Effekter av PR kontra reklam - är beaktande av produkt en försummad aspekt En studie av PR och reklams relativa kommunikationseffekter vid olika grad av engagemang för köpet och produkten.

Using stimuli with identical information in both PR and advertising, this study seeks to explain how content class together with the level of involvement affects the communication effects of marketing messages. There is currently no established way of measuring the value of PR, and contemporary PR metrics do not take into account what effects PR actually generates. PR is often said to have an advantage over advertising due to the effects of third party endorsement, but previous empirical assessments show inconsistent results regarding what effects each content class generates. The result of this study is that PR is stronger at building recall, interest and credibility, and that it has less perceived selling intent than advertising. Results differ somewhat between different levels of involvement, but the conclusion is that this might not be attributable to the level of involvement per se but rather to the type of products being used in stimuli - a conclusion that seems valid for previous research as well.

The Emerging Pricing Capability

The purpose of this thesis is to try to understand, with the help of existing theories and empirical findings, the parameters which are of importance in the development of the pricing capability. We have used a qualitative and abductive methodology approach. The empirical findings have been collected via semi-structured interviews which we have conducted via personal and telephone interviews. Seeing pricing as a capability within the company our theoretical framework mainly consists of the resource-based view and an article explaining and given proof how pricing can be seen as a capability. We also describe the most used pricing strategy today within business-to-business companies, the cost plus strategy.

Rättsintyg : En ny lag

I den här rapporten har vi som författare försökt belysa de problem som finns medrättsintyg och därmed utröna motiveringen till den nya lagen. Ett av de störstaproblemen med rättsintygen är den dåliga kvaliteten, samt att det är väldigtkostsamt för polismyndigheterna att begära ut rättsintyg. Anledningen till denundermåliga kvaliteten är att de flesta läkare (ej rättsläkare) har för dåligutbildning och för lite mängdträning när det gäller utfärdandet av rättsintyg. Dettaska lösas med att utbilda ca 100 stycken rättsläkare som då enbart arbetar medrättsmedicin. För tillfället finns det 20 rättsläkare i landet.

Marknadsundersökning om vad skogsägare vill ha för produkter/tjänster av skogsbolagen

The goal of this work is to get as good a basis as possible to explain what the owners want for products and services when those doing business with buying groups in Korsnäs purchases regions: Gävleborg, Dalarna, Uppland and Frövi. It should also provide Korsnäs knowledge of the most important factors to consider in business with the owners. Another important aspect is to find out what you have done better at the business with owners, to eventually be able to preserve and take them into account. 300 questionnaires sent out to randomly selected owners in these regions. This is to find out what the owners did not have the products/services of Korsnäs. 29 questions were asked in the affected areas to identify what was missing and to eventually be able to satisfy them.

There is extensive research on this topic but one can question if the same theory also applies to E-businesses. Using case studies, this paper looks at strategic development in E-businesses and tries to answer whether strategic development in internet based companies is unique or if existing theory can still be applied. The predominant approach is to look into if E-businesses, due to a turbulent environment, rely less on market research and focus more on internal resources than would be expected by companies in more stable environments.

Framtida potential för skogsbränslen i Sverige

Alltsedan 1970-talets oljekris har olika metoder att öka uttaget av skogsbränsle för energi-framställning kommit och gått. Klimatförändringarna och ett ökat oljepris har ånyo aktualiserat användningen av skogsbränsle vid klimatneutral och förnyelsebar energi-framställning i Sverige. I en proposition från regeringen framgår målet att 50 % av den tillförda energin år 2020 ska komma från förnyelsebara energikällor. Fjärrvärme och kraftvärme nämns som en möjlig väg att gå. Tillgången på skogsbränsle och behov av skogsbränsle för värme- och elproduktion varierar över landet.

"Världens bästa reklamfilm" : En studie i hur reklamfilmerna från ICA är konstruerade för att locka kunderna till konsumtion

This paper sets out to investigate how companies can create advertisement that focus not only on selling but also on entertainment. The research is based on seven TV-commercials produced by the Swedish food chain ICA. The commercials were analyzed according to the methods of discourse analysis, semiotic analysis and rhetorical analysis. Furthermore, the research compares the analysis made with the thoughts and ideas of Tobias Karlsson, Head of marketing and communications development at ICA to find out how the comprehension of the commercials correlate with the original intentions made by the company.The study shows that ICA creates a commercial that contains the perfect mix of rhetorical approaches, communication strategies and entertainment mixed with gravity. The study also shows that ICA fails with its primary goal which is to sell selected products; however, by producing the entertaining commercials, they manage to strengthen their brand.

Lagförslaget om tredimensionell fastighetsbildning

Samhällets krav och behov av tredimensionella fastigheter har lett fram till en proposition om lagändringar i jordabalken, fastighetsbildningslagen, miljöbalken och i lagen om förvaltning av samfälligheter. Uppsatsens syfte är att redogöra för gällande rätt och de nya lagändringarnas betydelse för tredimensionell fastighetsindelning. Främst studeras fastighetsbegreppet, som har en central betydelse för fastighetsbildning. Andra aspekter som studeras är expropriation, anläggningslagen och ledningsrätt. Då uppsatsen skrivs i samverkan med Banverket åskådliggörs reglerna med ett kort exempel utifrån Banverkets projekt med godstågsviadukten Olskroken-Gubbero.

This thesis is about pricing of ice hockey tickets in Swedish ice hockey. Ice hockey is a large sport in Sweden, with clubs that more and more are acting like companies. These clubs tend to build new arenas that in many ways change basic variables.The thesis is an analytic thesis based on information about the clubs and interviews. The purpose is to study the basic variables for pricing of tickets in Swedish ice hockey. Furthermore the pricing itself and its connection to the new arenas are studied.The focus of the thesis is on the three clubs HV 71, Färjestads BK and Linköpings HC.

Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att jämföra och analysera valet av finansieringsform och påverkande faktorer av kapitalstruktur inom respektive bransch. Vidare kommer detta att ställas och beprövas mot de teoretiska modellerna.Metod: Uppsatsen utgår från en kvantitativ ansats. Internetenkätundersökningar inom respektive bransch samt en räkenskapsanalys utifrån årsredovisningar.Teoretiskt perspektiv: Teorin ger en ingående kunskap om MM: s proposition I och II, samt teorierna trade-off och pecking order. Vidare behandlas en del relevanta begrepp.Empiri och analys: Sammanställning av information ur enkätundersökningar och årsredovisningar. Vidare har empirin analyserats och kopplats till teorierna.Slutsatser: Pecking order teorin stämmer bra in som tillämpning på finansieringsform för tjänstebranschen, dock inte på fastighetsbranschen.

Att skapa konsensus- En fallstudie av beslutsprocessen inom kommunsamarbetet NOSAM

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the construction of consensus in commune-collaborations. By a review of written material combined with elite interviews we have been able to follow the decision-making and the forming of consensus, in a commune-collaboration called NOSAM, in which they have decided to use consensus as a decision method. The thesis is based on a case study and we have decided to follow a specific issue that has been discussed for some time.We have created an instrument based on the ideal of deliberative democracy, through which we have been able to examine whether the decision-making in NOSAM can be described as a deliberative process or if consensus is formed by other incentives.The study shows that the decision-making in NOSAM cannot be described as a deliberative process, although there are some elements of deliberation. Consensus is formed in a proposition drawn up by the officials for the commune-representatives to agree on. Afterwards, the decision has to be brought up in each commune before reaching a final decision in NOSAM.Our opinion is that having consensus as the decision method leads to difficulties when deciding on bigger issues..

The environment and quality is important for the company too still be the number one on the market, If they want too keep that position the product developed of new innovations will be very important. The systems we have developed are more effective and reduce energy up too 25 %. The process time is reduced too less than two hours, from the today two and half-hour. The solutions are too heat up the rinse water and the dishwater at the same time, with a new heating system and it make are solutions unique and effective. Its good for the dish and the environment.

Utvärdering av produktionsrapporterad volym för contorta

The background to this study is that the forest company, Holmen, has found large discrepancies between harvested volume and the measured volume at the industry. Factors like bark features, breakage, double tops, bends and stem damages was noted, and all stems were measured manually. Hypothesis testing with the method "random in pairs" were used to examine whether the harvester measured values significantly differed from the manually measured. The result of a properly calibrated harvester shows in average underestimation of the volume with Skogforsk Pine as a bark function. This means that the harvester isn´t the reason why the volume measured in the industry is lower, the fault is elsewhere. The study also indicates a need for a unique bark function for logepole pine..
