The running of a Swedish pre-school is not just about taking care of children but involves incorporating educational activities that follow curriculum guidelines. In addition, time must be allocated for planning, discussion, evaluation and reflection. Many pre-school teachers feel that there is insufficient planning time which is needed to follow the established curriculum guidelines for kindergarten. Due to the rising numbers of children per class, and the obligation to document and evaluate everything, pressure and lack of time has become a significant issue.The purpose of this study is to investigate four pre-school teachers´ views on pedagogical planning and reflection time. In today's society we are used to regularly visit the sport arena to cheer for our favorite team, we go to the cinema to enjoy a good movie or maybe to the theatre to experience a grand performance. It has become far more common in the last years to buy tickets to these kinds of events online. To make sure that the customer will keep on buying their tickets from the online booking companies the booking experience itself has to be hassle-free and easy to understand. The customer will most likely, if possible, avoid the website if the booking itself is experienced as having problems and insecurities.  The purpose of this study is to determine some of the most fundamental designs and functions of online booking websites today as perceived by the general public.

Syftet med studien var att sammanställa aktuell forskning gällande interventioner i natur och trädgård inom rehabilitering av personer med stressrelaterad ohälsa, samt beskriva värdet av dessa interventioner ur ett arbetsterapeutiskt perspektiv. Studiens syfte besvarades genom att göra en litteraturöversikt för att ge en sammanställning av aktuell forskning inom området. Datainsamling genomfördes genom sökningar i databaser och manuella sökningar. Elva artiklar valdes ut och analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Ett teoretiskt raster, ValMO-modellen, användes som stöd för att besvara studiens syfte.

Purpose: Our purpose is to achieve a higher understanding of which factors University of Uppsala is using to attract and keep their existing workers.Theory: We have worked with Barrow & Mosley's the employer brand mix, this modelexplains 12 important factors that exists within the employer branding process. External reputation, internal communication, the board, values and corporate social responsibility, internalmeasuring systems, service support, work environment, rewards and acknowledgements, learningand development, performance estimation, team management and recruitment and introduction.Method: To achieve an understanding of our subject we have chosen to work with a qualitativemethod. This type of method is more considerate of the interviewed person?s way of seeingthings and also accounts for how the person answers. To answer our problem statement we haveconducted a case study on University of Uppsala where we used semi structured interviewsbecause we wanted to limit the risk of leading questions.Empirical findings: University of Uppsala were used as material for our empirical discussionContext: The main reasons that workers is attracted to and are staying at the university dependson the external status they achieve when working there, this combined with that the workers getsto be a part of the university's brand.

Syfte & forskningsfråga: Syftet med vår studie är att få en djupare förståelse för den roll Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) har i sporthandeln genom att undersöka och analysera den vikt företag inom sporthandeln lägger vid CSR. Vidare är syftet att undersöka konsumenters syn på CSR inom sporthandeln och de faktorer som påverkar konsumenters köpbeteenden, samt näringslivsorganisationers analys av CSR:s nuvarande och framtida roll. Forskningsfrågan i vår studie är: Hur kan företag inom sporthandeln använda CSR i sin marknadsföring på ett konkurrenskraftigt sätt? Metod: Då vi ämnar få en djupare förståelse för CSR:s roll inom sporthandeln valde vi att utföra en explorativ kvalitativ studie och har därmed valt en induktiv ansats. Insamlingen av vårt empiriska material har skett genom intervjuer med representanter för Intersport och Team Sportia samt för CSR of Sweden och Svensk Handel.

Vobbla Racing is a racing team who has an online sales department that is in need of an upgrade to be more efficient and easier to use. Before this study their present homepage was anything but structured. The products were sorted in an illogical order which made it difficult for the customer to find a wanted product. The customer had to summarize the products, transport sums and other costs. The order had to be e-mailed or phoned in to Vobbla Racing Produkter.

AimThe purpose with this work is to examen the conditions in Sweden, for beinge a girl and exercise a sport as icehockey. Icehockey seems to be a sport for men and were it still has deep manly traditions and norms.MethodThe method I have used in this work is to do a questionnaire. I decided to send my questionnaire to 20 girl/womens icehockey team in Sweden. Outside from the questionnaire I took parallels from gender research and in sport history, to be able to answer the aim of the study.ResultsThe average age of the girles playing icehockey is 21 years and the everage years of playing icehockey is 7 years. Of 158 girls 149 said that they are not getting any financial suport from there home club.

Den här uppsatsens syfte var att, ur ett genusperspektiv, undersöka vilka möjligheter MOT i Afghanistan har för att arbeta mot målet i FN:s resolution 1325. Min fråga var hur arbetet påverkades om teamen bestod av endast män, endast kvinnor respektive både män och kvinnor.Uppsatsen är indelad i tre delar. I den första delen förklaras centrala begrepp för att ge en förståelse för kommande text. I den andra delen diskuteras hur MOT under FS11 i Afghanistan arbetade med resolutionen och i den tredje delen ges förslag på hur kvinnliga och manliga soldater i ett MOT borde arbeta för att, på bästa sätt, uppnå målet i resolution 1325. Undersökningen är baserad på litteratur, rapporter och intervjuer.Resultatet av undersökningen visar att både kvinnliga och manliga soldater kunde arbeta enligt resolutionen men med olika resultat.

Diabetes Mellitus is one of the most common endocrinologic disorders among dogs. The disorder has a complex background, and successful treatment requires a well-functioning co-operation between pet owners and the veterinarian. The purpose of this study is to investigate the owners? perspective of diabetic treatments offered, and to estimate expected length of survival post-insulin therapy. The research findings are based on a survey mailed to 77 pet owners, whose dogs were diagnosed with diabetes between 1999 and 2003 at the small animal clinic of the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. The median survival for the dogs that underwent insulin treatment was 31 months, i.e.

Syftet medlitteraturstudien var att kartlägga vilken evidens och vilka effekter SBAR har påpatientsäkerhet, kommunikation och arbetsmiljö, samt hur SBAR kan implementeras. Istudiens resultat framkom förbättrad kommunikation genom bättre struktur, rätt ochtydligare uppgifter samt effektivare överlämningar.

Bakgrund: Hjärtinfarkt orsakas av en ocklusion i hjärtats kransartärer. Smärta och ångest uppstår i det akuta skedet, men patienter upplever även fortsatta psykiska besvär efter hjärtinfarkten. Sjuksköterskan ska följa Socialstyrelsens lagar om bl.a. att vården ska vara patientfokuserad och göra patienter delaktiga i sin vård. Syftet: Syftet var att beskriva sjuksköterskans roll i patientens återhämtning efter akut hjärtinfarkt.Metod: En kvalitativ intervjustudie utfördes där fem sjusköterskor berättade om vilken roll de uppfattade sig ha inför patientens återhämtning efter hjärtinfarkten. Därefter analyserades insamlad data med hjälp av Graneheim och Lundmans (2008) kvalitativa innehållsanalys.Resultat: I studien framkom tre huvudkategorier med tillhörande underkategorier, dessa var: ?Att arbeta efter kliniska riktlinjer? med de två underkategorierna Att följa omvårdnadsrutiner och Att arbeta i team runt patienterna, ?Att ge information till patienterna? med de tre underkategorierna Att göra patienterna delaktiga, Att förmedla mod att leva och Att motivera till livsstilsförändring samt ?Att finnas till för patienterna? med de tre underkategorierna Att ge ett gott bemötande, Att ge individuell vård och Att vara tillgänglig.

The aim of this bachelor-thesis is to study how the City Library in Norrköping, in collaboration with the outpatient centre, Gränden, has assisted people with substance abuse problems through a bibliotherapeutic reading circle known as, Människor mellan raderna (People between the lines). My theoretical framework is based upon Ruth M. Tews and Berth Danermark?s theories. Tew states that in order to create a well-functioning team consisting of various professional competences, each individual needs to possess certain character traits including the ability to contribute with their unique competence and an openness to receive and absorb the other participants? contributions.

I uppsatsen har vi valt att undersöka de motivationsfaktorer som ligger till bakgrund för att arbeta inom en kreativ miljö och huruvida det finns andra faktorer som påverkar den enskilde individens motivation. En kvalitativ undersökning har gjorts dels i två fokusgrupper (team) och dels som intervjuer med fokusgruppernas teamledare inom företaget, Ubisoft Massive Entertainment AB. För att ha ett bättre underlag innan intervjutillfällena har vi studerat olika teorier och artiklar som knyter an till de frågeställningar som vi har valt att ställa. Avslutningsvis har det empiriska materialet analyserats och diskuterats utifrån de teorier som handlar om motivation och kreativitet. Resultatet av undersökningen visar på tre övergripande områden som påverkar motivationen.

 There is an ongoing reorganization within media industries today as they adapt to new and changing demands - the environment is changing fast and the organizations with it. The development of new technology is contributing to new forms of media distribution in the present media industry. The structure of media organizations is getting flatter and the co-workers are getting a new and bigger role. All this is bringing new challenges for the leaders of the organization. Caught in the middle of these new structures is the middle manager who now is facing different demands from all sides.

ABSTRACTBackground: The incidence of type 2 diabetes is increasing worldwide. Early intervention in form of medication, advice on self-management and lifestyle changes is necessary to avoid complications. Few Swedish studies are made on the diabetes nurse?s views on promotion of self- management.Purpose: To examine the diabetes specialist nurse?s experience of promoting self-management to patients with type 2 diabetes in primary care.  Method: A qualitative explorative study where eight diabetes nurses were interviewed. The interview guide consisted of semistructed questions concerning the promotion of self-management.Results: The diabetes nurse?s role in promoting patient self-management is significant, if resources are available in the form of adequate time for the patient and good team work.
