verktyget för att bära upp kunskapsspridningen i en organisation eller krävs det stöd av andra strukturer inom organisationen? Kan ett informationssystem bidra till att överföra endast explicit kunskap eller går det att också överföra tyst kunskap? Är det nödvändigt för en organisation att ha en uttalad knowledge managementstrategi i syfte att stödja kunskapsspridningen? Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att studera om ett informationssystem har förutsättningar att stödja kunskapsspridning i ett läkemedelsföretags FoU-organisation. Metod: Uppsatsen baseras på intervjuer med elva respondenter på AstraZeneca AB. För att få olika perspektiv har intervjuerna utförts på olika befattningsnivåer samt på olika avdelningar inom FoU-organisationen.
