Today it is very common to use different kinds of social media to connect with each other and get the latest updates on things. Some people today also feel that they want to share their lives by writing a public blog. The blog-market has exploited the last few years and today blogging is about a lot more than just getting attention by writing about your day. Many young bloggers make money by having advertisements and by doing product placements on their blogs. This study investigates the relationship between companies and bloggers.

Tekniska och sociala faktorers inverkan på relationer i affärsnätverk - En kavalitativ studie av ett producerande företag

Bakgrund: Relationer har en central roll vid byggandet av företagsnätverk. Rapporten delar upp relationerna i tekniska och sociala relationer. Påverkan av tekniska system eller andra tekniska lösningar är tydlig och viktig att arbeta med för att uppnå en långsiktig affärsrelation. I rapporten undersöks hur tekniska lösningar påverkar de sociala faktorerna i en B2B relation. Fallföretagets perspektiv tas som utgångspunkt i rapporten och hur relationer med befintliga återförsäljare inom deras affärsnätverk påverkas av olika tekniska system.

Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) is a way to graphically draw a diagram of a business process. A BPMN diagram consists of several so-called flow objects. These are interconnected in the graph through sequence  flows. Chachaklum, a viable initiative? : a stakeholder management approach towards a community enterprise

Due to poorly functioning local and regional markets, the smallholders in San Francisco, Petén, were dependent on intermediaries that took advantage of the smallholder?s distance to markets. In an attempt to secure income and strengthen their bargaining position, 189 smallholders joined forces through the creation of a social smallholder network, held together by a community based enterprise. This enterprise was initiated in 2011 with the help of government incentive programmes and NGOs that within a few years will leave the enterprise to auto regime. This study treats the sustainability of a community forest based enterprise, Chachaklum, in northern Guatemala. The study identifies factors that enable smallholders to organize themselves in order to obtain business practices that support an improved standard of living.

This master thesis deals with the differences in the design of the environmental scanning between different kinds of organisations, as well as the demands and regulations etc. in the respective environments that influence the environmental scanning. The content of the environmental scanning and the organisation of the function are outside the scope of this study. Two organisations that do not have an organised function but are scanning their environment were chosen for the investigation. A model for conducting the environmental scanning developed by Frankelius is used to analyse the practice of environmental scanning.

Commercial strategies are becoming more common in an increasing number of sports - Swedish golf is no exception. Previous research shows that new opportunities for non-profit organizations, to assign parts of their operations to a limited company, do not have any economic importance. The supplementary question arises why more golf clubs nonetheless choose to corporatize its activities? Is the purpose of commercial strategies generally linked to business- or sport-related success? This paper, containing two studies, aims to create an understanding of the underlying drivers of commercialization, and furthermore to quantitatively demonstrate how commercialization is reflected within Swedish golf in terms of strategy and marketing. Swedish golf clubs were categorized as more or less commercial, and examined based on business-related variables such as communications, brand awareness and price discrimination, as well as sports-related variables as success factors and success indicators.

This essay is about the history of the Swedish board game-industry from the 1970?s to today. The essay focuses on the companies in the business and how they change during this period and about the causes of this change. This essay aims both at accurately describing the development of the industry as well as asking the question of what influence factors from outside of the industry have upon the change during this period of time. The material used in this essay is mainly extracts from interviews with people who have been working in the industry during the period, as well as literature on the subject and product-catalogues from certain years in the time-frame.From this material I have outlined the basic history of the industry.

På dagens hårt konkurrensutsatt marknad är inte bara priset en viktig konkurrenskraft, även relationen mellan kund och leverantör kan spela en avgörande roll för om det blir en affär eller inte. Möjligheten att låta kunden vara delaktig i produktutvecklingsprocessen är även ett sätt att stärka kundrelationerna. Uppsatsens syfte har därför varit att undersöka kundrelationerna både från leverantörens och kundens perspektiv. Avsikten med uppsatsen var även att undersöka hur kundrelationer och kundinvolverad produktutveckling kan användas för att skapa konkurrensfördelar inom Business-to-Business. Almedahls var även intresserade av att närmare undersöka möjligheterna för digitaltryck, vilket är en ny tryckprocess för företaget.Vi gjorde därför en fallstudie på Almedahls, ett tillverkande företag inom textilbranschen.

Outsourcing eller Business Process Outsourcing : En jämförande studie

Denna studie behandlar de två koncepten outsourcing och business process outsourcing samt möjligheter och risker med nämnda koncept. Genom studier av ämnena business process outsourcing samt traditionell outsourcing har författarna påträffat sådan information som indikerar och tydliggör sådant som i litteraturen uppfattas som centralt då det kommer till möjligheter och risker då med de båda koncepten.Syftet med studien är att beskriva dessa koncept och jämföra dess risker och möjligheter. Någon förförståelse av det studerade området har inte författarna. Med anledning av att leverantörerna av ovanstående tjänster inte haft möjlighet att delge författarna vilka deras kunder är har studien begränsats till skriven litteratur samt leverantörernas uppfattning om risker och möjligheter med dessa tjänster. Studien är utformad dels med en deduktiv metod vilket inneburit litteraturstudier, samt med en kvalitativ metod som inneburit tre djupintervjuer.Genom att studera outsourcing- och BPO-branschen har författarna kommit fram till tre respondenter vilka anses representativa och väl anpassade för studien, då dessa levererar båda ovan nämnda former av tjänster.
