This essay studies the funnel-beaker ceramic in connection with the megalith graves in South Scandinavia. In my work I have described the nature of ceramics and looked on the crockery types and ornamentation and then discussed the use of the material in a ritual perspective. In the first part I have focused on the critical aspects you have to think about when you do a study like this one. In the second part of this essay I have done a case study, with the ceramic material, in three passages graves in the area of Falbygden, Western Sweden and studied the ceramic material and the nature of it in South Scandinavia as well. Then in the third I discussed the potential use, there is two, of the ceramic material in general of South Scandinavia and looked at it in a ritual perspective..

För att förbättra sitt miljöarbete och samtidigt ge sig själva en konkurrensfördel eller för att undvika konkurrensnackdelar väljer allt fler företag att införa ett miljöledningssystem. De flesta organisationer väljer att införa ett system som certifieras enligt Tredje part för att dra mesta möjliga nytta av det. Det vanligaste och mest accepterade av dessa certifierbara system är ISO 14001 och det är konstruerat så att alla företag skall kunna använda det, oavsett verksamhetsområde eller storlek. Avsikten med denna rapport är att undersöka om ISO 14001 alltid är applicerbart. För att genomföra detta görs en fallstudie vid Coca-Cola Drycker Sverige AB, som ingår i den multinationella koncernen The Coca-Cola Company.

During the time I've attended the programme to become a Transportation manager, I've been presented with quite a large number of different words. My purpose with this paper is to take a closer look at them, and see if they're sustainable concepts. This paper will be a literary study, and be on a wholly theoretical level. After a thorough examination of the various words, I've come to the conclusion that these words that I've chosen aren't just fad-words. They're going to be around for quite a while, this due to the fact that they're based on good ideas from the get-go.

The present thesis closer examines what has come to be known as al-Qaida, partly from what al-Qaida is considered to be, partly from the consequences a certain picture of al-Qaida might give rise to. Between 1988-2001 most of this thesis sources refers to al-Qaida as a small, organized core group with some degree of cell structure. From 1991 to present days, many of the sources enlarge the picture of al-Qaida. From now on they start to view al-Qaida as either a network in itself or al-Qaida as a part of a larger islamistic network, not only as an organized core group with presumptive bases in Afghanistan. The most recent of theories regarding al-Qaida looks at al-Qaida as an ideology in itself (al-Qaedaism) or al-Qaida as a part of previously existing ideologies (Islamism, Neofundamentalism and Jihadism-Salafism).Al-Qaida is being seen - by scholars, journalists and terrorism experts - as an organization with a core group, a network in itself, part of a larger islamistic network and an ideology of its own or as a part of already existing ideologies.

Ett projekt definieras ofta som en tillfällig organisation som upplöses när målen är uppfyllda. När projektet avslutats splittras projektgruppen och den kunskap de införskaffat under projektets gång. För att kunskapen inte ska gå förlorad är det viktigt att ta till vara på denna kunskap och föra den vidare till nästkommande projekt. Genom att återkoppla gamla projekt med nya kan man lära av historien och bli en mer effektiv organisation.En effektiv organisation är en lönsam organisation och därför är det troligt att ett vinstdrivet projektbaserat företag satsar stora resurser på projektutveckling och återkoppling. Detta till skillnad från en statlig myndighet som styrs av strikta riktlinjer och tydligt avgränsade resurser.

(openpublic space) is defined as an exterior place accessible to the general public, such as squares,parks and streets. I have, based on the issues, identified the trends and tendencies of openpublic space in Sweden.The study consists of three sections.

AbstractThe aim of the study is to investigate what the concept of ?love of reading? means and how selected teachers act strategically to increase the love of reading in pupils in grade two. The Swedish concept of love of reading (läslust) has not always had the same meaning; in the past it was used in connection with the desire to pursue further studies, while the term is used today when talking about pupils? own will to read books. The ability to read is a significant part of a pupil?s schooling, and therefore it is important to work to ensure that pupils love reading.

For almost a century the debate about women as ordained servants in the Church of Sweden has raged on and on. The decision to open up the priesthood for both genders in 1958 was a milestone in the women?s liberation movement as well as it marks an important time in the church history. The debate has mainly been about how to interpret scripture, who has the right to do so, and so on. Feminist theology has become one way in recent decades to paint a wider and more nuanced picture of history and how to interpret the texts often used to repress women.This essay surveys some of the steps towards that decision, as well as it paints a rough picture of what leadership among women in the church could involve before ordination became an option.

Studiens syfte är att undersöka om det finns en normerande och styrande funktion i den Reggio Emiliainspirerade förskoleverksamheten som den implementeras i Sverige. Genom intervjuer med fyra pedagogistor undersöks hur bilden av barnet och dess lärande tar sig uttryck på de olika förskoleenheterna, framförallt när det gäller de för Reggio Emiliafilosofin väsentliga begreppen att följa barnens intresse, pedagogisk dokumentation, miljön som den tredje pedagogen och det kompetenta barnet. Resultaten visar att den Reggio Emiliainspirerade pedagogiken genom projektarbeten och pedagogisk dokumentation leder in barnens kunskapande i givna ramar och omdirigerar vissa av barnens egna viktiga frågor. Resultaten visar också att den pedagogiska miljön har en starkt styrande funktion där bara vissa aspekter av lärandet uppmuntras och att den Reggio Emiliainspirerade pedagogiken värjer sig för begrepp som omsorg, anknytning och behov. Istället konstitueras en normerande bild av det önskvärda barnet som en naturvetenskaplig forskare.

Purpose: The puspose with our essay is to investigate how an acquisition can affect leadership. We want to specialize us by analysing how a leadership and the employees in a smaller company can be affected by an acquisition by a larger organization. We also want to investigate how a good leadership should be in a small company due to an acquisition.Methodology: This essay is based on a qualitative method.Theoretical: We have used theories concerning leadership, theories about small and large organizations and theories about consequences after an acquisition. Empirical foundation: Our empirics are based on stories from our five interviews from employees and leaders in Experian.Conclusions: Consequences can appear due to an acquisition. Only mild consequences appeared in the case of Marknadsananalys.

This study aims to investigate how participants in a companys traineeprogram describe that the programmes educational tasks has prepared them for their future work. The study also examines how participants perceive that they have developed skills that are specifik to their profession and how they became part of a community. The following questions were formed to make it possible to investigate the purpose further; ?Do the participants feel that the interaction within the trainee group has promoted their learning??, ?How does the participants describe the training elements in relation to their development of competencies that they use in their professional role?? and ?How does the traineeprogram contribute to the participants becoming part of a community??. This was examined by taking part of what previous research has highlighted as important for learning and socialization in relation to traineeprograms.

This study focuses on why people not longer want to be a part of a religious communion they have earlier been a part of. To examine this I have made seven interviews with people who have left their previous communions. Together with the methodological and theoretical discussions on discourse analysis, Richard Jenkins discussions on identity and theories concerning the post-modern society, I have made an analysis on how these people consider their previous communions and its members. They refer i.e. to the social control, the ?closed? culture and the non-questioning-culture that constitute the communions and its techniques.

The main aim of this research was to investigate four humour styles, affiliative, self-enhancing, aggressive, and self-defeating humour, and compare these with emotional perception. Forty-eight persons took part in the research, 27 women and 21 men living in the southern part of Sweden. Two humour tests were used: the Humour Scale Questionnaire ? HSQ, with 32 items, and a newly composed video test, assembled after pilot testing from 26 video clips, the Humour Video Questionnaire ? HVQ. To measure perception and interpretation of emotion, the revised version of the ?Reading the Mind in the Eyes? Test was used.

In the wake of the electronic revolution digital library has become one of the central themes concerning libraries. The present study takes up the question whether digital library can function in the same way as the conventional library. The question can obviously be posed from different perspectives, e.g. technological-, the user-, or the organizational perspective. The study investigates if (and how) digital library can have the same functions as the traditional library.
