I denna studie har vi ämnat belysa hur medvetet företag med offentliga årsredovisningar arbetar med att påverka läsarna genom visuellt material i årsredovisningen. Detta har genomförts genom att identifiera vilka budskap dessa företag vill sända genom bildspråket i årsredovisningen, att ta reda på hur medvetna företag är om bildernas förmåga att förmedla ett budskap samt identifiera till vilken utsträckning dessa företag är inblandade i utformningsprocessen. Vi har genomfört en bildanalys av två fallföretags årsredovisningar och genomfört intervjuer med dessa företag samt de reklambyråer som utformat årsredovisningarna. Resultatet från bildanalysen jämfördes med resultatet från intervjuerna. De slutsatser vi kommit fram till är att företagen har förutsättningar för att arbeta medvetet med att skapa myter genom bilder i årsredovisningen, och att förutsättningar och medvetenhet skiljer sig företag emellan..

This master thesis is a study of anaerobic thread lockers and is done in cooperation withÖhlins Racing AB, which is a Swedish manufacturer of vehicle suspensions.The suspension in vehicles is constantly exposed to high vibration levels and a suspensionunit has several screw- and cylindrical joints. As an extra safety precaution so that thecomponents in the suspension doesn?t fall apart when using the vehicle, an anaerobicthreadlocker is added in these joints. The handling of these threadlockers is not totallyharmless and could lead to allergic reactions, and therefore there are Swedish laws to limit theuse of these. However, new types of anaerobic threadlockers have recently been launched onthe marked that are not considered under this law.

This thesis studies three kinds of debate formats. Those are DN Debatt, SVT Debatt and Ring P1. The focus lies in the interrelations between these forums and how they interact with theri audience. Since debate is an essential tool for political and democratic practice, it is vital to study the movements and the realtions between these media formats. Some of the questions in this study are: What happens with a debate topic when it moves between the formats? In which way are the formats democratic and what does their communicative forms mean for political practice and citizen participation? The study shoes how the interpretation of a specific term can expand during a debate.

The importance of internal communication within companies has increased in recent years. However, there are still a number of companies that are not adapted to the modern world and the new modes of communication the Internet provides. This study evaluates the internal communication of a medium sized company by holding semistructured interviews with the employees. The goal of the interviews was to develop a requirement specification. This requirement specification was later used as the basis to analyze possible aids for the internal communication of the company.

Målet med detta examensarbete har varit att ge en överblick över de parametrar som påverkar möjligheten att upprätta ett färghanterat arbetsflöde. Ett färghanterat arbetsflöde ger möjlighet att förutsäga färgåtergivningen i trycksaker via softproof ? skärmkorrektur. Examensarbetet belyser de problem och fallgropar som finns i arbetsflödet och hur de kan påverka relevansen för en bedömning av tryckresultat via softproof. Examensarbetet behandlar hur färgåtergivningen påverkas av betraktningsljus och omgivningsljus samt vikten av att arbeta med en kalibrerad bildskärm ? en förutsättning för att kunna utföra en färgriktig softproof.

This report tested the possibility of using induction as a mean for transferring data and power so that it can be implemented as a communication medium between a terminal and measuring head mounted in a measuring frame. This would eliminate the need for the cable bunches that are used today. For testing, signal generators were used to generateFSK-signals and were transferred with the help of inductors to the oscilloscope for signal detection, this to see how the coils used in the tests behaved. Simulations of a PLL were performed to see how good it could handle FSK-demodulation. With the help of a PLL IC and the simulations a working FSK-demodulator could be assembled.

In my project I worked with fluorescent color and fear as a theme together. It was based on my question for what happens when you take all the lights out and highlight a fear or phobia. I wanted to experiment and explore the course of event within the surface of a picture by using this kind of paint.I worked with illustration and pattern to bind the two pictures together. The aim was to investigate what is possible with the picture as a medium and work with contrast to make it as effective as possible. My goal was to make one poster of each fear and to make them work together as a series as it?s best.I asked myself many questions such as;? What happens to the surface, image and room when you use this color?? Will a new quality appear?? What happens when you mix two pictures together on a parallel level that only show in different kind of light?.

AbstractThis act is about how five children with dyslexia consider and understands their diagnosis. It is also about their self-image, future sights and about how their school life is compared with before they got their diagnosis. The study is implemented autumn 2011 on a medium-sized school in central Sweden. The survey was implemented through interviews with the five children, of which four was girls and one was a boy. The study shows that the children understand their dyslexia relatively well, but that they experience that it is bothersome to live with dyslexia.

The making of a cultural historical exhibition usually involves the collaboration of two categories of professionals: the curator, in charge of the exhibition content, and the designer. From these positions, representing content and form, the team is in charge of cooperating towards a shared goal ? the exhibition ? which is the spatial expression of ideas.This MA thesis is based on my work experience as a designer of cultural historical exhibitions. By means of situations where my perspective collided with that of the museum curators?, I examine our different concepts on a number of issues: the meaning of an exhibition; the process; and the perception of what our respective roles are.

The aim of this project is to find a concept solution for a wireless transmitting system, installed to transmit data from a hydrophone of the ocean floor down by a wave power generator to the office on shore. The project is a literature review in which previous observations and tests are analyzed and put together to find a solution. The result was a comprehensive solution that includes an acoustic modem to transfer captured information from the bottom to the surface, wirelessly through the water. The information is then sent fron the surface on radio waves through the GSM network to the office on land. Between under and over water there are components to convert information between acoustic waves and radio waves, but also various types of modulation, such as amplitude and frequency modulation is required..

Hur visar sig då skillnaden mellan en medborgarjournalistiskt -och en journalistisk text?Medborgarskribenten står utanför journalistkåren, dock blir gränsen mellan deras arbete allt mer vag.

Att skapa animerad film är något som kan kräva mycket tid och arbete. Mer stiliserade visuella stilar kan inte bara vara estetiskt tilltalande utan även skapa mer tidseffektiva arbetsprocesser. Den här studien utforskar hur användandet av cel-shading tillsammans med ett stiliserat utseende påverkar en animeringsproduktion och dess effektivitet. Detta gjordes genom att skapa en kortfilm producerad med detta effektiva arbetssätt. Resultatet visade på att ett stiliserat utseende har möjlighet att förenkla både modellering, texturering och animering.

Vi undrade hur arbetsprocessen för att översätta ett företags identitet till en grafisk identitet såg ut och vad som krävdes för att den skulle kommunicera det företaget ville. För att kunna göra detta gjorde vi en teoretisk del och en praktisk del. Den teoretiska delen baserades på litteraturstudier samt intervjuer. Denna information blev grunden till den praktiska del som bestod av en kommunikativ plattform och en grafisk manual till företaget. Genom att arbeta oss genom hela processen kom vi fram till att det viktigaste för att skapa en bra visuell identitet var att skaffa sig kunskap om företaget, vad dom ville förmedla och hur konkurrenssituationen såg ut.

Global warming is generally recognized as one of the major environmental challenges we have to face in the near future. The students in school today are the ones that will have to deal with the consequences of it tomorrow. That is why education about it is so important. Previous research shows that students believe that environmental issues in general are important problems to be solved. I this study I tested students in grade twelve, in four different schools in order to find out what their level of knowledge about global warming is, how worried they are about it and if there are any correlation between their knowledge and their level of worry.

This study presents a holistic view of which factors small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have to consider, in moving their customer order decoupling point (CODP) further from the customer, thereby becoming more customized. The study also investigate whether SMEs and larger enterprises differ in the strategic questions relating to what influences an enterprise to become more customized, which prerequisites are required and which problems enterprises should anticipate and prepare for. These questions are important, given that strategic change is challenging, and can take considerable time to accomplish; it therefore needs to be based on the right decisions. This study is motivated by the fact that the markets SMEs are selling to tend to become more and more complex and harder to anticipate. Increased globalisation and use of IT and ICT have lead to greater uncertainty in customer demand.
