Sociala mediers uppkomst har inneburit nya möjligheter för marknadskommunikation men de har också vänt upp och ner på traditionella marknadsföringsmetoder. Det finns därför en osäkerhet kring hur mediernas fulla potential för dialog, interaktivitet, relationsbyggande och viral spridning ska utnyttjas. Syftet med denna studie är därför att skapa ökad kunskap och förståelse för hur ideella organisationer använder sociala medier för att kommunicera samt skapa och underhålla relationer till sina supportrar. En flerfallstudie genomfördes av tre väletablerade ideella organisationer i Sverige, Djurens Rätt, Greenpeace Sverige och Amnesty Sverige. Empirin samlades in med hjälp av intervjuer med ansvariga för kommunikationen i sociala medier inom respektive organisation.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the narrative elements in three of the Swedish artist Karin Mamma Anderssons paintings and try to see what kind of stories that might be hidden in these paintings. I have chosen three different themes as tools for this study. They are: the meaning or the importance of the titles, painting as a medium and the narrative elements or components in the paintings. Furthermore I also use the semiotic method in my analysis based on the ideas of Roland Barthes combined with a feminist theoretical standpoint with a gender perspective. This means my study is based on the reception of these images and what kind of message they might carry.

The development of defoaming additives is steadily progressing and there are therefore always new and improved additives on the market. Some modern additives provide the desired defoaming effects by themselves, in contrasts to previous additives that needed to be used in combination with other additives. The task of this bachelors thesis was to evaluate the possibility of using these improved defoaming additives, with the aim to find alternatives that give the system better defoaming attributes while, at the same time, using less of the primary products. The tests were carried out in the coating type Teknocryl Aqua Combi 2780. The coating is a waterborne air drying acrylat-latex/alkyd based coating that can be used for both single coat painting and primer.

This paper analyses how Swedish fine-art oil paintings sold at auctions has performed as a monetary investment during the period autumn 1985 until spring 2006. An average price technique as well as a hedonic regression technique, applied to a sample of 19 213 auction sales, is used to construct price indices. The indices show somewhat different results, which is explained by the inability of the average price model to adjust for relative differences in quality between periods. The hedonic regression model on the other hand captures this effect, why the hedonic index is applied in a financial return model. By adjusting for transaction cost, the financial return of an average investment in paintings is calculated.

Försäljningen av smartphones och mobilapplikationer är något som de senaste åren har haft en stadig tillväxt och inget verkar minska expansionen, snarare tvärtom. Idag står smartphones för en tredjedel av all försäljning av mobiltelefoner och det laddas årligen ned miljarder av tillhörande mobilapplikationer till dessa mobiltelefoner. Att konsumenter väljer att ladda ned mobilapplikationer är tydligt, men vilka faktorer påverkar konsumentens val av mobilapplikationer?  Syftet med denna studie är att ur ett företagsperspektiv beskriva vilka faktorer som påverkar kvinnor och män i deras val vid nedladdning av mobilapplikationer till sin mobilenhet. Tidigare studier inom ämnet har inte vidrört eventuella samband/skillnader av påverkande faktorer mellan kvinnor och män vilket väckt ett intresse hos oss att undersöka detta.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att medvetandegöra och reflektera över de olika stegen i den kreativa processen att skriva en saga. Jag ville undersöka om jag kan skriva en saga och hur. Det är till stor del ett konstnärligt arbete där jag först skrivit en saga. Därefter läste jag upp den för ett antal förskolebarn som responderade med att rita bilder ur sagan. Jag valde att använda en självetnografisk metod.

I kollektivtrafiken är socialt oacceptabla beteenden vanligt förekommande och många anställda blir utsatta för kränkningar såsom utskällningar, förolämpningar och/eller svordomar (Strandberg et al. 2008). Branschstatistik visar att ungefär hälften av samtliga arbetsskadeanmälningar till Arbetsmiljöverket mellan åren 2005-2007 kunnat kopplas till våld, hot eller rån (Strandberg 2008).
